I recently bought a bike from these guys. I was looking for a basic hybrid road bike. They listened to my needs and got me a good deal on a very slightly used (one time) bike. Great service, low-key, friendly staff that are very knowledgeable. They cater to both novices and super-serious cyclists. I wholly recommend them for both rental and resale.

Dropped by this store today and quickly left. Apparently the owner didn’t get the memo that there was a pandemic going on or he doesn’t believe in science, because he was wearing a masks. He was talking away to a customer who had a mask on and this was indoors. I just can’t spend my money at a business who cares so little about his employees and their families. There are too many other stores out there who respect their employees and customers more.

Rented three full suspension mountain bikes for the day. Very good quality for rental bikes. Good service from Joey! Thanks for offering to make them tubeless for less risk of a flat.

Best quick service and fair prices! Super friendly employees and they got my bike back to me quicker than expected. I really like how they wanted me to do a safety ride check before I left their shop! I look forward to using their bike services again in the near future!

What a great store. As you can see this is an unusual bicycle. Understandable that twice they did not have the parts I need. But they knew who I should call and told me. Wonderful service. Really good people.

Great people, great shop, Id use them again without hesitation. Joe and Tyler were super helpful, and very informative about local trails. We had a great ride. The whole shop deserves a raise.

Jason was very helpful. Gave excellent advice, didnt try to fool me with unnecessary repairs, was very knowledgeable. I dont have much experience with these bikes and he took the time to explain things to me. Made me feel comfortable about coming back to spend money without the feeling that I am getting ripped off.

Bought three bikes from them. Great deals on their used rentals. Friendly and helpful staff. Eager to help even on my gas conversion they offered to help me out if I brought it in.

First guy a talked to gave me incorrect info about the repair needed and was rude. He acted like he knew what he was talking about and he wasn’t one of their mechanics. When I talked to the mechanic about the repair I thought I needed he didn’t correct the misinformation I received and then tried to convince me I needed a new de-railer. Went to triabike and they were honest and not too expensive. Go somewhere else.

I didnt like my experience, because I told them i was just hit by a truck and needed my bike fixed, they didnt have what I needed for my bike and they told me to keep walking in 110° weather to a different shop with out calling that other shop to see if it was even worth the 2 mile walk pushing my bike with a flat tire after being stuck by a truck earlier that day.since this post Ive been threatened by youre employees over facebook
