The location is nice but as a POC I didn’t appreciate being ignored by the employees while the white customers were greeted and asked if they needed help. The only person who asked how I was doing was a very pretty hispanic girl with blonde hair. Probably won’t buy anything from here ever, but at least the location is aesthetically pleasing

Two-story location. Men’s, fitting rooms, and most Women’s is located upstairs. If you have accessibility needs, there’s an elevator in the back.

Was happy to find it still open with all the construction going on in the plaza. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Ive never bought clothes here, so Im not going to give it 5 stars. What i bought were two glitter photoglobes that were on special for buy one get one 50% off. I think that their Black Friday specials could have been better. The globes are very pretty, but I havent tested them quite yet.

Nice store with cool clothes, assecories, books and other stuff. The store is well cleaned and organized and the staff is incredibly friendly and service minded. Good location too with lots of parkingspots and other stores, restaurants etc close by.

Not bad for young folks but expensive (for what it is). You can find some quality items here and lots of gag gifts and trinkets.

Disappointed. Normally have a nice collection of miscellaneous stuff. Good for stocking stuffers. And shirts with off the wall sayings. None of it was there. At least none that interested me. I felt the whole store was favored to the female shoppers now.

I love urbans sale section, i shop in both mens and womans and i find a few items every time i go, not super friendly for your budget but the clothes are usually very good quality and last for a long long time

I visited this store yesterday with a friend and all I can say is that I will not be returning! The only pro was the store was clean-ish but clothing was all jumbled together with no care and employees didnt ask us once for help and instead were in the back socializing not taking their job seriously. Clothing was insanely expensive and there is a very sparse selection of clothing. Will not return.

Store is emptying out, compared to years prior, there is much less clothing and product on display- sparse. Walked out with a security tag - thankfully i checked my purchase and had it removed.
