SO UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH JERRY. ALL I WANTED WAS HANDICAPPED DECORATIVE RAILINGS INTO OUR SPA FOR MY HUSBAND AFTER A STROKE. THAT IS JERRYS DRAWING. MY PIX. CAN ANYONE SEE THAT THE HIGH POINT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RAILINGS AND NOT AT THE FRONT??? ALSO HE NEVER ASKED ME TO APPROVE THE POWDER COATING. HE WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF OR ANSWER MY TEXTS. SAID HE WOULD NOT FIX IT OR DO ONE THING MORE, AND I OWE HIM THE BALANCE OF $1200 TOTAL IS $2400.00 AND $175 TO COME BACK AND INSTALL. HAPPY TO PAY IF I GET WHAT I ORDERED...OH NO HUGE HURRY....MY DEAR HUSBAND IS DEAD! SO ARE THE RAILINGS EVIDENTLY!!

I called for info an when I stated what I need she said we don’t do that an straight hung up. No bye have a good day. Just slam hung up.

They never answer the phone or return calls, they don’t give you updates on the work. After 2 months I still don’t know when or if my doors will be ready. Jennifer never answers the phone nor return calls.I hope the doors turn out nice and they don’t reflect the horrible customer service provided by Jenifer, she acts like she’s being bothered when you do happen to get ahold of her.
