Rude employee or I should say manager! I went to exchange a pair of shoes for my son. First issue box was damaged in shipping . I just got the package on Friday and went to exchange shoes since the ones I got didn’t fit my son correctly. She said the shoes were used . Which they were not . I have attached photos for proof (under photo section for this location).I also called corporate and sent them video and photo proof that the shoes were new in unused condition and they stated that the shoes were new and apologized for this lady and gave me a full refund and a credit for a new pair of shoes for my hassle !
