Staff was friendly and helpful. Took car there because it had trouble starting in the morning. I requested if the battery could be tested. With no hesitation the Staff member tested the battery and provided the results. He provided replacement options. We purchased a new die hard battery and he replaced it quickly. He had us test the battery by starting several times and we were on our way. The process was quick and staff was very helpful. Definitely would go back.

Frantz provided extraordinary service! I believe good service should be common, but it’s difficult to find someone who cares about the customer. It’s funny how the most annoying problem can be the simplest solution with the right help. All businesses need more people like this. Thank you Frantz!

The staff is pleasant, helpful and, when a part doesnt meet expectations, happy to accept the return/exchange.In this last case, the alternator I purchased for my wifes 99 Camry wouldve required me to cut off the factory terminal and crimp 3 female 1/4 disconnects in its place. Sorry Carquest, that does not qualify for fitting my vehicle as the computer stated.But, at the end of the day Id much rather run into a few faults with the system than deal with an unpleasant staff, hence the 5 starso

Im not sure what the story is with these people saying the service is poor. Because I have to say they are one of the better Auto Supply stores regarding service and helpfulness. Ive been in there several times in the past couple of months and each time they couldnt be more helpful. They could use some more variety of products. Overall they offer for the best service and helpfulness.

Selection was good, was suprised that the counter clerk said there was no way he could look up in their inventory system if a part I was holding was the proper replacement for the year and model of my car, it wasnt. So I ended up returning it and just trying and returning until I found the right one. It would make a lot more sense to have more knowledgeable staff and less opened products needlessly returned.

Bought a battery at Sarasota location and it died on me. I did not have the receipt but they were able to look up my transaction from the Northlake store and provide me with the replacement battery. Very helpful.

Great store. Nice people and great selection. Bought a lot of care cleaning products, windshield wiper blades, and headlight polishing kit which the rep explained the differences in the many options.

I never like to leave a review but this was by far the worst service I have experienced... I called for a quote guy qouted me $22-25 for the hose. When I asked for a quote on the service he transferred me to the service depart. However the service depart girls and guy were playing games and transferred me back and forth 6 times then she hung up on me. When I called back I asked for the manager but the guy pretend to be the manager. Didnt even apologized for his employee wasting my time. But to add more of a insult he raised the price on the hose to $45 so I would not stop by. At that point I just realized they didnt want to work. Horrible service needs a whole new staff!

Pretty great location theres not a lot of off auto stores in the area I definitely go there a lot the people know me by first name there special shout out to the people behind the counter that get things done management thumbs up the floor could use a couple more items but it is an overall they dont have it they can get it attitude great place

This store has the worst service I have seen in any advance auto in the area. The staff are rude.Despite its convenient location, I have been trying to make it a point to avoid this store.I have been to this store many times and I can only think of one time where things were normal.There is another one of these stores at the north end of Dixie highway in Lake park, that appears to be a much more well organized version of advance auto.I hope this helps.

They were open after hurricane Irma and had what I needed. The guy at the counter could have cared less though. He was saying he doesnt care if the computers work or not he is still getting paid and was more concerned with his own wipers on his car than doing the work he was paid to do there.. But i wont judge the store from his actions.

Good service, however not all the parts are available for immediate need.

Advance auto has all the parts i need to do repairs on my. Vehicles, reasonably priced& easy to find, if u dont know can ask the staff and they will look it up for you with a smile.

Submitted rebate forms, there was some delay on their side accepting the forms. By the time I resubmitted the forms online they refuse to honor the rebate saying we have no such rebate at this time because the dates had passed. They even admitted they recieved my first submission but would not honor it.Ill never go there again and I have shopped this store in North Palm Beach FL for over 16 years.NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased a fuse for my stereo because i thought it might have been blown. It turns out that wasnt the issue so I tried to return the unopened box of fuses. When trying to return it, they said its a store policy we cant accept returns that are electronic. He pointed to a sign that was covered behind the counter and the words where to small for me to read. My receipt doesnt tell me that policy and no one told me at the time of purchase. I said they should honor the return and Francisco behind the counter said no, i dont want to get in trouble. I will not purchase again from advanced auto because of their shady return policy, walmart and pepboys are much more customer friendly and are with in a 2 min drive from this location.

It took Nathan less than 5 minutes to give me the code when my check engine light came on. The dealership told me they couldnt check the code for 2 weeks because they were too busy. Turns out that this could have been a really bad thing. When i called the dealership to tell them the code, they wanted my vehicle immediately. Thanks Nathan!
