My experience at Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc was exceptional. I was on the highway when unexpectedly a significant piece of my car started dragging underneath. I needed quick and accurate care as I still had an hour on the highway. I pulled into Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep and within 15 minutes the staff had my car fixed and did it complimentary. I strongly recommend to stay from away from this business. They are unprofessional and dangerous to your family. To make a very long story short. We purchased a lemon jeep wrangler from them this year and we are still waiting for our overpayment check from the owner, Mindy Miller. This place needs to be shutdown. OSHA violations everywhere. I will go further into the details after our case against them is settled and our I9 investigation is complete. Remember you are warned.

We purchased a car on 11/14/20. Finally got title on 9/11/21. We had to call several times. They did not have clear title to the car they sold us! The lien release on the prior title is dated 11/25/20. Then it turns out they submitted a check for tax and title transfer (should have been 2 checks) without the paperwork! I requested the check be stopped and a new payment sent with the paperwork. They submitted the paperwork without payment…just a note dated 3/31/21 to send them a receipt for the check sent previously (dated 1/15/21). The paperwork was rejected. Since it was sent to us, we had to follow through to get the job done. Eventually Flagler sent a check for the title and plate transfer, but they refused to reissue the portion of the check for the taxes. It was rejected again because they had miscalculated the taxes, so we had to resubmit it with more money. We were out of pocket $258.19 for taxes, late filing, late payment and interest.We had a “we owe” for the windshield. The windshield was replaced at the place Flagler selected. They complained that the price was too high, but they did pay for it. We discovered that the car was not the trim package advertised. (Yes, we should have checked.) It was a $500 cheaper package. Flagler said it was a glitch in the web system they use. They could not control it. The sales receipt (which they certainly could control) also reflects the wrong trim package. They refused to compensate us for the difference, but offered to take the car back. They did not offer to help us find a car, supply a rental while we looked, compensate for the time spent on making and keeping the windshield appointment, or the cost incurred in oil change and service we did. We decided it was financially better for us to keep the car. That would have been the end of it had we received title in a timely manner without additional expense.

Kevin Nelson, my sales rep at Flagler Jeep in Palm Coast, FL was simply the best. Ralph Omeara got things started and handed me off to Kevin, who handles custom orders, direct with the factory. Kevin was helpful throughout the entire transaction... and even delivered the stock tires to my house, after they added my new Toyo AT/III all terrain tires. I had a previous Wrangler bought and serviced here (2012-2016) and the service was always a good experience.

Well this was my first experience buying a car, and it was pleasant to say the least. The salesman I worked with, Zed, was awesome at providing an entertaining experience. The process was easy, the back and forth banter was pretty funny and it was just a good time. I would recommend this dealer to any of my friends.

We got a new vehicle at a great price. Our salesmen, Darryl was great as well. However, with only one finance guy, who leaves before the dealership closes, makes getting a car frustrating. We knew the car we wanted, but couldnt get it that day because the finance guy had left at 5. It might not be a bad idea to step into technology and take debit card down payments. We live an hour away and had to go all the way home to get a paper check as our bank has no branches here to do our down payment. Who does checks anymore??

Made appointment for my car on 9-23-21 to be serviced on 9-28-21 @ 9:00am. My neighbor mention he heard Flagler Dodge was closing doors due to COVID. I called on Thursday to confirm and the service lady assured me my appt. was secure. I showed up at 8:50am and asked this woman where the service dept was. She reply, do you have an appt. I told her yes, my name etc. She looks at her cell phone and said she needed to reschedule me. I mentioned I called on Thursday to confirm, she was apparently the same woman I talked to, and she literally snapped at me saying it was out of her hands and I would have to reschedule. No apology and left me feeling as if I wronged her in some way. Didn’t get her name but she is late 50’s, obese, straight hair in ponytail with glasses. Clearly miserable with her life. I just moved to FL and both my cars are Chrysler products. Makes me want to move back to west coast.HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PERSON!

