I mean who doesnt love Publix lets be honest. Any who this is particularly one of my favorites because its so close to home for me. The staff is helpful and kind. Graciously recommended ✝️💯

My go to grocery store! Now that were out of the thick of the 2020 pandemic the shelves are mostly fully stocked with a few exceptions but I always seem to find what I need. Staff are 100% helpful in locating hard to find items or out of stock items. Prices are on the rise but the sales are extremely helpful if you time your purchases. Fast checkout staff, too and love the baggers that keep the lines moving!

Store was organized differently than I am used to but as usual I found an exceptional employee to assist me in finding what we needed

Publix is an awesome company and a great store to shop at I enjoy going into this location all the time cuz its set up very nice and easy to get to everything. Staff and all is always friendly and of course their deli is amazing. Their sushi is really good too as well yummy.

Very nice store. Very neat and clean.The staff members were very nice and helpful. Im disabled and have a few special needs,and the staff & customers couldnt have been any nicer to me.Although I normally shop at Publix other Location on Belle Terrier, I found this store to be a nice & pleasant place to shop.

I simply love going to this Publix. Everybody here is so helpful the store is amazingly clean and friendly people working it. I love going to the bakery and getting declares for the ladies that I live with. The shelves are always stocked and cleaned and neatly organized. I love going to the meat department its always fresh and clean I cant say enough about this Publix its just the bomb.

I had to go shopping late night not long before the store closed. As always, the cashiers, management, and deli associates are always kind, patient, and willing to help no matter what time I go.

Cleanest most organized grocery store I have ever stepped in.

Ive stopped shopping there regularly, largely because their patrons ignore CDC recommendations, as do most of the tRump loving Palm Coasters. Thats sad. That being said, they brought Miss Gerrie back as a cashier. Shes got the best personality and checking out with her is that pleasure Publix talks about.

I was on vacation from Jersey, saw this place and pulled up, not expecting much. Im glad I did. The place is so pretty and colorful. The food was delicious and the drinks were tasty and strong. The service was fast and friendly. I will be back.

I always shop at publix.Everyone is so helpful and friendly .The store is always clean and well stocked .But my post is really about the bakery this time.My niece had her wedding recently and ordered her cake from them,I believe it was called the very berry cake,It was elegant and delicious.If you need a cake even a wedding cake you should definitely consider publix

Publix is pricey. I will say that. But I will spend here. The location is very nice and clean. The food is quality is high quality. And the customer service is great! Considering dealing with all types of people.

The deli and hot meals team are great! I come here almost every day for lunch and grab a sandwich, sub or hot meal and its always fantastic! Staff is always nice and friendly and they never disappoint! :)

I love to shop here. It always has everything that I am looking for. The shelves are full of toilet paper and disinfectant wipes.

Meh...I went for cubana food to the Deli, and they had not, and the lady there didnt even know when, even though they has posted, rice and black beans.The collard green was good, though

LOVED IT, PRICES A LITTLE HIGHER BUT ITS A VERY CLEAN ATMOSPHERE THAT I DONT MIND GOING SHOPPING IN!! EVEN BEFORE THE VIRUS THEY ALWAYS HAD THEIR MONEYS WORTH IT FRESH PRODUCE AND SEAFOOD AND ARE GENUINELY GOOD PEOPLE

They are a pretty good store once you get into their rhythm. It took about 7 months to get the pharmacy straight (all is running smoothly now). They are the Only grocery store in town Ive found that carries the Original Dill Pickle from my childhood. So, I will keep going to them for the family. I do wish they had seating near back of store and maintained a stack of hand totes at the back as well like a competitor does. But no bodys perfect.P. S. In the covid age. It would be nice if they had produce bag openers, like a little rubber strip to get the bags to open hanging next to the dispenser. We cant lick our thumbs anymore to open the cling bags but we could rub the end of the bag on the rubber to open. Just a wish. 🤔💭

Horrible. the bakery can’t even follow a photo properly. it was such a simple cake. the left is what I asked for and the right is what I got. added detail at the bottom, roses look like carrots, text is not white. I will no longer be getting a custom cake from publix ever again. I’m sorry but how hard is it…

I had the worst shopping experience EVER! I am used to Publix associates being pleasant but I checked out with Alyssa today and she wasn’t pleasant at all. She didn’t speak during the entire transaction although I spoke to her. When she gave me my receipt I thanked her and again she said nothing. I asked her if she speaks and she replied not really. How are you a cashier and don’t speak?? You deal with customers daily and you don’t have customer service? I frequent this location but I will not be returning.

I have noticed a gradual decline at this Publix over the past few months, and its no longer the friendly pleasant shopping experience it used to be. Staff arent as friendly and welcoming and moral seems low and shows. Some staff, especially the elder ones, on the check out can be out right curt. Employees standing outside by the exit smoking is very unprofessional and not something I like to have to walk through to get back to my vehicle. Often out of sale items, too. Frequently have no hand baskets available and have to search the checkouts for one. I have complained to staff but theyre very nonchalant. However, I will credit the staff at the baler and the pharmacy for always being polite, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Overall though a big disappointment to see this store decline. I have been shopping here since 1992 from when it was in its old location and its certainly no longer a pleasure!

