I love shopping at Publix. Dont know where I would be without Publix.They have everything I need....and so convenient. Ive been shopping at Publix for 40 years. I enjoy shopping daily for fresh vegetables and fruit. Publix staff are friendly and pleasant. So pleased to see they are taking Covid precautions by using CDC Guidelines....every employee is wearing a mask. Thank you!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DELI! Ordered subs at 6:30, order said they would be ready at 7:05. Boyfriend went to pick up subs at 7:05, one sub was ready but he had to wait for the other and instead of making it the employees were LAUGHING about how none of them were making it. Said they would “get to it in a minute” at 7:20, 15 minutes after it should have been ready. Called to speak to a manager, she said she’d see what was going on and hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, and their sandwiches are never very good at this store anyway. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I bought dinner last night which was publix fried chicken from the deli but when I got home the chicken was old and no good I ended up throwing it away

Worst Publix I’ve ever shopped at. The deli department is so bad, had to throw out a wrap I bought there. Also bought chicken wing, they smelled and tasted like old frying oil. Usually Publix food is tasty, but have had to many bad experiences at this one.

The sales are getting worse and worse. Every time I try to go in for a pub sub. Theres only one person there and the line is 5 or 6 deep. What happened to BoGo. Now its always buy 2 get one and even still theres never enough of the product to actually get.

Recently moved so this became my new Publix home. Unfortunately almost every time I’ve gone shopping here an employee is ether having a really bad day or just feels the need to be rude. Never in my life have a had a bagger at Publix throw my items into my shopping cart. Brushed that off. Even though my poor bread too a beating. Then on a separate occasion an employee decided it was ok to say something unkosher at me and my children. Guess it’s a good thing Publix is on every corner just for the fact I will not be returning to this one.

Disappointed- ordered a platter from deli to go along with other food for my father’s 96 birthday.Thinking this would help with preparation to make a simple gathering just that. Unfortunately when I arrived for pick up I was told someone filed it for the following week. They didn’t even have product in store to make the platter while I was there?? They did offer to go to another store to get/ make however I declined waiting, or have someone deliver item. They offered me some fruit platters that they happened to have gratis, that’s not what we wanted, we would have ordered and paid for it if we did.They dropped the ball.

The grocery store is amazing. Management are some of the best trained Ive seen. Ive seen situations escalate with random out of line customers and the managers handle it with grace and professionalism. My favorite store to shop at.

Dont go here for chicken wings! They never have plain wings. You have to get sauce, so if you dont want whatever sauce they decided to use that day youll gave to go to a different Publix. 👎

While I cant say I appreciate Publixs political leanings (far right, supporting Gov. Ron DeSantis here in Florida), I had my Covid-19 Moderna vaccine this afternoon (May 21) and it was handled quickly and efficiently. I also like Elaine who used to do the recipe demos before Covid-19. Im glad they kept her on, as her personality is very nice and engaging.

This review is specifically for the bakery. I frequent this Publix often mostly for lunch or to pick things up on my way home from work, Ive used the deli many many times and while the employees in the deli arent the most friendly or have much sense of urgency Ive learned to order online wait and extra 10/15 min than the actual pick up time and still wait a few more mins for my sandwich, from my experience the deli is always like this in any Publix Ive gone to and being that I do like Publix and the Publix brand I make it a point to choose Publix over other companies. Im also one of the first to convert people from some of the discount stores such as Aldis, Trader Joes and Walmart because tho Publix is more expensive they make up for it with the buy one get one sales and a great Publix brand product.Today 10/21/2017 I was in to pick up a strawberry cheesecake my grandmother requested. I buy from this bakery often but usually just grab something already made and go about my shopping. I got to the bakery today and noticed they only had plain cheesecake okay Ill just request some strawberries be added since Publix is so good at pleasing the customer ( most of the time anyway ) I grab the cheesecake and stand infornt of the bakery counter where they have the cashier/computer holding the cheesecake while 4 employees argued about a special cake order they are trying to prepare but dont have any fish or sea creatures to put on the cake they are supposed to be making. So I say excuse me and a lady turned and looked at me so I ask Is it possible to have strawberries added to this cheesecake ? Oh I dont think we can do that, hold on. She asked another lady if we can add strawberries to the cake. Without hesitation she replied NO ! we dont do that ! Shocked and kinda thrown off I ask can you put some strawberries in a container, Ill pay for them. NO ! We dont do that either ! YOu have to buy them frozen !! I said I need a strawberry cheesecake for a birthday celebration very soon. Well I cant add anything to that I have to make a new one. So I asked how long will that take 15 MINS ! Okay great Ill take one and be back in 15 MINS. I shopped had to pass the bakery and noticed there were now 2 strawberry cheesecakes waiting in the cold case. I walked over to pick one and both cheesecakes were the ugliest strawberry cheesecakes Id ever seen, Alls I could do was look at them and laugh out loud at how poorly made they were. I took my ugly strawberry cheesecake and I went on my merry way.