Don’t waste your time. I was very upfront about my car pay off during a phone call & was told I would get very close to it. When I showed up, my car was magically 8k in negative equity. Thank you for wasting my time. Salesperson was “ZED”

Lies and lots of run-around. Defective vehicle sold which locked my baby in the car! The complete inspection theyre going to sell you is FRAUD. And if they promise you ANYTHING, its a LIE.I bought a used 2017 Pacifica minivan from Zed and Chris at Flagler Chrysler. I was told the comprehensive inspection I was paying for made sure there were no mechanical defects, that the car would be delivered clean, and that the tires were either in good condition or had been replaced. I specifically asked Zed if the car was capable of locking itself with the keys inside, he said No, these cars have sensors which know where the keys are, so cant do that. LIE #1.Almost immediately upon taking the vehicle home, while I was getting the baby setup in her car seat, this 2017 Chrysler Pacifica automatically locked itself as soon as I closed her door to walk around and get in the drivers side. Except, the keys were sitting inside the vehicle! I didnt press any buttons, or initiate anything which would have caused the car to lock. It just locked itself! So now my 18mo old baby girl is locked in this van, in 100 degree summer heat. And I remembered Zed at Flagler Chrysler had told me No, these vehicles cant do that. Well this one just did, Zed!Right before my test drive I noticed a tire was low on air, I asked about it, Zed said, Oh, its probably just low, Ill fill it up around back and we can go. I again asked about the condition of the tires and inspection and was reassured they were fine. LIE #2Within 12 hours, that same tire was flat again! Thanks Zed and Flagler Chrysler!I was told the complete inspection I had paid for as part of my purchase made sure the vehicle would be delivered clean. LIE #3. Upon returning home, we found old half full raisin boxes stuffed into the rear cup holders, small areas covered in nuts and crumbs, baked on food and what appeared to be syrup(?).Thanks again Zed and Flagler Chrysler!So I texted Zed and asked for help. I called Sales Manager Chris and asked for help. I called the Parts department and asked for help. I just wanted the vehicle to be delivered in the condition it was promised to me, based on the complete inspection I had paid full sticker price for, and based on several verbal promises the staff had given me.Weeks went by with no help. Sent to voicemail. Hung up on. Told people would call me, but no calls came. I was told the owner would reach out to discuss, nope, never called either. I was told by Jonathan in Parts that It sounded like we (Flagler Chrysler) had dropped the ball and should make it right, so well order the small window you need to repair where you had to break it to get your baby out of the car (that we told you wouldnt lock itself). But that was another LIE too.I filed a formal complaint with Chrysler. Buyer beware people. Flagler Chrysler has no integrity and does not honor promises. Even simple ones.

Spoke with salesman over the phone he told me the straight truth about the truck. Gave me a very good price on my trade. When we went into the dealership the truck was exactly like the salesman had told us And the buying experience was very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. Zed got the ball rolling..excellent on every level treated with respect they honoured the price and financing and no numbers changed from the beginning to the end... the deal took about 3 hours... From now on my Chrysler products can come from Flagler because Jacksonville has never dealt with me in the past and would not come close to this deal now... Last time I went to Daytona but was not satisfied with the service after the sale... Drove from Raleigh NC to Florida yesterday to pick up a used 3500 Ram. We have all probably had bad experiences with car dealerships. Wow!! I surprised to have one of the most knowledgeable Young sales guys I have ever met. ( I am 60 year old grandfather on my 30 something vehicle) Adam was just great in every way. My truck was ready. Facebook ad falsely promised a huge President day sale with voucher...I went in with voucher, sales people had no idea of it...they sat me down and chose what vehicles for me to look at...then when I tried to purchase the vehicle they barely budged on price and tried pushing into a different vehicle that I didnt want. I left and bought a new vehicle across the street from Tom Gibbs Chevy instead. I felt like I was brought in by false pretenses with the voucher lie!

We recently were searching for a new vehicle we could flat tow to replace our family small SUV as well as replace the small sedan we used tow behind our RV using a tow dolly. This on the surface appeared to be a somewhat difficult deal to try and negotiate with any dealership. Our sales person, Peter Grimm with Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep, recommended to us the perfect vehicle in a new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The dealership was able to located one that met our requirements and arrange for its speedy delivery to Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Peter aided us in negotiating a fair value for our two trades as well as reviewing with us all of the incentives that were available from Jeep. The overall experience resulted in our ownership of the new Trailhawk in a very fair deal.

