I walk in stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. No one was at the counter. Some guy in an office on the phone never ever bothered to look up or acknowledge my presence. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Someone needs to go back to customer service 101

My wife bought batteries for our rv here and has nothing but good things to say about the service and quality of products. BTW, she had to return batteries bought at SamsClub. Joses team is outstanding. Special thanks also to Craig
