No matter why you need a battery you have arrived! I saw car batteries on down to having my watch battery replaced and every kind and size in between. Being a battery store I am sure I looked puzzled as the clerk suggested I browse while she loaded fresh battery in my watch. But the joke was on me as I also purchased a couple of extra charging cables for my phone.The price was reasonable and a coupon was offered for another visit for other watches at $4.99. They even had a device to check strength and freshness of the batteries they offered.Easy in and out, plentiful parking. Directly across the street from the main entrance to Westfield Mall.

Pleasant hassle free transaction. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and brought the battery out to my car for me which was much appreciated.

Amazing service, I went in to Palm Desert, CA store and for D batteries and a watch battery. Sonia was friendly, fast and efficient . I left and got in my car I had a dead car battery! Sonia, an angel, had the battery I needed and changed it right there in the parking lot for me. I was traveling so didnt know anyone nearby, I couldnt believe that what could have been a real nightmare for me turned into a miracle. Felt so fortunate and the cost was so reasonable. Highly recommend this store.

I took my fit bit watch into Best Buy yesterday along with my new SAmsung 20 phone to get help with pairing. The salesman was unsuccessful and then told us the watch must be too old. We went to Batteries Plus Bulbs and the young lady working there was able to complete the pairing with no trouble. I was very impressed with her abilities in this endeavor and would recommend this store for help. This is the second time we have been helped with a problem.

My Go-To store for ANY battery or light bulb I need!! These stores are all over. Every city Ive ever lived in, I can count on them to have that hard to find item at a great price!

The stock all kinds of batteries. We went to seven other stores that list WiFi batteries on the internet just to be told when we got there you have to order them online only.You can wait for a lot of things but you cant be without your WiFi!!!!!!!!

The representatives at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Palm Desert provided excellent service. They were responsive and replaced my husbands cell phone battery in less time than originally quoted. Neither of us had heard of Batteries Plus Bulbs before and therefore were a bit skeptical about the quality of service we might receive. We neednt have worried. The engineer and other personnel were great, and we would return to them again without hesitation. If you are needing a repair/replacement of a battery or bulb, do call in advance to ensure that an engineer/a technician is available, just in case they have a backlog of requests.

David the owner was exceptional when the Car Battery we got last August had issues now during our 113heat.He diagnosed the problem, fixed it with care and professionalism and is why we continue to come here for all our battery and lightbulb needs. I also replaced a car phone charger with a high quality Duracell product which has flex and STRENGTH for the many pulls and winding it gets.THANKS AGAIN AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Shannon proceeded to argue with me on time to complete battery in iPhone. My time estimate was based on the website and a message left by store associate. Insinuated that I didnt have my facts straight. He also interrupted conversation I was having with female associate. Claimed iPhones were never suppose to be worked on. I dont appreciate being called a liar. He claimed it would take over 2 hours to replace my battery not the information I received on-line and in voice mail. The reason I came to this store was because of the website. Websites are a tool used by companies to drive foot traffic into stores...

Service was great. Prices were ok. But I was charged for things I did not ask for and my coupon was not honored because “it needed to be presented before drop off”. I’d recommend, but please be sure to triple check what you will be charged for.

The bad news;I ordered a google Nest battery. It arrived, I was called and went for install.Tech was not there I was told to come back for it after lunch. Returned to find it unfinished and disassembled.Tech stated he could not get it back together and I would have to wait til next day for manager to fix it.This was tough because the temps are over a hundred here and no thermostat = no AC.Picked up next day - took home - would not charge and would not work.The good news;Upon being told what had happened the store owner, David Harshfield, immediately apologized and offered to buy a new Nest for us, which he did.Mistakes happen, things go wrong - that’s normal.But someone stepping up to make it right?That’s exceptional.Thank you David!

Was concerned my battery was on the way out. They tested it and said it was fine. Could easily have tried to sell me a new battery but were professional and told me the truth. Whenever I need a new battery these are the guys to use.Feb 2021 Two great experiences over last week. Powerdrill battery failed and couldnt get replacement. They built me a new one. Excellent service.Deep cycle boat battery got discharged to under 5v. Was told it was toast by a marine dealer. Ignored that. Recharged it on my fancy charger and felt it was OK. Stupidly took it to Interstate as also needed leads made up and they implied it was on way out but didnt allow me to see them testing it. Didnt trust them so went to B+B. They checked it out in front of me and it is fine. Great staff, clean and tidy store, they wear masks..dont go to Interstate!

