We went into the Palm Beach Gardens store to have my annual inspection if my rings and met Milly. She was very warm and wonderful. We talked about upgrading my wedding rings. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She ordered a ring for me however we werent sure so she made another suggestion about a custom ring. OMG are we happy she did. I have my dream ring and a new wonderful friend. Love that Zales Lets you upgrade your rings. Makes it exciting to have something new and shiny

Worst customer service. My fiancé bought my ring from here and its arrival was two weeks later than what they originally quoted, total of three weeks. Spoke to a couple staff members who told us different stories as to why it was taking so long, one being “they just want to get it perfect.” Just to find out the third party company they use to resize my ring completely messed it up. I was sized wrong in the store and then company failed to even size it down the wrong way anyway! Now we have to spend more money to try to fix it, if it can even be resized, since the company repaired it incorrectly, leaving air space and very little white gold left to work with. Beware! There are so many better places to go that understand the value of your new engagement ring.

Horrible location!!!!!!!!! They have the worst customer service here. They are not patient what so ever. But if you have to go to this location Please ask for Donna, she’s the only one with great customer service. Everyone else suckssssss. They will rush you to just buy whatever, something you might not even be looking for. Ask for Donna, Donna is great ❤️

I ordered a ring online on the 9th of June . I paid for the two day air shipping and won’t be getting the ring until July 9th a whole month later . The last week I have tried to contact the people online, I have tried to contact their customer service hot line just to sit on hold for hours and hours, no response and no one answers . I contacted zales through Facebook by making posts just to get them in messenger to give them my info and order info just to be ignored more for two days with still no response.So today I contacted this store since they are finally open and asked if they had the ring in store so that I can get it sooner as we need it sooner. The sales person Allan answered the phone and then gave me his phone number to message him the picture of the ring which is WHITE GOLD with BLACk and WHITE diamonds . He then apparently can’t do his own website search as he was asking me for the sku number which I wouldn’t know and how much I paid for the ring . He then processed to message me a picture of a ring that is YELLOW ring with WHITE big diamonds . Nothing like what we wanted . This store should be shut down too since they seem to be incompetent. If I don’t reach the customer service soon then I’ll be cancelling my order and contacting the president of signet jewelers as this is crazy to blame the Panademic for their bad customer service and their slow shipping speeds .

Just purchased my engagement ring. It is STUNNING. Received excellent customer service from the rep, Elizabeth, and from the manager. I am blown away by the ring and the staff was very sweet and tentative. It was a fantastic experience and they helped make it a very special day for me.

My boyfriend bought me a diamond bracelet from this location for my birthday and within the first month it broke. We took it back and tried to explain to them that it broke where they had removed some links to make it smaller and after arguing with us at first, they agreed to repair it at no cost. Just picked up the bracelet today and after 3 hours of wearing it the link broke again. They have terrible quality bracelets. We will never buy any jewelry again from Zales.

I went in here to get a gold chain for my favorite pendent. I found the sales people very friendly and the woman who showed us what they had was informative and offered selections from different price points to accomodate. I ended up with a diamond cut gold chain and am very happy with the entire experience.

Never in a million years would I think that I would fall prey to diamond switching . Both the diamonds on my husband’s and my diamonds were switched at the Zales store in Palm Beach Gardens . I am so devestated to say the least . The worst part is that I have no knowledge of how to prove this . My hopes is that others will come forward with the same issues and maybe I may receive some direction . Or, that miraculously I may find my paperwork to prove that the diamonds that are currently in the setting are not the same that we purchased. Nonetheless, what’s in darkness will eventually come to the light . Sin is good but for a season . Eventually the season of Zales switching diamonds will end .

Walked in the store and no one acknowledged me and my wife except one lady and she was on the phone but took time to speak and let us know she would be with us as soon as she could but as soon as an older couple walked in all of a sudden the other sales rep spoke as soon as they walked in and ran to help them. I never felt so disrespected and I had already purchased an item just went in for resizing I walked out because I did not want to even spend more money i know i wont be back i dont care what kind of sale they have

Literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am so impressed with the sales man, Alan, and the manager. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I left twice without buying anything because I was unsure of what I wanted, (I wanted all the rings) but each time I came back they were extatic to see me. On my third visit I picked my perfect ring! Sounds like most of you should be shopping the pawn shops. If you cant afford it, go there. Ive been shopping here for over a decade. Two sales reps have been there and done great service. Some new ones are also very friendly. Leave your sad lives, lies, and loneliness off the web.

Do not buy anything from Zales. They do a horrible job engraving rings. They are uneven engravings and have random lines through the engravings. Also, they do not accept returns on engraved rings. They do not tell customers that before hand and when confronted about it they say that it is written in the receipt which is provided after purchasing the engraving................ The customer service is unbelievably bad and their employees are apparently sneaky. They will steal your money. Do not buy anything from Zales.

