Crew (Wes and Logan) showed up on time, ran a new line, found and replaced three valves, checked system, replaced three heads. They explained everything they did answered all my questions. All in all I was very satisfied with the service.

He showed up on time, knew what he was doing, and quickly fixed the issues. Even helped to explain the sprinkler system since it was older and I was not familiar with it. Would definitely use them again!

Anthony and his crew are prompt and very knowledgeable. They offered a few suggestions for improvement that wouldn’t break the bank that ended up making a huge difference in how our grass and bushes now look. Very satisfied with the technician Anthony and the service he performed. I hadnt checked my irrigation system in the last year. I was expecting a tech to take their time and try to charge me extra. Well I was pleasantly surprised when Anthony was fast yet thorough. He only needed to replace a few heads and readjust 1 sprinkler. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. I will be using this company for all my irrigation needs in the future.

I have a 9-zone irrigation system and could not locate half the valves. I emailed this company and was lucky to get a late afternoon appointment. They sent us Anthony. Have had several irrigation people work on our irrigation system but none had the knowledge to diagnose and fix our problems ranging from buried valves that no one was able to find to valves that would not work due to faulty wiring. All of which were repaired and replaced promptly and efficiently. I could not have asked for more

As background, Bryan installed my irrigation well about 15 years ago and has maintained it ever since. A year ago I managed to kill my lawn by misapplying a weed killer. This resulted in a need to re-sod my entire lawn. I contacted Bryan who accomplished the install within two weeks and the actual process took less than a day to accomplish. The sod that went down looked beautiful from the start, having been harvest just a few days earlier. The price was reasonable and the service was very professional. Upon completion, Bryan shared how to baby the lawn for the next month. I watered daily while making sure I did not see signs of over-watering. I retained a lawn service company to provide chemicals for the lawn and shrubs. They came out the day following the re-sod and put down a fungicide (fungus is a big risk with St. Augustine, particularly on new sod) and they confirmed the maintenance protocol that Bryan had shared earlier. About 4 weeks have passed with Bryan checking in ever week or so to give guidance on watering in light of rainfall we have had or were expecting. The lawn service company was back yesterday and said the lawn was looking fantastic. My wife loves the Bitter Blue St. Augustine we installed as it has a darker blue shade, a softer blade feel and tolerates shade much better than the more commonly installed Floratam. I am extremely pleased with my lawn and will continue to baby it for a few more months until it is firmly rooted. I got its first mowing yesterday as well and I have included a couple of pictures to show how the lawn looks. I highly recommend Bryan and his All=Phase team for any well, irrigation system or sod project you may need.

I had an estimate scheduled 2 weeks ago. I was home during the entire four hour window and the technician was an hour late and I only found this out after calling myself to make sure someone was still coming. After two days I had not received an estimate so I called and left a message. No return call. About a week ago someone called asking me a couple questions about my estimate and that they would have it over to me in a couple hours. I never received anything. I guess the new customers arent really needed.

My husband and I are so pleased with their service. I highly recommend this company.We recently bought this house and found out sprinkler system wasnt maintained well, valves were in series and I was unable to find them.All Phaze sent Anthony out and he did an amazing job in my opinion. Found all of the valves, repaired cut wires, repaired heads, relocated a few due to new fence location. Did his best to repair this system the most effective way. Sadly, I had high hopes for this company. I called yesterday and started my conversation out with Im trying to find an irrigation company to install irrigation for my property that actually shows up. The very nice lady laughed and took my information and then immediately turned me over to a gentleman that said they were located not far from me. Again very nice and said he would be here this morning at 10:00 after he dropped his son off.Guess what another no show and I called and left a message at 10:30 a.m. with no return call. Do companies really not need business this bad?????UPDATE: Jason called and texted last night profusely apologizing that he saw my appointment in the books but it inadvertently didnt get put into the computer to print out his appointments. He was here promptly at 9:00 a.m. this morning and said he would have an estimate by this evening emailed to me. Everyone deserves a second chance. I was originally put out because it was the 4th company that I had issues with. Im confident I will get something this evening.

