MAC is my favorite place in Macys. Been wearing MAC for 15 years, since it opened! All the makeup artists are superb! I have my favorites.. Dont we all!Most of my Gfs think MAC is pricey, even though they have never bought product there, assuming their placement in Macys equals pricey! They are a little higher than drugstore prices, but the product quality of Mac makes up for it!Sometimes I want to change it up, for a new look.. I will set up an appointment with Geronimo or Angel.. These guys will do their magic! Wow!Check out MAC ladies, you wont be disappointed,

Friendly customer service

I understand that they are busy with customers make over etc. during the weekends & late of the day but there should be a good management in handling the walk in clients looking on their products & asking for help. I’ve asked for assistance & was told to wait a min but took me forever till I just walked out of the store. Not pleased at all.

Worst mac store, I was treated like such an inconvenience. I love make up and I take a long time to decide what I want anyhow the sales women was following me around making noises, rolling her eyes, and tapping her feet even thought I told her I would let her know when I was ready. I didnt like my experience will no longer shop here ever again.

This is the WORST mac store EVER!! The girls were very rude and did not help me at all. When I asked for help I was told to wait in line and someone would help me before I got to the register so they could check in the back stock room cause they didnt have the shadow up front I wanted. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was still not helped, I got to the register and she said she had to go I the back to check that she didnt have time earlier to check for me. She then proceeds to tell me they dont have it at all and then I just asked for a sample and she said no cause they ran out of sample containers. These girls were very unorganized, rude, and could care less about customer satisfaction or even helping me out. They were too into themselves and not their customers. I will NEVER go there again.

I had a really good experience and the girls where very helpful, now I know where to go when I need a gift for my wife
