I avoid as much as possible giving a bad review… but when I’m given a bagel with brown avocado spread, and my wife gets not ripe avocado chunks on hers, plus a not friendly welcome when ordering and my siblings both complain about the saltiness of their bagel, then I had no other choice. I wanted to rate it 1 star but gave an extra to make up for a few people in their staff that was actually nice unlike the others at the register.

I was shopping for pool supplies, decided to have a quick bite. Asked for an egg sandwich with bacon strips on the side. My sandwich arrived with no bacon. I got up and asked about my bacon. The manager and staff looked at me and called for a side of bacon. I went back to my seat hoping they would bring me the bacon. I finished my sandwich, still no bacon. I stopped at the counter again, manager did not even bother acknowledging me, on my way out the door, a young employee tried to chase me with my refund. I simply declined it. I really wanted bacon, paid for it and did not receive. People need to realize, it is not about 2 bucks they charge for an item, it is about service.Needless to say, my last visit to this place. I will stick with Bagel Br@+hers.

Had the jersey breakfast bagel to go and this is what someone with a cerebrum decided to accept as ok...see picture below...not going again as if that is acceptable in someones decisions of what is okay or not okay, then I want no part of it...stay hungry my friends!

Having grown up in New York, this place has bagels they are just as good as the ones I had as a kid. Love their everything bagels and specialty cream cheese!

Breakfast sandwiches on bagels were very quickly prepared, done exactly how we specified. Food was excellent, service was excellent, courteous and very accommodating. My favorite place to go when staying in this area. Bagels are awesome!

Everyone must try any flavor bagel with egg whites yellow American cheese and vegetable cream cheese dont knock it till you try it

To the employee who came around the corner to stick his head in our business and tell me to get off the phone and pay attention to my mama, why dont you focus on running the business and a little bit more customer-friendly. Ok I like the novelty...Brooklyn water to make your bagels. But there is still something missing. I ordered a BEC S/P/K. Disappointing. I miss my bagel place in NY.

As per the employee: we cant answer the phone, were busy. When I asked her if their phone was not working after trying to get through for 20 minutes. Their service is terrible. They get the orders wrong most if the time when placed over. Only go there as a last resort. Other locations are better.

This used to be the best place in town for bagels- sadly, the quality and service here has plummeted. How at 6:45am on a Saturday can you be out of 50% of the bagel flavors you offer? Separately, these bagels seem to have shrunk by 25% in the past few years and lastly, I remember when they would bring your food out to you when it was ready- now they simply plunk a paper bag down on the counter and expect you to come get. What happened to asking if your meal was for here or to go? I really hope management fixes what is wrong with this place or Ill be finding a new breakfast spot as I am sure a lot of others will as well.

Room temperature coffee and sandwiches that fall apart. Asked to trade out my large room temp coffee for a small iced coffee and they wanted to charge me again. Quality and freshness of bagels has declined as well. Won’t be back.

Extremely pleasant experience. Very friendly staff. I noticed that the gentleman working the counter remembered an elderly womans usual order and that she liked her bagel a bit soft. It was towards the end of the day, and he had put one aside for her to approve, knowing as fresh bagels sit, they can become harder. By no means was my bagel hard or stale. It was fabulous! She just had a very specific desire and he cared enough to have it on standby for her. When my order was ready at the window he walked it to my table with a huge smile and remembered my name. My meal was great, and the service and fun, friendly, personable one of the family atmosphere blew me away!

First time Ive been to one of these shops and it was decent. Coming from the NE, its hard to find the same foods you enjoy up there down here. The taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwich had watery scrambled eggs. If theyre replicating NY, they would have fried egg. The coffee options are their saving grace. Frozen coffee for their iced coffee is perfect and all of the brews are great. I have yet to try lunch there. Ill go back but Ill skip the eggs next time.

I love the bagels here, and I loved the Nova spread with big chunks of salmon. I picked up a container of Nova spread and Im trying to find the salmon. $6.50 for a plain cream cheese that had a couple of specks of salmon. This cannot be called Nova spread!

As a Jersey boy. I would absolutely say these bagels are the closest thing to Northern Bagels as it gets. The environment was super clean and welcoming. I absolutely love their ice coffee.

I had a great Sesame Bagel with cream cheese and chive. It reminded me of me and my grandpa getting them at the corner. Its great to see they support local farmers too with Natalies Orchid Island Juice Companies.

This is the first time I visit and Im glad I walked in. I had the Brooklyn sandwich and that was the best breakfast sandwich Ive ever had. It was huge and tasted excellent. You can taste how freshly made it is. I dont live around PGA but I plan on making a detour for breakfast in the future.

I am originally from New York like many in Florida and I am not afraid to admit that the bagels here are just as good as anything New York has the offer.

I have gone in there numerous times and each time it seems to get progressively worse. The staff is unbelievably rude, stupid this morning I finally just walked out and went to Bagel Boys. While their bagels are not terrible the service sucks its way overpriced and the people are just stupid and rude. I will not be going there again!

A bagel shop uses rubbery microwaved eggs for their breakfast sandwiches, really? Low quality bacon, low quality unripe advocado. (Inedible) The muffin actually was filled with baking soda or something. Sour and inedible. How do you screw up a muffin. They make a big show out of these water tanks on display behind glass and the staff is super friendly and attentive but the food is low quality and horrible.

The guy at the counter was friendly and thats all the positive about that place. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich, that was microwave. My husband the egg whites sandwich with mushrooms. He said it had no flavor. Highly Disappointed especially that Im from New York.

Too tough to eat. They serve them burning hot. You have to bite hard into the dense bagel which causes the burning hot eggs and ham to slip out. The food is decent but it left me feeling frustrated.

Every time I call to get bagels for my crew at work they seem to miss match and mess up half the bagels and forget a couple bagels all together. I love the food but not worth the hassle.

Three times now I have asked for a bagel toasted with butter. And three times now they instead put cream cheese on it. How hard of a job is it that this is a regular problem. Extremely dissatisfied with this place. I dont have time to verify they actually did their job right and wait for them to fix there mistake every time.