I had valves that didn’t function well and also a significant manifold leak. I got an appointment with All Phaze Irrigation and Anthony came out right on time. He evaluated the situation quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was done very quickly and the new manifold worked flawlessly. Throughout this Anthony was very careful to protect my cable line running in very close to the irrigation box. This is the best I have felt about any contractor in years. The last pleasant surprise came when the invoice arrived and it was well below the estimate. I recommend All Phaze Irrigation whole-heartedly.

**UPDATE** This is what $7000 gets you…A tape job on a drain and dead grass.My review in March was based off of the service we received at that time. Since we had the sod and drain installed the level of service has been extremely disappointing. I’ll start with the drain first – we had Bryan and his team install a drain to help with the large amount of water coming from 2 super gutters on a new patio roof. The first rain after installation (April 18th) showed the work failed. The water was pouring out of the spot where the gutter met the ground drain. I sent video and photos that day. It took them over a month to come repair it. The solution they brought to us was to move the basin to a lower point in the yard – not to address the gutter connection which couldn’t handle the amount of water coming off the roof. When I pointed this out to the crew he said he could see where the water was escaping and that he would fix it. That solution was TAPE! It rained last night and the tape was barely holding up. We didn’t pay thousands of dollars for TAPE!Then there is the sod. The crew installed the sod on March 6th. The sprinkler team set the timer and said to let it run everyday for a month. We were instructed not to cut the grass for a month and when we did to not bag it. Our lawn maintenance company came to spray days after, also as instructed. On April 9th we needed to have a sprinkler head replaced. Sullivan came out to fix it and when he was here I asked him what we should change the schedule to on the sprinkler timer now that a month has passed. He said he would update the timer to still run every day, just not as long. When the lawn started to show signs of decline I changed the watering schedule and asked our lawn service company to come out – thinking it was related to web worms or some other pest. When I mentioned the concern about the lawn to Bryan, his response was that we were neglecting it and that we should contacted our lawn service company. Our lawn service company has been more than willing to help us – they have been out twice without charging us. That is SERVICE! There has been NO sign of Bryan. We’ve asked multiple times for him to assess the grass and give his opinion. He NEVER SHOWED. He told us that in all his years he’s never had a yard turn so it must be our fault. How about the fact that they set our sprinkler timer – twice. The lawn was over-watered! Now we are left with rotted roots and no offer of assistance from this company.I was asked to give a review, which I based off of the service I received at that time. They were paid the day the job was done. This review is based off of the service AFTER the job. It took over a month for them to repair the drain work. We were told multiple times we were “On the schedule” but no one showed. Instead of trying to help us with the grass, Bryan has deflected responsibility. Disappointed is an understatement.Original Review...Brian and his team just finished our project. They installed a drainage system and new sod in our backyard. We quoted multiple companies and one thing that impressed me about Brian was his fast response time - he was out within a day of my request for a quote. And once we decided to go with All Phaze, we were on the schedule within a week! Both teams were professional and didn’t leave a mess behind! The yard looks great! Thanks to All Phaze for the well pump installation. We moved into a property that had fairly old well and asked these guys how it could be modernised. They fitted in a powerful pump and helped make it a little deeper so now we can get fresh water, without chemical etc whenever we want. A great experience all round. From the moment they arrived at the restaurant to install new lights to the final problem, it was smooth and a great customer experience. We’ll be using Bryan and his men again in the future for a drip sprinkler system on the front flower beds. I’m starting to wonder why I ever bothered using anyone else; theyre the best in St Petersburg!

I scheduled a system service 2 weeks ago with an 8-12 window they said they would call me…no call. I called around 11… no answer. So unprofessional! Needless to say I wasted an entire day waiting around for someone and it was a bunch of nonsense.Update: got a call, they are coming out end of the day, said they didnt have my address down.

