Daniel was easily the most friendly and helpful T-Mobile employee I’ve ever experienced! He explained the different iPhone options very clearly and told us all about T-Mobile’s new TV service. We were there until about 30 minutes before the store closed and he never rushed us. Super helpful! I would definitely reach out to him in the future with any questions/concerns!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Danielle. I went in with my newly purchased phone from Cyber Monday, and she was able to help me figure some things out and actually took care of the switch over from my old phone to my new phone. I really appreciated the help with that. I felt this was something she did not have to do since I did not buy my phone there. She was very pleasant and helpful. I gather that thats the general atmosphere at this particular location as I witnessed the young man that was working with her being equally as awesome. Customer service is not a thing of the past at this location. Thank you

I would give the customer service in this store a zero I went in this store a month ago to get a screen protector. Didnt have 1 in stock I was told It would be shipped 7 to 14 days. 3 weeks later had to call the Clearwater store got it in 2days. Then today 2/24 I wanted them to help me transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new 1. The same girl mind u told me to go online and do it myself. Its not my job to do that its hers. Talk about sit around and collect a check. She needs

Rachel was fantastic! It was my first time here and she took her time to answer all my questions! My mother is not very good with technology and Rachel was very patient and kind and took the time to answer all her questions and had us both laughing the whole time! She even stayed later then usual to stay and help my mom perfect her screen protector! I highly recommend this place, the customer service from everyone was fantastic, and Rachel was superb!

Right now the waits are long and the manager only walks around, not doing anything to help people get in and out of the store quickly. Being a manager myself with a team of 23 people I understand there is a time to manage and a time to help. This manager does not understand the difference. This has to be the slowest service I have ever had at a Tmobile store. While waiting the manager actually put someone ahead of us who came in the store after we did. Cant believe it.

This T-Mobile location has greatly improved. Seems like they’ve really gotten their act together since the Sprint merger. Customer service is knowledgeable and accommodating.They also have a wider range of product availability.

Hanisha was great. Knew exactly what she was doing with the phones transfer. She also Stayed an hour after closing so she can make sure that the phones are functional and that the updates and transfers are done. Great customer service!!

Guess I made the mistake of coming in this store 15 min before closing. Asked about the new galaxy s20, said they dont think they had any in stock.. I doubt they even checked. And FYI .. I can order a new phone from my house so whats the purpose of even having a store that doesnt have any of the new products in stock?? Waste of time, never again with that place

I bought a new phone 2 days ago Dillon was my sales person. Dillon was extremely helpful he answered all my questions and his advise for what I would need according to my usage of the phone were spot on. Over the last 2 days I have had a couple of more questions I called the store and Dillion once again was very helpful. I am a senior citizen I do use my phone for allot of reasons, but I appreciate that Dillion did not try to sell me on a phone with things I did not need but one that was the best fit for me. He also showed me easier ways to do the things that I am using my phone for. I recommend this store I have bought my phones from this store for awhile, ask for Dillion he is definitely a great people person!!

They did not honor their screen protector for life promotion. After selling a way over priced screen protector they claimed they didn’t have to honor it if the phone didn’t also carry their over priced insurance. This was not disclosed at the time of the rip/off. Buyers beware. These starving sales reps will yes you to death and say anything to make a sale. Go to Verizon and receive real customer service without the lies

I had the absolute BEST experience at t-mobile in Palm Harbor. Mark Rocks! He helped me with everything from start to finish and was extremely pleasant the entire time. We chopped it up with the other three employees who were equally amazing and I have found my new t-mobile store. Wonderful customer service! Keep up the good work guys!

Setting up two new lines was a calamity of errors. Computer and tablet systems didn’t work, so had to call in to add the line. Sales rep in the store said the person on the phone was incompetent. Had to give a fill credit card number over the phone to verify, which was unsettling. Then had to pay for activation in store, but they could only accept cash and couldn’t print a receipt, even though they needed all my credit card info. Only reason this review isn’t a one star is because they were finally able to activate new lines after 90 minutes in store.

