I have a very annoying drink order! And it tends to made incorrectly at locations I dont frequent very often! But they made my drink exactly how I ordered it and it was perfect!

Lengthy wait of about 15 minutes due to them being busy with the drive thru customers. I took a seat while I was waiting the extended amount of time. I was rudely confronted by an employee that the seating area was closed and that I would have to stand while I waited. It bears mentioning that this employee was seated at the table next to me the whole time I was in the store. Starbucks employees should thoroughly consider following their own rules in front of their customers, because after all the seating area is closed, but apparently not to them.

Great expectations, or great disappointments? This is an absolute shame for the Starbucks brand. It is no exaggeration to say that this location never gets an order correct and has a consistency prejudiced and patronizing attitute. I had faith coming on numerous occasions that something would be different. However, it is a consistent disappointment. Even my love for coffee cannot survive the customer contempt and absence of customer service. One thing is clear - I will not be coming to this location again, and I will significantly decrease my Starbucks expenditure until I find an alternative.

Good coffee but the prices are crazy high.. and the lady at the counter scolded me for being a Christian. Very disappointed

Big disappointment with drive through order this morning. My americano tasted like dark roast no extra espresso was added (requested double). This is only drink I usually have from Starbucks and had no problem before. Waste of time and money.

This location is busy but there is NO excuse for passing orders up over people walking in after us. Then the order was incorrect. Disappointing.

I VERY rarely give one star but I was close on this one. My wife is pregnant so we asked what decaf options they had. Anything we make was her answer. So my wife asked for a couple things and was told she couldnt do either of those decaf, so we landed on an iced defac latte (which we paid for). We then get to the pickup and the girl tells us she cant do anything iced, or vanilla, or really anything else decaf, so she just gives her a cup of burnt decaf coffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon, wont even put vanilla cream in it (and we still paid more for the latte but oh well). Then they forget to give us hand protectors and when I reach for one I get yelled at by one of the ladies there. I know things go wrong sometimes but this was a lot all at once. For the record, my regular mocha was pretty standard for Starbucks and the place was at least clean.

Got an iced coffee. Delicious and refreshing. Friendly service. Kinda awkward to drive into.

Drive thru review onlyWe stopped off here on our way home from St Augustine and grabbed a coffee for the drive. The line was a few cars deep but it moved quickly.Staff was friendly from the start to the end. We got two coffee called and two coffees. Everything was as ordered. I wish they would have heated the coffee called a little longer as they were just warm, not hot. Nothing huge though.Its an easy entry and exit location thats right by the interstate. Convenience is key here.Overall: AQuick, easy, and coffee for the drive!

Always a never-ending line in the drive thru. You cant park to go inside because the cars in line block you from exiting. Very popular all the time. Great drinks, pleasant staff.

Waited 20 minutes for drinks and the staff was rude. Also, I don’t know if it’s corporate policy or what but the fact that I can’t sit at a table to wait for my drink as the tables are closed due to Covid is absolutely ridiculous. Perhaps if you staffed this store properly then my legs wouldn’t be exhausted from having to stand waiting for an hour.I’d rather drink hot water with brown food coloring and pretend it’s coffee than come back to this Starbucks.

I love Starbucks. They put a lot of whip cream in my coffee which is something I really enjoy.

The staff at this Starbucks is very friendly and very quick. The parking and drive-through are both inconvenient and frustrating. They really need a bigger parking lot and more space for a longerine considering how packed it is all the time.As for the drinks and food, it is as to be expected from any other Starbucks. The facilities are clean and tidy.

Staff make even giving your name for the order fun. Clean location with ample seating and community-style tables for home and office work as well as couches for catching up with friends.

Starbucks is always the same. This one is no exception. only he is in the south. in my childhood there were two kinds of which: with milk and cooled. Starbucks traditionally offers a third option.

Started out great at this location and I thought I found the perfect spot in town for my coffee. The coffee was rich and strong at first and the place was always packed. But then just like the rest of the Starbucks around here it started to taste more and more watery as time went on and they started temporarily closing their doors for any reason they could.

This one ONLY has 2 flavors (vanilla &, cinnamon) sugar free for iced or hot coffee. Really disappointing when you have been on the road for hours and craving Starbucks. Back on the road minus coffee...

The coffee is the same as Dunkin Donuts or even McDonalds in some cases. Just hop on over and get it for less. Friendly staff/Quick service.

Went to 3 Starbucks today in Northern Georgia in an RV. Two were closed to walk in. Staff was totally unresponsive. Had to shout to the person in the window.. We could not order at either. Third one, in Kroegers, was open.

Starbucks are awesome no matter where you go. This one is no exception. Ill be back.

We waited over ten minutes for our coffees and they got out order still wrong, we took it anyways because we are tired of waiting. We were rudely confronted by a barista when sitting because we waited for so long. It was my first time there and Id rather drive an extra 30 mins to the next closest one.

Ordering my drink ahead from my phone is my habit at Starbucks. Once I get there, if I see a pastry or snack I want, It’s easy enough to order again. This was no exception. There was a very short wait for my very hot and yummy nonfat skinny vanilla latte. They have this down to a science. This saves time for everyone.

The store was as always clean and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint, which is not a reflection of the store is that it was not the right temperature. The air conditioning kept coming on. It was a but chilly so bring a light jacket or long sleeves.

I made this account specifically to leave a negative review about one of the managers here. She’s dark haired, relatively short, wears glasses, and makes up for it by being pushy, rude, and condescending.However, the associates and other managers make great coffee and are very welcoming. The place is clean, and is a great spot to casually hangout. Bit chilly.

Us coffee snobs appreciate the full experience at Starbucks, meaning the coffee is great and the staff is friendly. They forgot a chocolate milk one time and the next time we went through, we mentioned it. They were great and gave us a free one!

Good quick service on my beverage. The barista at the counter was sweet and very helpful in suggestions. The other girl behind her was clearly not happy to be there but we all have off days. Drink was good and the hot sandwich took a bit to get since there was quite a few hot food orders but it was good and hot when I got it.

The best coffee place you’ll ever find, the coffee is delicious, the service is fast and it’s not expensive. There is also not only coffee but a lot of drinks variety, like a refresher. It’s a good place to stop by buy coffee, a snack and get some work done since they have good WiFi there. Honestly it’s the place to start your day with.

Great Starbucks...consistent with their business model.

The experience was quite nice. But, the only downside was that it took so long. About 15 minutes possibly maybe less, for two coffees. But in their defense that day was very crowded in the Drive-Thru line so that must have affected the service inside.

Visited on vacations few weeks ago. Just the other day, I went to my local Starbucks (which is horrible). I was like, “Where did I have that amazing Starbucks?” Now, I remember. It was at this location. Can you please contact my Starbucks and train them! ;)

It was a typical Starbucks. Nothing to get excited about. Same menu, same prices, same coffee. They did another cookie cutter location.
