I like supporting small local business, but sometimes I just like to go to here, because it is really is quite nice, they have everything, and prices are really good....and little known fact: they have a great cigar selection, cheaper than any other place I have been to.

This is like a supermarket full of beer, wine, and liquor. They have the largest selection of wines Ive ever seen. Also, you can find mixers, snacks, drink stirs, stemware, and other party supplies.

Staff is so helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable, we came in looking for a good non-alcoholic wine (making beef bourgenion for my wife who is pregnant) and were greeted by a very helpful gentleman who directed us right to the spot and to an extensive collection of options. This has been the worse experience, I went with my 23 year old daughter who was not purchasing anything she was just accompanying me. We asked people for help and they gladly assisted us to find what I was looking for, but once we got to the register the women rudely asked her for her ID and told her to exit the store due to not having her ID we asked her why she needs her ID if she is not purchasing she stated that she is not allowed in the store without one even if she is not buying. I would never go back the way this women treated my daughter and I is not acceptable. Very disgusting and disrespectful way of speaking to customers, if I could put everything she said to us it would be a a longer story

They have a lot of wine varieties for sure. But so far I actually prefer Publix prices for wine (I just buy CA wines and dont have the discriminating taste buds that some apparently have). But Total Wine liquor is cheaper than Publix as far as I can tell. Dont shop Costco however. Would need to throw that in for comparison.

After placing my order online I went to pick up it curbside. The designated pickup parking was clearly marked. Once parked I used their app to let them know I was there. A short 5 minute wait and the sales associate was there with my order. My ID was checked, the order placed in my trunk and I was on my way. Process was easy and quick. I will use it again.

I am a “grand reserve” customer. We drink wine and like to have people over on the weekend and Total Wine is a weekly stop for us. I wish I could say I enjoyed going in there. We like the selection but with the exception of 2 friendly cashiers this store has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. And the straw that broke the camel’s back was we recently opened a not so cheap sparkling wine that was flat. Unfortunately my husband dumped it and when I tried to get a replacement I told they could not replace it because I didn’t leave the wine in the bottle. You would think my purchase history would support this is not at all a common occurrence for me to return wine. I’m angry about it and actively looking for a better place to buy wine. They suck.

My experience here is different every time I visit. I was once asked to step out of the store once the cashier found out that I didnt have any identification other than my government badge hanging around my neck. Other times, I was given exceptional service even while shopping without identification yet again.

The standard in the area for all things alcohol. The variety is unmatched and they bring in many renounced winemakers and have tastings all the time. Many of the workers here are aficionados and have visited vineyards and distillers so they have far more knowledge than you would expect. Highly recommended.

Man, I wish we had one in or near Tallahassee because their selection is on point. Also, my town does not have any good places to get kegs that dont cater to frat boys. I was impressed with the selection for beer in kegs and local singles. I will say, the folks working there had little idea about the wines my mom asked for and two cashiers were a bit rude but product-wise, this place is great.

I use to love this place but a women brought in a very large dog and no it was not a service dog because she had an issue with someone that said something. I can not go to a place that sells food and consumables that allows animals. Service animal OK but not your big dirty dog. Sorry I will just have to go other places that follow health codes. Not one employee stopped her. Just one customer said something.

Amazing experience. Called to reserve a bottle of joy and they were more than accommodating. They held me pair with a tobacco and got best glasses full use for my special occasion.

I Use to come here EveryDay An all a sudden today I take my check an to pay for my wine he takes my check because a Cashier didn’t know what she was doing an he Runs My check so as I wait there I see other woman using there checks An he did not I Reapeat he did not do that with there checks an he comes back to me an say he can not use my check so I go to a different total wine and did not have this problem at all an I don’t like the way JOHN treated me at this location because I’m black but did not do the white people that way Black people have as much as the other color has an I want something to be done about this .

Weve been to other Total Wine locations but this one seemed to have a better selection of local beers as well as some hard-to-find and unique beers. Obviously I was looking for beers more than wines or hard liquors. Still, Total Wine is worth checking out as prices are good and the tastings go on daily.
