Typical retail store bound to fail in the e-commerce world. No greeting when walking in, asked about how a pant fit they had no idea and offered no suggestion for an alternative. I’m in my late twenties and have been in the retail industry for a decade. I will Guarantee that this store will last under 3 years with current management.

Very poor service in this store. Went in to get some shoes for my mother and was helped by an employee named Elyse. She was extremely rude to me, as well as other employees. Pointed this out to another customer, who agreed and left because of this employees attitude. When she was not being rude, she was on her phone. Very unprofessional.

I dont care for it too much but I get my GF and family shoes from here.the prices are reasonable and they have shoes that are hard to come by like the Mickey mouse vans and peanut vans.
