I have never had a better experience with a more professional and personable audiologist. I had a hearing loss in my 20s due to a surgery, and I have struggled with my hearing and finding the right solution for my needs for years. I had a hearing aid that was prescribed when I was younger, it was hard plastic and extremely uncomfortable, so it ended up in a drawer.My husband recommended I visit Jeanette at Hearing Aid Healthcare. And after I had an very thorough exam right away she let try an appropriate device for me. For the first time in years, I could actually hear my own voice, and immediately I was speaking more clearly. My ability to hear others, and more fully enjoy entertainment was remarkable. I recommend them to anyone I know who has hearing issues or has family with hearing loss.

What a find!! Jeannette is an angel. Best all around hearing specialist I’ve encountered. She performed a full spectrum analysis of my hearing and optimized all of the factors. Began with ear cleaning advise that was innovative and effective and also hearing aide cleaning. She performed a hearing test that resulted in new and never before insights into my particular hearing deficiency and recommended that my hearing aides be programmed differently to maximize my comprehension. Jeannette reprogrammed my hearing aides then very impressively she offered patient tutoring of the use of my mobile phone hearing aide App to give me control of the devises that I hadn’t experienced before. I feel like I have a new lease on life with my hearing optimal. Jeannette is an exceptional competent specialist all the while being considerate and so informative. I highly recommend Jeanette and Hearing Aid Health Care.

Jeannette has been wonderful getting me fitted for a correct hearing aid for my lt ear that isn’t normal. She had a cast made, then had to work with that to get it right. Her entire staff is wonderful. They are always pleasant, & make sure that you are a happy customer! The fresh cookies, beverages, & candy are a special bonus. I have never had to wait long for my appointment, unlike most other businesses. I have friends that see her, & we all are happy customers. Thank you Jeannette.

These folks are just wonderful! I had a problem with one of my hearing aids, and went to see them though Id never been there before. They were just very warm and pleasant and competent and had me hearing again as soon as possible. I recommend them highly, if youve a hearing aid issue.

After years of declining hearing, I was referred by friends to Hearing Aid HealthCare. I was immediately impressed by the friendly staff. Jeannette Hait, the owner, administered a thorough hearing evaluation. She explained each step of the process thoroughly. She then reviewed the results, and made recommendations of the options available.I was next fitted for the devices I chose. The office provided 12 month interest free financing and also determined that my supplemental medical coverage would cover a portion of the cost. When my devices were in, I returned for actual fitting and was again impressed by the time spent to ensure I understood the proper operation and maintenance. I returned in a week for the scheduled follow-up to where Jeannette made some minor adjustments.I am now hearing the things I had been missing for quite a while! One of my friends recommended this place to me while I was desperately looking for someone to take a look at my hearing aids as one of them stopped working. I visited them two times for different issues with my h-aids to see if they can help me out! Both times, about a month and a half, apart they send them back to the manufacturer and got them repaired free of charge. I only had to pay a very small amount of money to the offic here for the fantastic service they provided. All the people who work in that office are nice and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Hearing Aid HealthCare to anyone who is thinking of buying a set of hearing aids or getting them repaired. You will be impressed with the the quality of service they provide!

This office has twice rescued me. Being on vacation and finding your hearing aid isnt working for some reason isnt fun. On Wednesday this office thoroughly cleaned the aid not working. I praise this office for their very considerate and professional staff and very learned audiologists. They did a thorough job cleaning the aid and expaining how to better care for it. I dont think it had every been cleaned so thoroughly before and Im sure this most likely led to the current problem. The audiologist here is top notch. Please give this business your consideration if you live in this area or find you need its services.

She listens carefully to what I say concerning my listening experiences and frustrations, and she makes adjustments, or makes suggestions, that invariably make things better for me.
