What a wonderful experience. Top notch service from Ashley. We needed to exchange a purchase for something we saw online. After first calling another Kay store, spending several torturous minutes unable to make them understand what we needed, we spoke with Ashley. She handled the whole transaction professionally and courteously and was able to have the item at the store as promised and did the exchange in minutes.
I tried to exchange a piece of jewelry that I received as a gift, however one of the sales clerks made it impossible. Instead she gaslighted me, wrapped up the jewelry and sent me on my way. Just want to point out that it was an EXCHANGE and not a return. For all she knew she could have increased her profits if I had opted for another piece.
I dropped my ring off the beginning of April to be resized and cleaned up at the Gardens store. When I received the ring back, the bottom of the band was split open and the “o” in the Leo on the inside was missing the diamond. I am extremely upset and disappointed. this is my engagement ring and it is supposed to be one of the best quality diamonds and bands. I took it to the Wellington location and the manager was very nice and said that should not have happened And that they should have checked it multiple times before giving it back to me. I called customer and care and they said they sent the case to the escalation team and it could take a couple of weeks. I am now without my ring and I am even more upset and frustrated at the length of time this is going to take. I feel as if my ring was $15,000 I would have had an answer by now. Terrible customer service on kay’s end and I am not happy with how this is being handled.
I spoke to the lovely white haired lady and tootsie (?) Who gave me the best customer service without purchasing anything. They helped me obtain service on my ring from my deceased father with the kindest regards. I will be coming back ASAP.
Bought a defective watch for $2400 and they wont do anything about it because I didnt buy an extended warranty from kays. I bought thre watch less than 6 months ago. Dont waste your money here. They are a rip off.
I would give zero if I could, I had the worst experience ever, the sale associate was very rude and she was like following us everywhere, and when we asked to see couple watches she said she can t pull 2 in the same time, are you serious? Like im going to snatch the watch and run. Come on people hire some people with good customer service, because of her and her manager I didnt buy anything even though I was planning to buy 2 watches and a ring.( I forgot mention that the manager refused to come to speak to us and when we wanted to say something we had to pass by the Sa just wow)

Amazing service!After spending six months looking for the perfect engagement ring, I walked into Kay Jewelers. The staff are all so wonderful, happy and helpful.I was assisted by Jose and he is the first salesman at a jewelry store who I didnt feel was only after a sale. Jose actually wanted to help me find my dream ring. And he did!The price tag, the sale, the commission, none of it mattered to him! What Jose wanted was for my fiance and I to make a purchase with no regrets, something that would make us giddy with happiness! It couldnt be good, it had to be perfect- this was his outlook.I struggled to explain what exactly I was looking for but Jose seemed to know (clearly has enough experience to pick up on the subtle ideas I had) and he went above and beyond to find it for meIm so happy! I had a very bad experience last week, the SA and theanager were very rude, shame on Key to hire associates like that. I left without buying anything because those ladies were very unprofessional and rude.
I had taken my ring in for a cleaning to keep up with the warranty and about a week later one of the prongs broke off and a diamond fell out. My boyfriend got me this ring for our one year anniversary, so needless to say it means a lot to me. I called Kay’s and they told me to bring it in and there was no problems bc the warranty will take care of it. When I went in and they looked at the ring they swapped it out on the spot for me and told me how sorry they were. The store manager and Raquel were absolutely amazing. I have never experienced the level of customer service I did today. Every time I’ve been here I have had a wonderful experience. If you’re in the market to shop for a piece for that special someone, go to Kay’s at the Garden Mall. Their team is absolutely fantastic. I’ll be coming back here!
Had an amazing experience upgrading my wedding ring after 12 years of marriage. Marylin was so passionate and knowledgeable about her diamonds ! She helped me pick a colorless diamond, a very nice upgrade from what I had, stunning ring. But what I loved the most was how she explained everything to me in detail and the passion that she showed when she spoke about the specifications of the diamond. Will continue to be coming here for many years to come. Thank you Marilyn !
I would actually give them negative stars if I could. I went to get my rings inspected with my husband, and the guy that helped us just messed up our paper work. He was more concerned about our expired coupon that our rings inspection. He stamped our papers with another persons rings guarantee number. He was also trying to sell us new rings because we qualify for an upgrade. First of all I love my ring I would never trade it or upgrade it. Its perfect the way it is! Plus to me its more than just a ring. Its symbolic for me because it represents/reminds me of the day that my husband and I got married. Then he said rings are like phones! You can upgrade them or get new ones whenever you want who says that?? 😡 Call me crazy but that just made me mad. Today we went to the one located in the Wellington mall. Where we bought our wrap they are so much nicer over there and they did our inspection and cleaned our rings. I will never go back to the one in gardens 😑
