Jeff, Mike, and Cruz define Customer Service. I came to them with a relatively large project that in addition to being somewhat tricky was on a VERY TIGHT timeline - and budget. Jeff swung into action. Within just a few days we had identified two options for addressing project needs, had products in hand, tested, selected, and installed the one we went with (note: BOTH options worked), and Jeff smoothly processed the returns for the option we didnt select. This is my go to place for lighting. Whether inside or out, they have exceeded my expectations and beaten the pricing of local competitors. Their showroom in Palm Desert is very helpful. Recently I added new outside lighting around my home both in front and back. Jeff was really professional in helping me visualize how things would best go in my space. He also didnt hurry me or give me a sales pitch. I bought my home 6 years ago and they always return to make things right if Im unhappy with anything. Backing us the products they sell and work they do has proven to be of great value to me.

Jeff designed and installed our initial outside lighting back in 2014, and he recently expanded the installation to include additional path & accent lights after a landscape project. His level of service, knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional! And the lights look good too!!