This location is beyond horrible. You get better service from any fast food restaurant. The manager Ira Bloom is just a horrible person. He was rude beyond words. I have had several issues with a bracelet purchased from another location, after speaking with corporate, I was told to go by this specific location any time and pick up my new replacement bracelet. When i arrived Ira stated he didnt want to give me the bracelet because he felt he shouldnt have to take the loss. After both him and i spoke with corporate, (when i told corporate his comment about not wanting to take the loss, she laughed and said he has no damn choice) he finally agreed to give me the bracelet. He then felt the need to tell me how i should be grateful because he went over and beyond to help me. I have never written a review before but this man was a monster.

Purchased my engagement ring from zales only 3 years ago and was met with problems immediately. The diamond fell out multiple times within the first year. they gave us the option (since it was within the warranty) to trade the ring in for a new ring of equal value. We did, and we were met with the SAME issue. The diamond to the other ring has fallen out 3x since purchasing it. Last year we attempted to return the ring entirely and were flat out told no by the manager AND coorporate offices. Today the diamond fell out again and I brought it to the store, explained the situation and they told me my options. 1) get it fixed AGAIN. 2) upgrade the ring, but to upgrade I have to buy double the value of the ring. The man who dealt with my issue told me to just “get it fixed and see if it happens again”. Will never buy another piece of Jewelry from zales again, and definitely won’t recommend to anyone!

If I could give no stars, I would. I purchased a necklace as a Christmas gift for my wife at the end of November. She opened it Christmas Day, excited to see the necklace shes been eyeing for quite some time in front of her. When putting it on, the thin chain popped before she could even wear it.I went to this location to return/exchange the necklace when the associate Alan told me that without my physical paper receipt that came when the package was delivered, he could not help me. I informed him that I had the emailed receipt with my order/confirmation number but he did not budge and said he needed the paper receipt. He also said no exchanges were done in the store, I would have to return it and buy it back. Now, Ive never heard of this before since Ive done business with Zales multiple times.I got into my car, looked up the return policy and wahlaaaa, it shows that emailed receipts can be accepted. The phone rep s/w the store and explained what happened but by that point, I was over a half hour away from the store to just simply turn around.I went back into the store with my wife on 12/31/18, and was told no exchanges were allowed, I would have to return the necklace and repurchase it. They did, however, accept my emailed receipt. I had to rebuy back the necklace at the price it was in the store, not the price I got it for online (spoiler alert - it was more expensive in the store) and I was told I would have to contact customer service to get the coupon refunded to me (the number and extension was even written on my receipt).I called the number and extension which ended up being the wrong extension. I spoke with a rep on the phone who told me they could not apply or give a refund for the coupon since the repurchase was done in store and their solution was to return the necklace again and buy it online to apply the coupon. I called the store and spoke to the same woman who helped me, she even remembered who I was and told me that I would have to call the customer service number again and speak with a supervisor or a manager.I called and spent another obscene amount of time with customer service who told me again, they could not give the refund for the coupon and I was now informed that it is up to the store to honor the coupon or not. The rep tried calling the store multiple times but could not reach anyone, not even the store manager Donna. He also tried to call the district manager and also could not get through.I have tried calling this store at least a dozen times the last couple of hours with no answer and going to a busy tone. I have left a complaint on the BBB page for Zales and have called their corporate line to give a complaint.This is unacceptable that they treat their customers like this. People have jobs and lives to tend to but this Zales store thinks its clever to send their customers on a wild goose chase all for them to honor a coupon.Ill never do any further business with Zales and I warn everyone else to not do business with them....unless you like being incredibly inconvenienced.Update 01/03/19: Ive kept calling the store to get a hold of someone and it keeps connecting to a busy tone. Ive called customer service and they cannot reach the store as well. They placed a call to the district manager Amy who is also not answering the phone after multiple attempts.Update Pt. 2: I was finally able to speak with someone who could help from Zales corporate. Kathleen H. was a great help and is now mailing a check for the difference in price. She also didnt know why the store simply could not exchange the necklace since they had it in store and didnt have to order it and why they didnt honor the price. She said changes are being made so I hope nobody else has to go through the headache of dealing with this store

Worst experience ever!!! Sales rep tried to trick me into signing up for their credit card. I told them no i dont want it anymore and they said to bad its too late. Total bull crap! Worst customer service and dont even waste your time and money going there for your valentines or anniversary gifts. Worst place ever!

Sales girl told us that if we opened a Zales credit card account that we would get 10% off and 6 months interest free financing . She did not tell us there was a $9.95 promotion fee. $9.95 is not a lot of money but they should disclose ALL FEES when convincing you to open an account. I would have paid cash to avoid this fee. This non disclosed fee makes this company thousands and thousands of dollars every year.