He researched and explained everything clearly to make sure there was no misunderstanding on my part and got it added to my existing plan without complication. This locations employees is the reason I switched over to TMobile and the reason I encouraged my parents and siblings to switch over as well. They were helpful for me but they went above and beyond to help my family switch over since all 5 family members were in different parts of the country and my sister was overseas, needed to unlock all 5 phones...you can only imagine what a pain that could have been and is the reason they didnt switch plans sooner even though they werent happy with their provider.It took some time but they made the complicated transaction so smooth! At one point, I went to a different T-Mobile location because it was closer to my home...dont waste your time, I gladly got in my car and drove 30minutes during rush hour to this location or I called if I was out of town and they remembered my situation and helped guide me to the next step. Thank you!!!

Very good experience. I came into t Mobile today with a complicated situation that I knew would be a very time consuming process. I explained that to a sales rep Jennifer while asking for help with my situation. She was extremely kind and friendly and helped me for about an hour. After about 45 minutes of being there a conclusion was made that I needed assistance from someone within the collection agency and a sales rep within the store would not be able to help. She continued to do literally everything she could to help me with my problem even though it was past her capabilities. She was so sweet and helpful the entire time although nothing could be done right there in the store. She called several customer service lines trying to figure out what the problem was so shes possibly be able to fix it. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for her amazing customer service. Almost every single time I have gone into the palm harbor t mobile ive had a male sales rep and they have ALWAYS been rude. Although nothing could be done and I was very frustrated I cant help but be positive and thankful that someone took so much time out of their day to help me.

Jennifer and Lindsey were very helpful and patient even though the store was busy. I bought the Samsung S7 and wasnt sure about it at first. However I have now had the phone for about 4 hours and I love love love It! I would recommend the store and this phone!

After being told numerous times by TM On-line Chat that there was no fix to my problem, one lil trip to this location and all was right in the world again; on numerous occasions. These guys are the best at what they do and will not stop until there is a fix to your problem!!

Kevin,demetrios, and the heavy set fella with glasses did nothing to help me but lie and direct me in all the wrong directions. I bought a iPhone 8 Nov 18 and put insurance on it. 2 days later insurance gets taken off so Kevin and demetrios said and I found that out 4 months later after I walked in the store today with my destroyed phone that demetrios said it was never said he was sorry about the accident just pretty much made it seem like I have no other way.. I talked to customer service they said they would do a in house insurance for 100 and me pay the past due amount... I get a new phone Kevin and demetrios pulled up my file today and said there was no such thing being said and demetrios called them because Kevin told him too after Kevin left in the middle of helping me and his lies ran out is when demetrios came in... After demetrios called he didnt sound like he was talking to anyone at all because when I went to the other tmobile store he called on speaker and the notes were found .. after demetrios acted like he was on the phone he left and went in the back to ask Kevin what to do and how to lie to me now I caught on quick left the store and went to tarpon springs store yohan found everything all the notes and used the in house insurance got me a brand new iPhone 8 for 99.99 like they said Kevin and demetrios lied to me for a week telling me that I couldnt do anything but pay the phone in full or open another account... THANK YOU T MOBILE YOU NEED TO DO SOME INVESTIGATIONS AT THIS LOCATION THEY ARE STEALING AND LYIN TO PEOPLE MAKING PEOPLE THINK THEY HAVE INSURANCE PUT IT ON ANOTHER PHONE ON YOUR ACCOUNT THINKING YOULL OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT TO GET A PHONE U CANT GET WITHIUT DOING SO

I went there to reinstate my service. I was on a family plan that went into collections when my aunt died. When I explained why I was being linked to this other account to WENDELL (what kind of name is that anyway) he insisted that I was the primary and tried to force me to pay additional fees. When I told him my situation he said IF THERE IS A GHOST, HES STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Flat out implied that I was lying and insulted my dead relative. I should have put him in a coma.I call T-Mobile the same day and they fixed the issue. I had to pay no fees and was available for immediate service.Wendy is a piece of S#!% and needs to watch his mouth or somebody who doesnt have anything to lose will make him lose teeth.

Staff are nice but not knowledgeable on Apple 3 watch. And I was told it would ship within a few days but was later notified by T-Mobile text it will ship out between 3-5 weeks. Not cool. Oh and when I called the store, a lady answered with “I’m calling the police”. I thought I had the wrong number but staff said that was right, she was being harassed by someone.
