The testing was easy and thorough. Cedric explained the results in layman’s language so I understood what it meant. He was polite and professional.

My father is 80 years old with health issues on the day of his appointment he was having a major problem with his breathing but I was able to get him in the car get his oxygen level to the point that he could make the trip. I tried calling the Hear USA office to let them know we were on our way we arrived 12 minutes late. I was thankful we made it at all. Upon entering the Receptionist was quick to state that we would have to reschedule that being 12 minutes late was unacceptable and we would have to wait another month!If that is the type of service they provide given the circumstances before the sale I cant imagine what theyWould been like after I had $5,000.00 dollars in cash in my pocket to cover the cost. 12 min late and she said sorry? Well that was the best eye opener I have ever had. If thats The service I can expect under the circumstances Im counting my lucky stars we walked out. Think about that before you go and spend that type of money with a company who obviously doesnt care .The receptions name was Ali she has no business working in a place like that she should be working at theDmv it would be a perfect match.

I thought it was me, but after reading these reviews I see that others find Mark the receptionist to be a bit rude at times... but I appreciate when he obviously makes an effort to overcome his negative attitude. Cedric is amazing and Louis is incredible. Other than the emotional roll a coaster at the front desk, this is a top notch professional operation. Benn going to them for years.

My mother purchased her hearing aids from USA hearing during the past year and has had to go back several times for adjustments. Cedric has been very helpful but Mark at the front desk is always disagreeable rude and arrogant. I wish there was a way to bypass him.
The Receptionist treat me and my client like we had the PLAGUE. He was rude, Obnoxious and very unprofessional. Its not the first time he acts like this. Hes also lazy and he has an attitude when he answers the phone. I wish I didnt had to take my clients to this place.

The receptionist Mark at Hear USA is the most disagreeable person I have ever come across in a public setting. I have only dealt with him twice in the last three years but BOTH times he was rude, arrogant and completely unhelpful. I will never go back.
Id been going to HearX/HearUSA and dropped in to see if they could fix one hearing aid that went dead. Often a simple fix.They have relocated to 111 in the Palms to Pines center next to Vons.The male receptionist there is never friendly but Ive had some luck with them in the past.They looked at my hearing aid, said it was broken, could not be fixed and would have to be replaced -- $90. I said thanks and went to HUH?!? Help U Hear in the Albertsons shopping center at Country Club and Monterey Ave., Rancho Las Palmas.They were very pleasant and fixed my hearing quickly and efficiently with no charge.Guess where Im going back to?