I cannot speak on their ability to diagnose and fix problems due to the fact they never showed up for their consultation appointment. They gave an eight to 12 o’clock window which nobody called or showed up. I called at 12:05 to find out they are running behind due to some rain in the a.m. Which probably wouldn’t of been an issue if somebody would’ve called and thought about my time not just their own. Essentially this is a common occurrence with businesses these days. They don’t respect your time as a customer and they feel they can not show up for appointments and do whatever it is they want because you don’t have choices. It’s very frustrating and sad that businesses these days can’t have more respect for their customers and respect for peoples time. Thanks for wasting four hours of my day.

All Phaze Irrigation personnel are so complete and skilled in their work. They have a great professional work ethic. They work well into the evening, in order to get the job done. My system had a pump stuck in the well for 20 years that the previous well company could not remove. All Phaze Irrigation was able to get that VERY STUCK pump out of the well, when the company 20 years ago said it was IMPOSSIBLE and they would need to re-dig a brain new well (for a lot of money). All Phaze Irrigation removed the stuck pump, installed a new pump, holding tank, and all the pipes necessary to get it all working with my old irrigation system (35 years old). They handled all the electrical and valve and sprinkler head replacements required to get the entire system working properly with this new strong supply of fresh water. They made sure it was all done to code. (We were previously on reclaimed water for approximately 15 years and it was a nightmare to continually clean all the filters over and over again.) I am a happy owner of a new well and completely working sprinkler system, with fresh water thanks to All Phaze Irrigation. I highly recommend.

Anthony came to my house yesterday and performed repairs on my sprinkler system. Anthony was on time, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. All of the 5 star reviews on here, but this company (Bryan) missed 3 appointments for an estimate, would not return any calls or emails. Its a shame. They must be doing so well they have to turn down business. I was even referred to Bryan from previous customers. I cant explain it. Sad..................The owners response is highly inaccurate. They did give me a quote last year. I did ask for a discount, they told me they needed to come back out and look at the job to make sure nothing changed. They set and missed three appointments. After my initial review the owner called and gave me a long list of reasons why they missed the appointments and did not bother to call. He said employees just quit, it was raining so forth and so on. Look a the review from the lady just a couple of days before I left my review and you can see she got the same treatment. The owner asked if he could make yet another appointment with me, and I told him I had other bids. Our pump was leaking over the yard, in my panic I quickly called up All Phaze who came out later that day. The problem was quickly fixed thanks to some new components which were reasonably cheap.

I want to start this off with saying what a great job Jason and his well team did! I was in desperate need of getting a shallow well installed because I had a new house built and the builders put the irrigation on metered water. Water bill was $700 just because of the system. I called Jason and said i needed a well done as soon as possible and he sure delivered what I needed. He came out the next day and quoted me cheaper than any other company and also had the best quality system! I was definitely sold on this! I told him ill do it and he and his crew were out there in a couple days. Showed up on time ready to work and already had started setting up at 8am. I really needed a great system so I had lots of questions for him when we were talking. He gave me great answers to all my questions and I felt very conferrable with it! I needed a shallow well and the Rid-O-Rust system installed. His crew explained to me how everything would be done and how its done since Im really interested in irrigation. Ive done a couple systems myself i just needed a professional for the well. I was there the whole time and i can say they did a amazing, quality job! They started at 8am and everything was done by 5pm. All i can say is that these people are amazing at what they do and how they do it! Its been a couple months since the installation and the system is working amazing. No problems so far! The Rid-O-Rust system is also working great! We had a landscape company come in and lay down some sod and new decking in the back yard. They made a total hack of it though, messing up a sprinkler pipe and heads so that they were spraying all over the place. Bryan saved the day though! He and his coworkers arrived later that day and set everything straight, fixing up the sprinkler heads and replacing the damaged pipe. It works flawlessly now. Within a week though our sod was clearly below the required standard, so again I asked Bryan what he could do. He said hed come out and see it with his own eyes. He suggested some tactics to save it and my god did they work. I offered to pay him for the time he came out but he said there was no need. Super nice guy and a super sprinkler repair company in Oldsmar!

