Both our 🍨 ice creams were ok. Not great or exciting as expected. Vanilla and chocolate no sugar added had no flavor. Strawberry no sugar added was decent, but wouldnt order again. Spouse had chocolate explosion or maybe called choc Volcano. He LOVES chocolate, but not this chocolate 🍫 ice cream. Service was good, price was not too bad.

First time visiting the actual store and it was MAGICAL! Even better than Ben & Jerrys in some ways.I got the Cold Brew Coffee and my Mom got Oreo/Cookies n Cream and Chocolate Volcano.

Last minute I called for a cake for my daughters birthday it was ready on time looked better than I ever expected!! It was just beyond perfect !! And so good and suck nice people too will be back !

I ordered my first custom cake from here for my daughters birthday. It was made exactly as my daughter wanted and the photo cake was beautiful. My guests were impressed on the image on the cake. I highly recommend this location for your birthday or special event. My daughter was thrilled. One happy mom.

Rude older man working behind the counter wouldnt fill the cup to the top. When i requested he do so he simply stated, I dont do that. When i insisted, he only got more angry and defiant. For the cost of a shake nowadays id think they could fill the cup up. We wont be going back.

I have liked Carvel since I was a child. The product has not changed much in decades. Here is why the 2 star review:The ownership/management here is sub-par. I have personally come to this site multiple times before writing this review, and being a business owner I appreciate the review process. Customer service comes first. Yesterday, I drove there from Palm Beach Gardens, and arrived at 855 PM. The staff were all present, the door locked, and we were refused service. My belief is that if you own and operate a business with published hours, that you adhere to them, provided there is no acute event or emergency.Furthermore, we have called within 30 minutes of closing on many occasions, and NEVER get an answer. In fact, I was in the lot when there were no customers, and called...no one answered.Last night, I realized that this particular establishment does not care about its clientele...more importantly the local clientele.We went to Sloans in Victoria Gardens, and were served with enthusiasm. In the future, for any soft serve or mix-ins, we will go to Dairy Queen (who answer phones and close on time or a few minutes late)....so sad.

The people who work there are nice but nothing there is tasty. My Boss shake looked nothing like the photo, tasted nothing like chocolate which is was supposed to be packed with and it was just soupy. This is not the first time I have been very disappointed with Carvel. I paid too much for a cup of melty goop.

The new management really makes the difference. The old owners used to lock the bathrooms and be rude to costumers. But with the new owners everyone is welcome and treated respectfully.HUGE improvement.

Not my favorite ice cream place but definitely have good ice cream cakes. The owners, or at least I think they are the owners because they are always behind the counter, are not very friendly and always seem annoyed when you ask a question. Maybe they just happen to be having a tough day each time we have been.Positives, ice cream cookie sandwiches & the ice cream cakes.Negatives, usually have to clean the table myself and not so friendly people be hind the counter.

Found this place by accident. I have lived here all my life and didnt even know this existed. Came here for ice cream and it was great. The staff was nice and helpful. They helped us right away. They have a good selection of ice cream and soft serve. As most Carvels, they have the usual frozen treats. The place was clean and didnt smell like bad milk. I would recommend coming here if youre in the mood for ice cream.

Drove all the way there, arrived at 9:35PM to find they were already closed. Dont advertise on your website being open until 10PM if youre going to lock the doors at 9:30PM or earlier, its very inconsiderate.Just saw from an earlier review this has been going on for at least 2 years, unbelievable.

A terrible business. I was parked somewhat in front of their business while going to my eye doctor next door. I ended up having my eyes dilated for the first time ever, and didn’t feel comfortable driving so I left my car and went to the Duffy’s in the same plaza with a friend for lunch while my eyes readjusted. While we were finishing up, he noted that it looked like someone from the ice cream shop was putting something on my windshield... didn’t think much of it.When I got back to my car after lunch, I had a NASTY warning letter on my car saying the parking was for patrons of the plaza only and it would be towed soon. Not only was my car not there all that long, nearly all the other spots were empty in the lot. Plus I was patronizing two of the establishments in the plaza(!!)Nasty people and completely unnecessary. I will never give them business.As a side note, the vision center next to them is AMAZING... just don’t park in front of Carvel’s apparently.

Whatever you do, do not go here !!!They keep the restrooms locked with an out of order sign on it 24-7.... I have written and called Carvel corporate many times to complain about this and once in awhile I just walk in there to check to see if it is still closed with that sign on the door and low and behold it is... corporate as giving me coupons to try to make up for this incident but in all reality when you franchise your company out, you are allowing people to ruin your name and that is what Carvel is allowing this bunch of morons to do.It is illegal to do what they are doing and to stop at patrons from using the restroom, but they do not care and for some reason somehow theyre making enough money to survive and stay there. DO NOT GO HERE.. find another Carvel

I do not understand the negative reviews posted about Carvel. My wife and I have used them multiple times each year for the last 2-3 years and the service, quality, and pricing are top notch. We love the ice cream cakes and I am ordering another one today for my wifes birthday ! I suggest all ignore the one star ratings of Carvel. It appears to me that someone is intentionally trying to destroy their business.

Carvel ice cream is our favorite place for soft serve and for ice cream cakes. I dont know what the secret is for the cookie crunch layer between the layers but it stays crunchy for a long time. Friendly helpful people work at this store.

Ice cream choices are good. Customer service is a little lacking when the high school boys are working. My price was about $5 over the usual price and I asked to see my itemized receipt and the kid wouldnt let me see it. Maybe he didnt understand what I was asking for. Although my kids enjoy it, we will probably enjoy it elsewhere from now on.

The worst ice cream Ive ever had. My grandmother got Coconut icecream and complained about the taste. I thought maybe she was just being picky until I tried it myself. There are Crystals in the ice cream that taste foreign. I had the pecan ice cream and strawberry. I was so dissatisfied with the pecan that I scraped it off to try the strawberry. The actual cream tasted okay but as soon as I ate a strawberry, I spit it back out because it tasted like chemicals. Not to mention the icecream was melting off the cones even before they handed it over the counter.No place to wash your hands, either.

They have these milkshake type creations that are amazing. I always end up going in really close to the time they close (10PM) and they still make it happily. Only wish they stayed open a little later.

My husband and I have eaten Carvel every Friday night for years. Stopped in in the middle of the work day to use the restroom. Nasty lady told me This is jot a public restroom for the future. Ok... point well taken. Dairy Queen is just up the street nasty lady. My husband and I will start going there from this week on. I am sure their employees arent as old and crotchety.

Chocolate volcano! Good customer service, great ice cream. Need to correct hours of operation. Says close at 10pm daily but, really 9:30 on Sundays.

Food was great but these are the reasons why the service was atrocious.1. 9:30pm they told use they were closing in fifteen minutes although their sign says they close at ten2. They then kicked us out fifteen minutes early.3. One of our compatriots asked the (only) male employee to take a picture of our group of 24 patrons. And I quote sorry im busy cleaning shut the door in her face4. During the extent of our stay the employees were (quite literally) screaming to shut the door.Happened on the night of 04/26/2016

Worst carvel I have ever been to dont go here and they are cheap af wont even buy powdered malt and the owners are rude as hell. Go to the one on Okeechobee or in jupiter.

Food was ok. Service was awful. They were rude and closed before their closing time. I had a group of people with me and we asked them to take a photo of us and they refused. We will not go back anytime and I will not recommend it to anyone. Customer service may have been the worst I have seen.
