My friends and I went here for my 19th birthday for the nostalgia and had a blast! The employees were very kind and, as long as youre respectful to the younger customers, BABW is an amazing place for kids young and old!My issue, though, comes in variety. If we wanted an unlicenced bear, our options were slim to none. Classic designs like Pawlette and the fan favorite Longhorn were thrown to the wayside in favor of Toothless, Poppy, and the Minions. I understand Build A Bear hasnt been doing great financially these past few years and this is largely a corporate issue, but it was really disheartening to see our options trimmed down.Nevertheless, we had an amazing time. Greg and Angel, thank you so much! I know you had another coworker on staff but I cant remember her name, thank her for me too!

What a deal! During the Black Friday weekend they had a buy one for $28, get the next for $6. I ended up having an $86 bill, BUT that is because I added quite a few things: clothes, scents, sounds. The best smells, imo, are pumpkin latte (or pumpkin something) and rainbow. I got the Pikachu and Charmander with their respective pokemon sounds. Pikachu got the rainbow scent and Charmander got the pumpkin latte. They are so adorable and the pokemon themed clothes are Christmas themed. Too cute! We love them and I can smell them when I walk by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with every aspect. The images show both pokemon and them sittin on top of a bookcase, so that you can see their size accurately.

I am a bear builder & party bear at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall location. I love workiny at this store. The other bear builders are great, the atmosphere is always welcoming and who wouldnt love making a person smile and have a great experience building a bear! Its a wonderful place to be a kid again and have some fun.

One of the employees, ( Angel ) was the NICEST employee I’ve ever met. She greeted us and took care of us throughout the whole experience. She was very nice and treated my friends birthday amazingly. We got to celebrate and have fun! She made the experience worth it. She NEEDS to be promoted for what she does

I LOVE build a bear it is so entertaining and the staff is great. They really enhance the experience. Creating your own stuffed animal is such a creative idea and I love it! The location is great, you go to shop then build your own bear. Amazing.

The Build-A-Bear staff is always so friendly. They greet us when we walk through the door. The staff will walk us through the process of building a bear. They answer all our questions and always make sure the bear has the right amount of stuffing. They also help us pick out an outfit for the bear we made which makes the experience that much more special. Cant wait to go back!

Just had a phenominal experience at the gardens mall build a bear workshop. The staff was exceptional and paid attention to every detail. They made my daughter feel so special and honestly was so impressed with the entire process. Travis especially had exemplary people skills and all staff were a pleasure. I was happy to spend money at this establishment and will return with our younger daughter.

I went in the store before Christmas with two of my friends that wanted gifts for their children. While in there Ashley helped my friends and was wonderful. I also had the heart warming pleasure of watching Cheyenne help some little girl and her Big Sister. It was so beautiful the way she interacted with the little girl and made her experience so special. I also saw the energy Travis brought to the show as he walked into the store and how great he was with all the children that were so excited for their turn. He brought one little child, that was so anxious, over to start putting a small amount of stuff in the bear by hand. We were rung up by Marisa who was super nice and when I called there because I wanted to make sure I had all my names correct, Lexus answered and was super friendly and helpful.It was just a wonderful experience. I am 50 and love when I see children being treated like they were back when I was younger. When people seemed to care more. The positive reinforcement given by the staff here is to be commended for sure. While you all set out to touch the hearts of all the children, you certainly made my day by touching my heart as well. Great job!I have been in customer service for 30 years and you are all AMAZING!

I try and avoid this place as much as possible seeing as I have 2 little girls and always seem to pass by when they having a party. So the lines for everything from selecting a sound to stuffing the bear takes a while. My daughter always just wants to have a look when we go to the mall. That can set you back an easy $40 on a stuffed animal as the workers will want to upsell you on everything. Overall its a cute concept, but your wallet will hate you😂

Fun place. Amazing and patient staff. My son had to pick out sounds for 2 people himself and his friend and both times he didnt think of a sound til after they was stitched so both friends had to go for sound surgery and they wasnt upset about him doing that to them 2x. Highly recommend for hyper little visiters.

I have a daughter that is not the easiest to handle, she’s easily discouraged by everything even the smallest thing like picking stuff out for her unicorn. Lexus helped us, and she did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with how she handled everything to make sure my daughter had the best experience. She deserves a lot of credit. She’s incredibly professional and knew what to do with every challenge that was presented. She went above and beyond. I’m so glad we came across her! Build a bear is lucky to have her.

Spent my best friends birthday here, and Austin was helping up and made our night! he was more than helpful and had a great sense of humor! my friend even got a bday hat and sticker! buildabear is a great experience, no matter the age. -3 19 year old girls

I took my daughter for her birthday today, and she had a great time. All my kids had fun making the bears, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Ari helped the kids stuff the bears, and she also helped me find items for the bears that were within our budget. We will definitely come back again.

Went in to celebrate my LOs second birthday. I thought she might be too young but not at all. Travis helped us and he was phenomenal; so patient and good with her AND us! explained and helped with everything because it was our first time building a bear (we made a SKYE from Paw Patrol) We had a great time -there is so much to do and so much to choose from and it was a great experience overall.
