This is a very brightly lit and well organized store. I love how my information is stored in their system and can be looked up easily. The employees working here are very nice and easy to work with. Today I called the store to order a gallon of paint. Apparently I called during a very busy time but I was still treated respectfully! What I was needing was found in the computer, the proper gallon pulled and my color mixed and ready for me when I arrived. The did tell me how busy it was and how long I should wait to retrieve my order. I am one very happy customer!

The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. They helped with a color match and also helped in choosing an accent color. They were busy but attentive to my needs at the same time getting other customer’s orders going.They were busy on the phones but kept production running smoothly.Great customer service. A+

I went there for my first time and waited in line for over 30 min for only 2 customers. I figured maybe a slow day with 3 workers. Today I go in immediately grab 2 roller sleeves and wait second in line with 2 females working. After 45 min of waiting I said screw it and left. I watched about 4 other customers leave during the time period I was there. Super unsatisfied with the slow movement. Tarpon. Sherwin has bags resin sealers and frames and check out and out the door in less than 10 min on the daily. I wont be going to the palm harbor branch for anything which in leads to A LOT OF BUSINESS LOST

Excellent service, the employees were extra nice and very knowledgeable. The store is super clean and good pricing to. I would definitely recommend going there.

Horrible Customer Service!!!! Tried to use their color to go service and counter staff REFUSED to help match a color. Tried to explain that I only needed to find something close to a particular color but refused to try to help. Pushed me aside to help another ‘contractor’ customer. Went to Home Depot and walked out with the color in 15 minutes. Not interested in helping anyone but painting contractors. Grade F!!!!!

In and out with everything we needed in just a few minutes. Great staff.

Friendly, very helpful, patient staff. Kristin is amazing!!! She spent so much time on multiple occasions helping me pick out my paint colors for the inside and outside of my house. Highly recommend, the paint I also very good quality and covers very nicely.

It was fun. The sales person really knew her stuff and helped a lot. She knew what the color was leaning towards, like brown or blue in it and where the color would work best or not at all.

I have always been a fan of Sherwin Williams paints. I was happy to find this location close to my new home in Florida. The service was very helpful, I purchased a very old home and had lots of questions about which products to use. The products are top notch!

Horrible experience two days in a row. They were out of Promar because they did not account for no deliveries on Thanksgiving so they tried to match the stock color w Superpaint but were unsuccessful. Then tried blaming Clearwater Sherwin Williams for mixing the wrong color initially. I go into the 580 clearwater store and they fix the problem in 5 minutes. For Pros dont waist your time w Palm Harbor, go to Clearwater if you want expert service

Specifically I’d send them to my SW store where all the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They’re always willing to stop and take all the time needed to help answer questions, suggest colours and even painting pros.
