I drink Starbucks every day and this is the best one! Everyone that works here is so kind. I have a pretty complicated order but my drink comes out exactly how I want it every single time and consistently tastes the same! BY FAR THE BEST STARBUCKS LOCATION just for the employees that work here, they always seem like they’re having fun which is extremely refreshing to see in the service industry. They are truly gems! They make every day a better day for me. I’d give them more stars if I could.

The inside and outside takes and chairs were clean. The staff wear masks and everyone seems really nice and easy going there. The guy who took my order was Deima (pronounced Dee-mah) and they were happy they could finally make a drink from the Secret Menu today. I ordered the Minnie Mouse 🍓 Frappuccino and it was so yummy. It hit the spot. This place is located right near the highway and they offer lots of parking. This particular location is a constant revolving door of customers. 🤓

NOT the place to stop for a cool drink on a hot day. NO inside space to cool down while drinking a strawberry lemonade cooler. Find another Starbucks if you need to sit down and cool off. Poor location off the interstate hwy if you want to cool down on a rest stop.

Friendly and patient staff coffee was delicious. And no line when we walked in, but when we received our order there was at least 4 to 5 people there in line. Which tells me they are doing something right because they got so busy so quickly.

I am so glad we stopped at this location (3866 Northlake Blvd) on our way back to Orlando. The staff here are so awesome, and extremely amiable! The way they made our beverages was on point! Unlike other Starbucks weve been to; we literally have them remake our drinks oftentimes. Kudos to staff and management of this location...We wont forget!!

Its been awhile since I ordered medicine ball. This is a small location with a friendly staff. My tea was so good and refreshing. Great for my long road trip. ❤🍵

I will truly never understand why people like Starbucks. Food is microwaved, hence dry and just not very tasty or good. Coffee is so so for being over priced...I have better coffee at home with my Nespresso machine. The bin is over flowing, long lines and just unkept. So, it has to be the free wifi then??? Thank Goodness it was a gift card I had used. I wont go back! However, staff did a great job!

Cant get my drink right, no matter how much I explain it, they also lie when u call them and ask if they have certain items. Tired of this location honestly

This Starbucks is the absolute best! I come almost everyday and they are always so kind! They always make my drink perfect and work efficiently! They do everything in a timely manner and always greet the customers and make me feel welcome! Keep up the good work guys!

Very small place with no drive-thru. Properly staffed with no perceptible latency for orders despite a constant queue. No errors with the orders either.

BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! We were in there for only 5 minutes. Even though we got there a little late in the day, we got a warm welcome and got the greatest energy from the three employees there. I hate that I don’t remember their names but they deserve a raise. LOL The barista queen nailed our iced shaken espressos (a rarity) and they were all just so friendly. Ahh, a breath of fresh air. Thank you :-)

At this particular store there is no drive thru. They are handling a lot of business though. You will wait a very long time for your drink. The store is no bigger than a closet. You will be asked to stand outside to wait for your order. I almost went in and canceled my order because it was taking so long, I felt sorry for the staff. The staff was working very hard, it felt as if there was no air conditioning inside, they looked exhausted but they were still very kind to the customers. I think it is very wrong to treat staff like this. Clearly a lot of business comes through here. My drink was off but I was not going to bother the staff again. Management clearly allows this store to be overwhelmed. Be honest. Tell people in line how long it will be for a drink etc and let the customer decide if they are willing to wait. Or just make the store a mobile orders only place. So that people can sit inside their air condition car while waiting. Good Luck 🍀

Service was horrible. Didnt have any pumpkin loaf. Lied to me and said they didnt have any bags and they when I saw them giving someone a bag they said its only for takeout orders.....something isnt right with this store 🤔🤔

Everybody that works there is extremely nice I love passing by and picking up my favorite drink on the way to work . It is a small store for the amount of traffic tho making everybody stand to one side on the store waiting for there order lol 6 feet becomes impossible .but again 5* for me love this starbucks and everybody that works here

This is a specific review. Im not a Starbucks fan, in general. I have this cost issue. I refuse to pay that kind of money for a cup of coffee. I use the other national chain, mostly because I prefer their coffee. However this time of year, Starbucks has Pumpkin Spice Latte. No other chain, no coffee shop, no McAnything can hold a candle to Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte. I get one every year. Wed been at the Christmas Lights in Jupiter Heights & a van load of us found this particular Starbucks just north of the Northlake exit off I-95. Easy to spot, clean as a whistle & my Pumpkin Spice Latte was magnificent! Now only 4 of us got coffee or coffee drinks & I said goodbye to a $20.00 dollar bill (to go) but if you are crazy enough to pay their prices, this Starbucks is the one to use.

This is the closest starbucks to my place but the drink isn’t that great! Disappointed twice with my order . Have to drive few miles farther away to another starbucks for better coffee but the staff is ok!

Best Starbucks around. One of the busiest starbucks because of location. They get people through the line so quickly it is amazing. Customer service is so great and employees know many regulars by name and always make you feel welcomed.

I had a iced tea. Half black half green no water with 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla. It was excellent and very refreshing. The staff was cordial and helpful. And patient.