Finding a compatible ATV battery on the website was easy with the websites search feature based on make/model compatibility. The websites checkout process was easy. Status updates were provided by email for each milestone hit - order received, product ready for pickup. The product was available in the location desired, without needing to wait for it to be shipped from elsewhere (ex. a warehouse). Pick-up of the product was fast. The sales clerk was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the purchased product, and other related accessories. The only reason the score is not a perfect 10 is because there are lower prices for similar products elsewhere.

My husband and I are in our 80s and reluctant to go out while the coronavirus is flourishing. It was such a relief to get basic supplies without having to go in a store. Thank you.

Really nice helpful guys at the store in Palm Desert. I needed my battery changed out on my cell phone. I am in AZ. but needed to go to Chino so dropped my phone off and was going to p/u on the way back. They broke the glass and didnt have a replacement ...I had to wait 24 hours which meant I had to drive 140 miles one way to pick up my phone once they got and repaired the broken glass. On the road after picking up my phone I noticed a large air bubble in the upper left corner which is cosmetic but Im going to have to go back to get that repaired ... So word to the wise ...if your getting your cell battery changed ...make sure they have repair parts for your phone on hand. Especially if you have to drive 280 miles.

This place was great. Our car battery died, and AAA didnt have the battery we needed. We found this place in a pinch, it was dusk and my husband was able to buy a battery and change it there himself with their tools.

Took my Galaxy S10 for them to fix. It was ready in 1.5 hours. It looks like new sgain.

I couldnt believe I had not known or knew this place was around. Not to mention so close to where I live. They had so much inventory, its amazing the merchandise they have in store.

Excellent service and product availability. In approximately 20 minutes I was able to purchase (2) 12v mobility scooter batteries, 4 bulbs for bath bar, 1 cell phone battery, and 1 watch battery. Great place to go buy batteries unfortunately when you try to set up an appointment to fix your cell phone they do not have access to their own website to give you an appointment date so you have to go to your own home get on your own computer to set up an appointment to fix your cell phone even though you were in their store. For such a well-known store you would think they would have some type of way to set up an appointment in their own store this really does not make any sense at all!!! ever heard of an appointment book!! I also made an appointment online on their website for 11 a.m. in the morning as they told me to do it was confirmed then I got a phone call from one of their salespeople telling me that someone put an appointment at the same time just before I did so they had to change it for 12:30 I was outraged I was told three times to do something then they changed their minds I was so angry this is why I give them one star!

Your staff answered the phone quickly and supplied the information, they looked at the Internet orders on going basis and made the pick up very easy and convenient and the battery is for a thermometer which is a huge help right. We are grateful.

Went in with a very special requirement for a sealed 12volt battery smaller and lighter than an automobile battery. I found an extensive array of brands, sizes and capacities which allowed me to very economically meet my needs (Duracell at 26 Ah) and I found a companion Duracell trickle charger. Service was over the top by Gary and the store owner. I cant believe how well equipped this store is with all manner of products and goodies not carried by anyone else. PS The battery on my Black & Decker power drill wont hold a charge any longer and these guys are going to rebuild/replace the batteries in the original case for much less than the price of an all new battery pack from Black & Decker. They do it while I wait. What a place !!

Great service. My cell phone died, Verizon Tech coach told me I needed a new $960 phone after dpending 2 hours on the phone with them. The battery was only 6 months old but I thought before I bought a new phone I would have the battery checked. Turns out to be an internal short in the old battery. Fixed the phone for $40. Ordered 4 batteries for work online on a Friday.. Online it said the palm desert location had all 4 in stock . I understand that sometimes those systems do not talk .. so some one called me and said they did not have them in . They were in the store in temecula. They would be in Tuesday and I would receive a call . .. no call .. so I go into the store in palm desert, that person said he talked to me and told me friday .. but would not give a definite answer..Just be mindful of doing business online.. I have screen shots to show they were supposed to be in store. Thats the first fraudulent claim.. then they said they were in temecula 2nd claim.. 3rd he told me a different day ..I would say stick with amazon .. easier affordable and better warranty ..