This may be the first Publix in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Its a tad small. Selection is therefore minimal. I couldnt find a wedding anniversary card for example.

I like how the layout makes it easier to find like items close by instead of making me go from one end of the to get for example coffee and cream or cereal and milk. It was not crowded either and there was no wait to check out,as the saying goes Publix Where Shopping is a Pleasure.

They now have two self checkout lines with two set up in each line.There following every guide line you can think of,they even have new face masks and hand sanitizer if you dont have any no charge when you first walk through the front doors on your left. Very happy wish shopping there everyone was very courteous and would recommend shopping there to anyone. Be safe and GOODTIMES ALWAYS!!

I dont know what has happened to my Publix. There was a time you would never find brown lettuce here. The fruits and vegetables have gone way downhill. They are no longer my go to, and havent been for some time. This store is definitely sub par.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I had a terrible experience at this store. I stopped there yesterday, and when I got home, two of the items I bought were not in the bags. I even checked my car to see if they had fallen out. I went back today, and the first customer service person was clueless. She even went to the cashier and asked her if she remembered NOT putting the items in the bag. Of course she said she didnt remember. The other customer service person finally told me I could get the items and bring them back, so she could scan them. That was after I told her I wasnt trying to scam the store. I also told them they werent making it easy. She marked the receipt replaced. They would not give me a refund. I told them I didnt appreciate the way they handled it, and they ignored me. So, to recap, I was inconvenienced, not believed, and treated badly. All for $7.00 in merchandise. Definitely not where shopping was a pleasure. Publix has competition, and I plan on supporting my other shopping options.

If you used American Express credit card on Aug 2 2019 you may have paid for my order check your statement. Went to store Aug 3 to correct service people could not handle asked for manager. He acted like I was bothering him asked me what I wanted to do I said pay for my order I played for my order on my c c. He stated he would look in to it !!! So check your American Express.

Neat and clean. Choice of products and quantity is less. This store has every department from pharmacy to meat to bakery and what not. But everything comes with limited quantity and brands.Nevertheless the plaza is big and you may have to go around the parking for sometime if it’s your first time visit.Good customer service but could try self check out options.

Staff is very helpful and provides a great customer service, EXCEPT in PHARMACY store, Scott one of the worker there was very unpleasant and not willing to provide some insurance information to my doctor office in order to help processing the prescription unfortunately.

Horrible service. I’ve been going here for two years and never really thought it was good. I went in to get one item at 10:56 pm and checked out at 11:01. The seven employees watching me walk towards the exit door where my car was parked closest to didn’t bother to tell me the door I walked towards was locked. As I walk back and asked them to let me out they said I couldn’t go out that door because it was locked. They conveniently told me I had to exit the other door since they only had one manager. I asked if someone could unlock the door so I could walk to my car parked at that door. And again they answered “no” because they only have one manager and he is letting customers out the other door.I don’t mind walking but you stay open until 11:00 pm for your customer and I appreciate that. Apparently I’m worthless after 11:01 pm. Hopefully someone in management will see how little these employees care about their customers and do something about it. Publix in central FL is an entirely different experience. Maybe they can send some training to south FL.