The deli consistently makes orders late, if at all, and seems to feel that is acceptable. Managers are insensitive and do not care about the customer. Very surprising that a Publix store conducts business in this manner. Taking my business elsewhere.

We got meat from the deli and sandwich chicken Gordon blue. Great place to get a sandwich and deli meat

Always a great shopping experience at Publix. This one is clean, wide aisles, and easy to navigate. Add some unexpected sales and friendly staff, and it’s easy to see why I’m favoring Publix over all the other local stores lately. Highly recommended.

Large, clean supermarket, great quality on the items, but a little pricey.

Yesterday, the day before Thanksgiving, I ran into this store for a few last minute items. I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation to the employees working there. The cashier was patient, sweet and informative. The bagger was a very nice man eager to offer his help with my groceries. We chatted on the way to my car, making the entire experience so positive. I remember the good old days when Publix insisted on serving their customers by escorting them to their cars, unloading their groceries and returning their carts to the store. They never took no thanks as an answer. They just went with you. So, thank you, Mark, for taking the time to make my shopping experience brighter. Great job!

All of the associates were help full and I was able to find everything very easily.

I was headed back to St. Louis and needing my Yuengling fix. One of your associates (I failed to get his name) was very helpful. He stopped what he was working on to help me get some warm beer from the back. After getting what I needed, he further asked what else he could get for me. Im kicking myself for not getting his name but hes a testament to Publix for having a helpful out going attitude. Cheers from a St. Louisan!

Irritating that I still want to give this place 5 stars considering they charge WAY more than the competitors do for literally the same stuff (and dont talk to me about the buy one get one free stuff because when you charge double for a product youre not actually getting one free), but the fact is the place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the bakery is amazing.

Their rotisserie is raw all around. Every public rotisserie chicken is raw to the bone and flavorless. I feel as if I’m going to get a disease eating their rotisserie. I only always have their smoked chicken and that’s because it is cured to the bone. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with Publix Delix most times. They need a true Chef to come in and re-evaluate the Rotisserie.

Its our go to grocery store, normally good experiences. Hot case is hit or miss with service and food, seems they have been shutting it down by 8pm which makes no sense when store is open till 10

Publix Island Walk is the best ever! Not only because they are friendly, kind, awesome, genuine, etc...but because they are quick to act when there is a small crisis. Story: I was at the checkout and the plastic bag just tore open and out pops my two bottles of cranberry juice. Thinking they are plastic I do not worry but I see them crack open and leak everywhere. The bagging girl is horrified and apologizes repetively. No biggie, I say, I saw the bag break...she runs to replace the two bottles in a hurry and panic. As I watch her leave out of the corner of my eye I see what looks as if it is a S.W.A.T team assessing the messy situation and scurrying to clean it up...one person comments that it is plastic and how did it break while three others run to get the tools to clean up the spill. Suddenly they have the cleaning powder and spreading it on the spill and are sweeping it up as the cashier apologizes. No need to apologize, the bag tore. The bagging girl comes back, is super apologetic, triple bags the two bottles and they all say have a nice day and disappear into the sunset like nothing ever happened.. i think it took a maximum of 30 seconds because i was still shocked the bag broke before i realized they had cleaned it up.. .This is the most supernatural experience of shopping at Publix for me as a mom.

When I asked Publix worker to help me find an item, after few sec.of thinking, he said it could be in idle #3 if not try idle # 5 or 8it wasnt there anyway so I wasted time and got upset.

This is my Publix. I love shopping here. If I ever have a problem, they fix it. If I have a question, they answer it. If I have a request, they do their best to fill it. At my Publix, shopping is truly a pleasure.

Everything was clean and well stocked. Ordered some subs and they were ready on time and absolutely delicious. All workers i saw had masks and were very courteous.

Wonderful experience at the deli. Very quick and polite. Also helpful telling me other things on sale. The store at Belle Terre is always rude. This will be my new store of choice. I think the lady who helped me was named Carol.

Whole store is amazing except the deli. I’m fine waiting for people in front of me as long as it takes but I lose my mind having to wait when no one is in front of me, but 2 workers ignoring everyone and 1 worker doing some task right in front of you that they clearly could be doing later (like putting price stickers on a stack of items for the display). I’ve twice to given up after 5 minutes.

Publix is awesome aside from its steep prices on certain items.highly suggest publix subs best subs in the county so long as its not made by two Male employees there I think ones name is Eric and the other guy is the largest guy there so its easy to spot him.eric (not sure if its his name he has a huge nose largest nose there )will short change you on tenders to make folding the sandwich easier and make zero effort whatsoever and the other guy acts like he wants to start a fight with not only his fellow co workers but you as well .roger than those two males at the deli section this place is rad

Publix has a good selection, bakery has the best hamburger buns, but its a bit pricey.
