Was actually thinking of getting my prescription here and using an online website to order glasses cheaper, but it actually turned out to be a really good price with my insurance and frames at Target. I didn’t like the color of the pair I found and the lady helping me didn’t know that you could look up on their website different colored frames. Another more experienced employee overheard and looked up and found frame color choices so I ended up with a very trendy pair of glasses. Optometrist was very thorough and professional. Pretty great appointment when I wasn’t intending to buy glasses there. Yes would recommend.

Top to bottom the staff was fantastic. My wife was terrified to get her eyes examined, they were more than happy to ease her fears and walk her step by step through the process and explain everything! They made her very comfortable and we’re very friendly and easy to speak with! We will be returning here again for sure! I highly recommend them! It’s worth the drive!

Salesperson at the palm coast location pulled a bait and switch with me. Salesperson said If I make a 100$ purchase or more I would get 40% off glasses. I was considering buying contacts but they are typically more expensive at this store than buying on the internet. The salesperson suggested to just buy the contacts and then return them (unopened)when I pick up the glasses so I could get the 40% off . I trusted her word and went through with the offer. When I returned to pick up the glasses the very salesperson who told me I could do this says I now wont get the 40% off the glasses. True bait and switch . Customers beware if this location.

Well, it would be awesome if they would correct they hours of operation. We got out of our way to be there before 8 pm ( per google online information ), to be standing at closed doors with a handwritten sign of temporary changes in hours.

They still have not updated the hours online, I drove there as well just to find out they were closed today Sunday! So frustrating!

From eye exams for my husband and I, to choosing glasses and contacts, the employees of Target Vision in Palm Coast, set the watermark for professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and friendliness. Very satisfied!!!!

We received a post card for our annual eye exams. I wasn’t sure about the card I received, so I called, which was a couple weeks out from the appointment. They let me know my spot was confirmed and they would see us on the 29th. Our appointment day came and we arrived only to be told that our appointment times never got reserved. They even said, “Oh, your appointment isn’t until the 29th.” To which we let the gentleman at the desk know that it was the 29th. At that point the 2nd gentleman working the desk double checked and indicated that our appointment never got reserved. The best they could do was try to offer an appointment at the end of September for a Saturday (the only day I can get the entire family in at once...). We declined and will go through our insurance to find a place that values my time as much as I valued theirs. I would rate zero stars if it was an option!

This place is constant problems. First they billed the insurance wrong then I show up to pick up my eyeglasses and they are closed with Target staff knowing nothing. My eyeglasses are now an hour drive away. I would definitely stay away from this place and go somewhere else.

Dr. Findlater, I hope i spelled that correctly, is by far the best eye doctor Ive ever been seen. Ive worn glasses many years, started wearing contacts a few years ago, doctors could never get good vision with blurriness or other issues, I thought thats what I had to settle with. Dr. Findlater after two trials prescriptions, found contacts that are absolutely perfect, no issues whatsoever, just perfect vision now.

I visited this establishment today for the first time. Upon arrival they welcomed me and gathered my insurance information. The entire visit was quick and easy, but not rushed. The employees are very courteous and down to earth. As my husband and I browsed through the frames, they told me which ones genuinely looked good on my face. I’ve been to other places that tried to get me to purchase their most expensive brands regardless of how the glasses fit me. The staff here took their time with me until I decided which pair I liked best. They suggested a pair that were less expensive than the pair I liked. When I tried them on I loved them. That alone made me feel like they care. I recommend this place!!

Awesome service! Been multiple times and they treat us like its the first time. Its nice to see people who are passionate about their job.

I went in a week ahead of time to make an appointment for both myself and my husband. I asked them to please check to see if the take our insurance, they said yes. So today we took off work to go to these appointments, we get there and they said they dont accept our insurance and that they called me to tell me the night before ( There wasnt any call on our phones, and When I showed them they said OH someone was supposed to call) They were very rude to both of us. If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would. Terrible customer service!!

Set an appointment. Showed up on time and was in the seat after filling out all paperwork after only 5 minutes. The doctor (I forgot his name) was wonderful, very helpful and also very friendly too. Employees who helped me pick out frames were very nice and patient (was sending all frames in a picture to my girlfriend) I took forever but they were very patient and very friendly. My new permanent eye care is here!

They open at 10:00 am, came in about 10:05 in with a really red eye and asked to be seen. They said the doctor is not in yet, but should be coming in shortly. They did not even try to reach out to the doctor to see if he was coming in until after 10:30. At which point they said he is almost there. I waited until 11:10, at which point I left. This is not how a physician is supposed to treat his patients. Will not return there.

My first time coming here and I felt at home . The doctor there is really nice and staff is amazing they get you the best deal for what you can afford when you need a pair fast . Would highly recommend them .

Went today to have my RX for my glasses had to have a quick measure Target employees working there were rude telling me that they would not do this for me again. I can not afford the high dollar contacts in the target store..... I get contacts for under 58.00. for 3 months supply. on line. Glasses I can get on line for 54.00 same as they sell. INCLUDES Lens and frames-- I suppose they were rude because I was not paying for their commission. I was told to have my eyes measured next time on line? REALLY--- impossibleI paid for my eye exam... I was under the law entitle to my medical recordsto go where I will want to pay much, much less... off line.