I needed someone to come out and check my current pump/well setup. Unfortunately I needed to redo my well along with the pump. If you’re searching for a landscape lighting team in St Petersburg then go with All phaze. I thought they were just irrigation experts but after a quicm chat with the owner, Bryan, it was clear their skills branch out into other areas including lighting. Their design team worked with us to meet our vision of a luxury family home that is both useable and secure at night. Plants and trees are no longer hidden at night and I even have a reading light in the best spot on the decking. We’ve enjoyed family bbqs, parties and pool nights all thanks to the addition of these lights. The service was fast and very well pried given how much we installed. They’ll bring their expertise but need forget that it’s your vison that matters most.

We had a sprinkler zone that wouldnt stop running. We called All Phaze Irrigation because of the reviews and they were better than expected. Sullivan installed a new valve box for a really reasonable price and did a very professional job. The piping and wires are very high quality and its working perfectly. The nicest two gentlemen just fixed my entire system in an hour! Ive spent countless hours over the last three years and they came and made it look so easy. I HIGHLY recommend All Phaze Irrigation for anyone with irrigation system issues.

WE HAD A COUPLE SPRINKLER VALVES THAT WERE GETTING STUCK AND WOULDNT TURN OFF. HAD 1 GUY OUT THAT I THINK DID MINIMUM TO GET THEM WORKING RIGHT, ONLY TO HAVE THEM STICK AGAIN! CALLED ALL PHAZE IRRIGATION AND GOT A CALL BACK FROM JASON WHO EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROCESS WOULD BE AND APPROXIMATE COST DEPENDING ON WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. SOONEST APPOINTMENT WE COULD GET WAS A COUPLE DAYS LATER. ANTHONY SHOWED UP AND ONCE WE EXPLAINED WHICH VALVES WERE GIVING US TROUBLE HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK. OUR SYSTEM IS OLDER AND LOCATION OF VALVES IN A TIGHT SPACE BEHIND SOME BUSHES. ANTHONY WAS DETERMINED TO GET THE VALVES WORKING CORRECTLY AND ENDED UP REPLACING AND THEN MAKING SURE ALL ZONES WORKING AS THEY SHOULD. EVEN ADJUSTED A COUPLE OF SPRINKLER HEADS THAT NEEDED TO BE REDIRECTED. ANTHONY IS A HARD WORKER WHICH IS WHY HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE AND FIXED RIGHT.

If you need a Sprinkler installation in Clearwater then look no further than All Phaze! What a team. I put a bet on with my son that there is no way they’d be able to get the job done in a day as promised. But they did! All the new sprinkler heads were fitted in without damaging the turf, and now spray with precision accuracy at the dry areas of the lawn and the flower beds. Best of all is the timer - that’s a game changer. I thought the tree that has giant 200 year old roots would cause the sprinkler installation team a problem, but they fitted pipes and heads around it comfortably. I’d be surprised if there’s a better company for sprinkler installation in Clearwater.

Great service! Sullivan was superior at finding solutions to my sprinkler problems. He fixed everything and made some excellent suggestions. I’m confident I won’t have future problems with dying grass but if I do I will promptly call All Phaze Irrigation.

Im just here to add to the good reviews. I called All Phaze Irrigation on a weekend to come inspect the viability of my well and they came out two days later. We bought the house a year ago and were told the irrigation had not run in many years. We were also told there was a well connection at one point in time. All Phaze showed up and got us set up with our well in under an hour. Now we have a functioning irrigation system connected to the well. I will definitely call them in the future for any other irrigation needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else. Friendly, fast, good pricing and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I called Bryan at AllPhaze based on a recommendation from a lawn care company. Bryan was very courteous and understanding of our needs. He explained the whole process as irrigation was new to us and was very flexible in scheduling our job. His workers appeared on schedule. Most noteworthy was the fact that they figured a way to install the irrigation system without disturbing our newly installed sod! They carefully dug a trench around our plants in our mulch bed and installed the system. They tested the system before they left and showed me how to operate the timer.I would recommend AllPhaze to others needing an irrigation system!

They came out right when we called. They were super fast and great price! Highly recommend! We had a problem with one sprinkler after about a week and they came right out to fix it with no issues!