After purchasing numerous cars over the years and having mediocre to downright dishonest business dealings it is a pleasure to give this 5 star review! We were looking for a manual transmission Jeep Wrangler and were in the process of relocating from Charlotte. Flagler Jeep had the exact vehicle we wanted but it hadn’t arrived from the factory yet as it was in transit. I looked online and saw Adam received good reviews so I called and spoke to him. He was absolutely awesome! He kept in contact with me as I peppered him with questions over the week. We were also comparing other dealers in Charlotte. He responded to all of my texts timely and professionally. Furthermore when we arrived at the dealership he had the Jeep ready and most importantly everything was as promised with no surprises. Generally the finance guy is pushy and/or obnoxious. Not at Flagler!!! Bill was helpful and professional and provided great service. I have never given an excellent review to a car dealership but I absolutely must share this one as the entire experience was great. We even had interaction with the parts department and the detail guy. Again outstanding service!!!!

Just took ownership of a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. This is the second vehicle I bought from Flagler Jeep. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful, especially my salesman, Adam Young and Finance Business Manager, Buck Day. No pressure, no tricks.

So I came in to see a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I looked it over, test drove it and fell in love with it. Very very clean, car had everything I would want and was presented very well. I came in late and we could not initially agree on terms that night. The very next morning, Kevin reached out to me and did everything he could to get me back and ultimately sold me the Jeep. He was extremely professional, very nice and I felt no pressure at all. He genuinely wanted me to be happy with this purchase and I couldnt be anymore happy with it. Ive bought probably 6 or 7 cars now and this was hands down the best experience, once Kevin took over. Also thanks to Raemon (Manager) for finalizing the deal.

I brought my 2013 jeep in for a dashboard recall. It came out with 4 broken vents, the window and headliner and side airbags filthy and and the dash isnt level. Supposedly they fired the person who worked on my vehicle but the service Manger said he didnt like my attitude so they are claiming these were the way I brought it in. Buyer beware.

I just purchased a new Ram 1500. My sales man was Adam. Everything went smoothly. It took just under 3 hrs to purchase the vehicle. I give Adam a 5 star rating. He was amazing and managed to work with me and meet my expectations. My overall rating is 4 stars, reason being, I felt that the dealership itself is very outdated and lacked certain qualities other dealerships I have been to have had. Some examples are other dealerships have newer showrooms, drinks/ food, kid center, etc. Dont get me wrong, the car is amazing, service was quicker than usual, but like I said it would of been nice to have options to snack or drink water while I waited. Overall Im happy with the purchase. Would do it again, thanks again Adam.

Everyone was friendly and I see lots of positive reviews, hence my 3 stars. I drove 80 miles each way to buy a wrangler but they wouldn’t honor the price on their own web site. The price was less than 4% less than the price they asked at the dealership. It isn’t like it was a crazy pricing mistake. Other similar vehicles online had similar prices, we didn’t think it was a mistake and we were not trying to take advantage of a mistake.They did fix the price online after we left, meaning it was likely a true mistake. It just felt bad to drive that far and not get the price over a small difference.

If you try to schedule warranty work might as well forget about it. Called 3 days in a row was not able to get to someone that capable of schedule me in. Left multiple voice mail still waiting for a call back. Are they really that busy or they don’t want to honor warranty work because it free?

Jaelin and Angelo were great! No pressure sales. Helpful and got us the vehicle we wanted for the price and payments we wanted. Their finance guy was great too! He really wanted to get us the best rate and payments he could.

Went in for a oil change, was told we needed an appt, but when we checked the night before, it wouldnt let us make one, said it was first come first serve bases...went to Atlantic Dodge in Saint Augustine...they were busy but still had us in and out in 45 minutes

Dishonest dealership that marks up their trade in vehicles $5,000+ dollars without fixing anything on them. They will not even clean them up for test drives or delivery. Ralph doesnt respond when you contact him after the sale. Save yourself frustration and go somewhere else the has better service.