My husband always warns me not to go to this location. They mess up his order every single time. Today they gave me a frappuccino instead of my hot latte (mobile order). I patiently stood in line for 8 minutes only for the cashier to tell me, “oh no, you need to go to that other line over there and tell him”. I stood in the other line for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the employees, obviously they’re busy making drinks. What kind of customer service is that. Definitely not Starbucks standard. Cashier had no problem directly speaking to the woman who was working behind the counter with him regarding something else, so why could he have not relayed the message that my drink was incorrect, especially being that I mobile ordered and was a standing there for over 10 min. It would have taken 5 seconds. Absolutely no common sense there. There was a long line of people’s who order that were screwed up, and I even patiently waited behind them too. Still no acknowledgement from any of the staff there. Just lost my money and left with no coffee.

I waited 20 min for a plain bagel and was told they didnt have any. It was the reason we went there in the first place, so my son was very disappointed. Drink order was wrong twice. I ordered two different sizes and they made both the same, took it back and then tried to give it back to me, but another employee stopped them and told them to remake it larger, which was what I paid for. When we took first drink, they didnt give us a straw, my son stood in line to wait and ask for one, and was ignored. Employee just walked away. Even if you dont bother to ask what my son needed, it shouldnt be hard to figure out when someone is standing in front of you with a full Frappuccino and no straw. Wont be going back to this location.

This Starbucks has the nicest staff and the beverages are always good. I would recommend the matcha frappuccino and vanilla bean frappuccino for those that dont care for the taste of coffee. Starbucks is how I start my morning off every day.

The cashier was so friendly with a smile on her face, you could tell she loved her job. She gave great suggestions for milk substitute drinks and of course the coffee was great as usual.

I love Starbucks! I love my coffee strong! No other place, at least franchise chains have been able to make my coffee strong! Love the bitter taste as some people say. I will say this particular Starbucks is in too small of a space for the amount of traffic it receives. Also, they decor is plain and boring to most Starbucks that make it feel more cozy. The service was good, for how many people they were having to service in and my drink was made perfectly. I will say their display of food in the window wasnt appealing to the eye, but they had my morning bun and thats all I cared about.

Full of it theyre always happy and very helpful also they almost always have my order correct and always clean nice environment. Best thing ever is there mobile app. I order it from home and by the time I get there everything is ready its wonderful I just order and its already linked to my Starbucks card so its already paid for and theres option to tip the app as well so no hold up with anything. Great starbucks! They were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. They got my order perfect, even the smallest of requests. I noticed they even had an order memorized for a regular customer who stopped by, and welcomed him by name. I definitely plan to stop by again!

Also like the new Manager, Devin Thompson.(OLD)This store has the best manager. He has been there a long time that is why they are so consistent! Friendly staff, and great outdoor seating. I always enjoy this location.

Stopped at this Starbucks coffee shop on my way to Fort Pierce from Fort Lauderdale to visit friends. This Starbucks like other Starbucks runs like a fine tuned military machine. It wasn’t very crowded so I didn’t have to wait long. The prices are the usual for Starbucks and that’s why they call it five bucks. In any case that’s why they get five stars 🌟. It’s still great coffee ☕️.

I get coffee here every day. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. If you go in during peak hours to order coffee or food Id highly recommend using the Starbucks mobile app to pre-order your food. Sometimes the line to order can be 10 minutes long and out the door. When I get there I walk past everyone standing in line and pick up my drinks that are waiting.

Never been there coffee is not as good as Dunkin Donuts

I go this Starbucks quite often but always walk inside. Never have I had an issue but they usually have a line at this one. So I took advantage of the app and ordered my coffees online. They were ready on time and the order was correct. But when getting ready to drink them me and my husband noticed that they were a little light. Come to find out his white mocha venti and my caramel brûlée venti were missing about a 1/3 of the drink. Milk is very inexpensive and Starbucks drinks are quite pricey so I think it is very wrong to have ripped someone off on a drink just because they ordered it online.

I rarely get any mess ups but Im a bit upset that I came for a WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE & the girl claimed she understood & I still got the wrong thing. I couldnt change it seeing how I had to be back to work but please dont fail me again next time.

Slow service and high prices $12 for a small sandwich and a coffee. Only reason I went is because I got a gift card. Takes forever for them to make all the coffee drinks and heat up food causing lines. Go to Wawa instead and get a sandwich that is bigger and better and larger sizes coffee for $8.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. They are too busy making mobile orders to take care of the customers that actually come into the store. Also, the Barista spilled a drink (one of the mobile orders) which splattered on my leather shoes. No apologies or acknowledgment. Never again will I go to this location!

Online ordering was fast! I noticed that the partners here know their customers. I love that! A guy behind me walked in, asked for help finding a bag of coffee and the partner asked if hed like a complementary coffee. That is service! Ill come back here!

I love my cute little local Starbucks ! They have very lovely employees, and very good coffee. Ive never had a bad/ negitive inconuter at this location. I really love coffee and I can tell the difference from just following a recipe and putting love/passion in it, and for sure they use heart!!

This is probably the smallest Starbucks I’ve visited so a few times it was very crowded in there with no standing room. Was here on vacation and have a custom drink that Mike remembered on my second visit in. Came to this location 4 times in 8 days. Super friendly staff. I love when the baristas know my order :)
