I had to stop to get some coffee i really dislike Starbucks but it was the only place near my destination as usual mediocre food horrible service felt like I was in a cyborg factory very unfriendly crew but I dont blame anybody I knew what it was going to be.Having coffee is having a great experience especially to start your day so if you want to ruin yours go to Starbucks.Have a wonderful day

Ordered venti drinks was given short straws . Asked for ice water was given in grande cups and told water Only came IN one size...lol ITS FREE WATER....or charge me a dollar for a venti..

Great location and always clean on site. Never had any issues with my orders, but Im not the type of person that needs a highly customized coffee. Staff are always pretty friendly and I enjoy coming here. The drive through typically moves along quickly even when there is a line.

This Starbucks is definitely a home away from home! The staff is very welcoming and go out of their way to create a comfortable environment! I have yet to experience a wrong order, or a missed item. I also deeply appreciate the way that they keep their store extra clean during this troubling time. I highly recommend coming to this Starbucks if you’re looking for great suggestions and lovely conversations.

Roughly 3x a week, I make the same coffee order. I tried this location, and they used the wrong syrup — regular mocha instead of white chocolate, easy mistake, but...they refused to fix it? They actually denied that the drink was incorrect at all. It was about 6AM, no customers, no one but the shift manager and a partner, and still, they would not remake the drink — telling me that “it just looks like that sometimes.” It had never looked/tasted like that before or since, but O-kay. Never again.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple of times and the customer service is amazing. The baristas are always very welcoming, genuine, and kind. Their drinks are awesome and they’re really quick. I haven’t had any issues. The atmosphere is very soothing. I highly recommend going to this Starbucks.

The ABSOLUTE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. Drive thru and counter both. If theres a line, your better off finding another coffee shop. Waited 25 minutes after I had ordered to get 2 coffees. Waited 25 minutes in line. Awful.

Service was friendly but it took a little longer than what was expected. But the service made up for the time.

Not very busy yet my caramel latte was sorely insufficient of caramel flavor. I think you especially need to double check your order when its just males serving.

Visited this Starbucks to order double smoked bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches, some tea drinks and their lemon loaf cake slices. Did not pre order them, but opted for drive thru. Drive thru entrance is near back side of parking lot area, a bit challenging to locate, but did find it with the signage posted.This time no, breakfast sandwiches available, except their newest selection.Was able to get my drinks and lemon loaf cake. Window service employee seemed a bit harried, maybe a busy morning. They almost forgot to give me one of the drink orders, thinking they had already given it to me. No stoppers offered on drinks, bag that had the lemon loaf cake in it was greasy on the outside. Not one of my better visits with food availability and service offered. Drinks were made perfectly.

Ordered a bacon gouda sandwich... it was cold! And I mean cold from the fridge! It was awful and I couldnt go back because I was late. Also I asked for light ice and I got a full cup instead, I mean, it is on the label! Not a great service

Its a Starbucks! The US fast food chains (Im mostly looking at you McDonalds) have absolutely terrible coffee. It is odd. The McDonalds in Canada have very rich and yummy, arguably better than Starbucks, for a basic drip coffee. Starbucks is very nice in that it is consistent at all locations around the world I have been too. Was a haven on this trip for a decent basic coffee.

I just love the Starbucks i go to. The staff go out of their way and greet everyone. They are so much fun to talk to and get lots of laughs from them. Its on Washington and 42nd st. See yall there!

Worst drive thru I have ever experienced. 2:30pm on a Tuesday. Long wait to order and long wait at window to get my coffee. Clerk said they had a big order so everyone at drive thru had to wait!

Excellent no-contact service. I was kind of surprised, as not many drive-thrus limit contact as much as they did.

Good clean place. Really friendly employees and good tea. Clean bathrooms too. Good place to sit and enjoy your coffee or tea.

The chain is heading down hill. The food quality has gone down and employees seem unhappy. Starbucks has become just fine, they have reached mediocrity.

Great shop. Just wish when I order a iced latte with 2 raw sugars that the baristas would make a real effort to actually stir the raw sugar into the hot espresso before adding ice and cold milk. Im tired of chewing raw sugar!

They went beyond their way to make me a happy customer. While waiting for my coffee, I inadvertently left a box of coffee I had purchased on one of the tables. About 50 miles later (driving to Prescott), I realized I had forgotten the coffee. Much to my surprise today, I noticed a credit on my credit card for the coffee I had left behind.....wow!

First I had to go to two different Starbucks. They were out of almost every breakfast sandwich and I ordered two sandwiches and they only had one so I ordered another sandwich and they forgot to give me the sandwich. I won’t be back for a while!

Order was ready when I got there

I am a former partner and am actually very disappointed with this location. Very very slow, we waited 35mins for 2 drinks and 2 food items. When I went to ask where the second drink was, the baristas were all talking, and one of them directly said yeah I dont know, I never made that one. As we were waiting, a woman came in 4 times to ask where her two tall pour overs were, and had said they had already been waiting over 30 mins as well. At one point the barista with purple hair YELLED at one of the other baristas for brewing blonde coffee when it was past the time frame of when they brew it. The bathrooms were out of all paper products, and no one seemed to have a sense of urgency. Terrible service.

Starbucks is good when your in a hurry, unless everyone else is there.... Good coffee, expensive prices. If it wasnt for convenience and lack of foresight, Id make it at home.

Went at around 11:00 AM on September 2nd, 2018.The man working the drive-thru had the nicest voice and most professional demeanor and service Ive ever heard or seen at a drive-thru.(Didnt catch his name through.)The experience (although it was only through the drive-thru) was nice and I could see myself going there again the next time Im in California.

I am on the road a lot, this location is always on my radar when on the I-10. Great Customer Service, good libations, and clean Restrooms.