I was definitely impressed:I had my irrigation pump for my sprinklers replaced.I’ve done some plumbing, electrical, and mechanical around my own home, so I oftentimes ask questions about technical things.Brian was able to explain what I needed and why, in addition to explaining how and why my system was set up the way it was.Then he suggested I make some changes to the way my automated sprinkler system was set up.He explained why the changes would be better.He was attentive to the fact that I needed not only a pump but also an inspection of my overall system.Now everything is running just right!Great job!

They did our initial sprinkler installation back in 2011! Been using them every since. Bryan is super friendly and a real family oriented guy and business. He treats his customers right! Just recently one of our sprinklers got stuck and he sent a young man out to fix it, Sullivan. Super competent, professional and great manners. He told me has been fixing sprinklers since he was 13! Bryan is like his 2nd Dad. Sullivan also checked all my sprinkler heads to make sure they were all in check! Love this company and my husband and I highly recommend them. Thanks Sullivan!

I give them a zero for AFTER customer service. when they put my well in two months ago I would’ve given them a five . They were really fast to come here and get my thousands . BUT now it needs servicing, it stopped working a week ago . Last Monday I called for service, they couldn’t put me in until Friday. Friday came and went they never showed up . I called Saturday and literally begged the new guy (who answers the phone) to come and look at it as my grass is dying; you can never get Brian on the phone anymore. he’s hired someone else who answers the phone. that gentleman came out and replaced a valve and it still didn’t work so he said Brian would come Monday morning . This is Monday . I Called three times today starting early this morning . At 3:00 he changed it to tomorrow afternoon, so I asked for Brian’s phone number. he said .” I CANT GIVE OUT BRYANS PHONE NUMBER ANY MORE!!!! I would not use this company they’re great to rush out and get your money when they want to put the Well in but I think maybe they’ve grown too fast or just too busy . do not use this company, run away as fast as you can. I’m sure now that I put this review in before they’re coming supposedly tomorrow they will probably never never come I’ll update it to let you know if they show up

What a great company to work with! Super easy, friendly, got the job done exactly as promised, in a timely manner and delivered exceptional results. Wish I would have found them sooner and I will go back for all my irrigation and landscape needs.

I noticed my lawn was looking unhealthy and found my sprinkler system malfunctioning to be the culprit. Unfortunately whenever my pump would go on via timer it would seize and blow the breaker. I called a few companies to see what the problem could be and get quotes. All Phaze was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and after sending a few pictures they knew what my system needed and based on other quotes Id recieved were very reasonable. Sullivan and Mike came next day to install a new pump for me. They were very professional, polite, and worked quickly. They installed the new pump and tested/replaced sprinklers. I highly recommend them.

Brian was awesome to deal with over the phone when I called with my issue. Appointment was set to my requirements. Kyle and Anthony came out within the specified hour window and were very professional and thorough. In and out in less than an hour and my sprinklers are up and running again! Logan and Nate from All Phase Irrigation came out and figured out that I had a bunch of sprinkler heads that were not working or were not the correct type to provide proper coverage. They replaced the bad heads and also installed the correct ones to provide the proper coverage for the whole yard. Everything is working as it should now. Great job

I have used All Phaze twice already, I have only good things to say about the quality and neatness of their work. I am very particular about my home and these crews both times were great. I invested in a complete rebuild of my irrigation system after having them repair it a few months ago and I have to say it has never worked as good as it does now. 4 new wells new pump rebuilt valves and replaced lines and sprinklers as needed. I’m thrilled with the entire job.

We have used All Phaze a few times now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgable, and will work to get the job done and done right the first time. The first time we used them was to repair a leak, and they not only fixed the leak but made adjustments to the rest of the system at no extra charge. The second time we used them, was for reclaimed water hook-up. They went above and beyond to work with the city to get us approved as soon as possible. Brian and All Phaze answered the phone on a Saturday. My horses were without water due to a snapped well pump pvc pipe. Brian was friendly and had a can do attitude. He sent out Sullivan. Sullivan clearly knows his stuff and would not leave until he made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company by far!!

Bryan came over to handle a PVC sprinkler issue. Not only did he answer my question, he explained to me the problem and showed me how simple it was to fix.
