Sid is a very helpful and knowledgeable in all things comics. He makes you feel welcomed. That other guy that works there Dose not ! . Me and my sons stopped by one day and after we left the comic store my son asked me whats up with that dude? He was just watching me like if I was in his way or bothered. And I had him make me feel that same way. So Sid is great, that other guy well you go and tell me if am wrong.

Fun shop with new comics but shines with back issues and vintage magazines. Definitely will return.

I been coming to this comic book store ever since they open. I have to say its the best comic book store in the desert. Specially the owner he doesnt see you like a customer he see you like One of his friends and it makes you feel like you are home.

Best comic book store in the valley

Theres only 3 comic shops in the valley and this is the only one I(or you) will ever need to go to! The vast amount of comics to choose from will keep your imagination and curiosity very active. Sid the owner is just an amazingly nice person, he makes you feel welcomed and always happy to chat with you and answer and comic questions you may have. Love desert Oasis comics! Im from out of town and googled comic book stores. 3 came up and I was very happy I chose this one. Sid, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Any city I visit, I always look for comic book stores. This one is by far the best comic book store Ive been to. If youre not sure what youre looking for, Sid will help you out and find your comic book interests. For you comic book lovers, this place is a must!

The owner is very personable and gives great customer service. As soon as i came in he asked me if i needed any help, noticed i had a young daughter, and pointed out age appropriate comics for her. I now drive 20 miles further than I need to after that interaction just to make sure I support his store because of the exprience I had and the great service I always get when Im in his store.

Sid is one of the most knowledgeable and coolest comic store owners you’ll find. Tons of backstock so if your missing something he most likely has it. I always love going to Desert Oasis. Theres a ton of recent issues as well as racks of backlogs, the owner is super knowledgeable and helpful, and its nice and cool inside during the summer months. Its a little small but only because its packed with shelves and boxes to look through.

This place truly is an oasis in the desert. A rare gem for comic readers and toy/ vintage comic collectors.

Ive been coming to this shop for about 3 years now, and EVERY single time, Ive been greeted with a smile and a hi hows it going today, the owner is awesome, knows his stuff really well. My daughter comes with me all the time, she is nearly 6 and the owner engages her and is really good with the kids, he may not be the only comic shop in the valley, but he is by far the best, we will not go anywhere else, he has been seeing to that for years with his service, knowledge, and just being cool. Keep it up bud

A great source for your comic book needs. Very customer focused management. Easy to setup for your comic pull list. A warm and friendly environment. I look forward to visiting Desert Oasis Comics as often as I can.

I love this place I happen to know the owner hes a really great guy really helpful when it comes down to finding things and to lead you in the right direction if you want to sell some of your products. Wide arrangement of comics and can also do special orders highly recommend you stop by if you are a local or a tourist interested in comics

Deals in mostly new books. Friendly attitude. Good customer service. Lots of fun events like free comic book day and Halloween Comic fest.

The quality of service here is great! Sid the shop owner is very knowledgeable and a great guy at that . Its a great shop and it beats the 40 + miles (one way) I use to do to get my comic books. Anyone in the valley should go and check it out there is something for everyone to read in there.

Has amazing selection of comics, tons of long boxes filled with them, if your looking for a certain comic you probably find it here, I recommend you having aleeast an hour to visit but youll need more

As a Comics collector since 1986, I make it a point to visit Comic Shops everywhere I go, and so Ive been to way too many to count, all over the place. Nevertheless, I keep coming back to Desert Oasis to get my books. Without a doubt, this is THE best local Comics Shop in the valley, AND unlike other local shops (and out of town ones); the comics here are not off-the-wall batsh#!t crazy overpriced and the back issues selection is among the best Ive seen. Sid makes it super easy to start your own pull list and he offers the majority of titles out there, whether youre a DC, Marvel or Independet comics collector, youre bound to find them here. This place is small, but has big heart!
