Nick and James came out to give an estimate on repairing our very old system. Turns out it was so old we needed a new one. The quote was reasonable and Nick was able to get us scheduled for a new system install ASAP. Nick came out with two crew members and they were all professional and friendly. Nick walked us through the whole process as well as the new system. He was so kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Absolutely awesome service! Nate and his co-worker were excellent. My house is 30 years old and I had a full revamp of the sprinkler system done. They installed a new controller with a rain sensor, replaced all the valves and pvb and replaced or added 15 pressure regulated heads. Each spray head is supposed to save 1,000 gallons of water per year, so that would be a savings of 15,000 gallons of water a year if that is true. I am hoping to conserve water, get much better coverage for my extensive landscaping, and reduce my City of Tampa water bill which has been running from $95-$200 a month for the past few years even with constant irrigation system tweaks. I would get the bill down for a few months and then some other part of the irrigation system would leak. Also, due to poor coverage from my old irrigation system, spots of my lawn and landscaping would get brown or die if I didnt hand-water it during extended dry seasons. The guys were here for most of a day to get the work done, and they really worked hard out there. I was very impressed with the work and how they identified every problem area that I had (and some that I didnt know about) without me having to tell them where I thought the issues were. Other companies that have done irrigation work for me in the past never identified all the issues nor had the kinds of good solutions that Sunrise did. I was given 3 options depending on what I wanted to pay, and this time I did the full upgrade. There is also a 3-year warranty of parts and labor. Im very pleased so far!

Fantastic service! We had irrigation issue with both front and back yards where the pop-up sprinklers were not watering their areas correctly, causing our grass to die. Christian came out ahead of schedule and was very professional and friendly. He made sure we understood everything that was going on and what he was doing to correct our issues. He replaced sprinklers, installed the proper heads, and lifted the backyard sprinklers so they could pop-up above grass level to water their correct areas for proper coverage. Our yard has not had any issues since then and looks great. Would highly highly recommend!!

Wanted to charge $59 for an estimate on irrigation rerouting. Sorry if you have to trap customers to go with your company by taking their money so they cannot fairly compare your service with another company without having to pay an upfront fee. I understand that if I use your service that you will apply it to my bill but it’s not like you are coming to diagnose my major appliance. All I wanted was an estimate.

Had 2 service techs show up at my home today--Skyler and Mike-- both of these folks did a out standing job fixing - rewiring and putting the system back together, if I was not retired, and running by Business I would Hire both of these folks away, they are the type of employees that are very hard to find, and I have hired people away to build a business, thats just the name of the game. I received a quote for close to 3k to add sprinklers to my tiny back yard and side. The price seemed extremely high; therefore I said no thank you. I went with another company who did the entire job for $284.00. Not sure if the sales guy needs more training or this is standard protocol. I have wonder multiple homes before and luckily didn’t fall for this.

I will never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone.Beside the high cost compare to other companies for the original installation, we had to call them back 3 times to fix the system within 1 year period, including pump issues, lack of pressure, and broken sprinkler heads. Not to mention, that they installed a wrong system on our flower base that support to have the dripping water system on the original estimate.On our last request, the technician showed up early after we had to wait for almost 3 weeks to be scheduled into their scheudle.Then the technician showed up while I was at work and did the work when our schedule was in the afternoon that I had to take off from work so I deal with the issues personally.He fixed some issues, but when I got back home some of other issues did not get resolved. So I had to put in more request for them to come back, but now they want to charge me for it even thought our system still under warranty of 1 year period. Their excuse was the water issue and not their problem.Not to mention, that I gave a Helicopter Drone gift ($+150) to the original technician (Lenny) and gave extra $20 tips to all crews (6) that worked on my house during the week of installation. I guess that was on me and not them, too.

Christian is my representative. He showed up today right on time to fix a break I caused when doing some landscaping. Turns out my entire system was not running because I had also cut the underground wiring to the in lawn controllers. After about an hour he was able to find the cut. Christian then replaced the wiring for the system and without my even asking he reprogrammed the controllers so that the flow of when the system runs makes sense. Christian is always very professional. I highly recommend Sunrise Irrigation.

Andres came out and replaced our sprinkler pump saying my old one was “too old” to repair. (Which now I doubt was the truth) After listening to him I should have gone with my gut and sent him packing. Not only did he do a poor job but I have since found out I way overpaid. He kept trying to “sell” me more things I did. It need. (Like $50 each for sprinkler heads that Home Depot has for under $10) so the new system stopped working right away, which, due to very early AM 2 day a week watering, I did. It realize until I saw my lawn dying. Sunrise sent Brendon out today to clean up Andres’ mess. Took him a bit to figure out the issue but He was terrific and would give him 5 stars. I just can’t give Sunrise credit for that. Their system of paying repair people based on what they sell is ripe for fraud. I need to know I can trust the repair person to give me accurate info on my issue and that only comes if they are not incentivized to sell me things I don’t need. Yeah Sunrise is honoring their warranty, and that is expected, but the only way I’d recommend them is if you get Brendon, and even then I hesitate because of the company he works for.

Joe is as down to earth as you can be and not only provided us the best pricing (by far) but also you couldnt ask for a better partner for completing the job. Joe and his team repaired our front irrigation, put in two new zones in the back, a new controller, hooked us up to reclaimed, sodded the front and back, crushed shell front and back, planted 6 cabbage palms, re-did our front landscape garden and much more. This was a big job and Joe took care of any issues that came up. He was always responsive to our needs. When we moved into our house the yard was a detriment, today it is a selling feature!! so happy with the work and the people at Sunrise. Looking forward to working with them on any future needs.

They came out to assess the problem with my sprinkler system on Saturday. They explained everything completely. They came the following Monday and completed the work in just over 3 hours. My sprinkler system was on life support. Now it works as good, if not better, than it did when it was new 31 years ago. We are under a maintenance agreement with Sunrise. The one thing I really like about them is that I feel they are honest in their assessment of the irrigation system. Never recommending things that we really dont need. We had two irrigation heads that were leaking ever so slightly -- the service man did not recommend that we fix them immediately but suggested that we just keep an eye on them to make sure they dont leak more. He flagged them to make it easier for us. We felt very confident in his visit with us.

Had our shallow well replaced and a new well pump installed. The well crew was great. Lenny installed the pump was extremely polite and explained everything that was done. Great company and great people.

I bought the quarterly service plan in October 22, 2019. This plan includes four service calls, four 6 pop up spray heads per year and 10% off repairs on non schedule visits throughout the year and other details. Well during the pandemic my wife unable to travel to FL and take care of the house. Also, Im stationed in PR (US ARMY )that at that time I cant fly over either. I paid $320.00 for the four service visits, I just got only two the one in October 2019 and Today Dec 30, 2020. My wife called the Sunrise Irrigation company to make the maintenance plan last Tuesday. Christian Zuniga came to the house today. THE FIRST THING HE NOTICE WAS THE RAIN SENSOR THAT I PAID $115.00 LAST OCTOBER NEVER GOT ACTIVATED at that time the assigned technician was Jacob Thompson. From November 2019 thru December 2020 all my water bills were over $115.00 with a house empty just the sprinkler working two days per week 20 minutes. Christian, by the way an outstanding employee explained and showed the problems that I have with the current system and how to the company can fix it. Well, I told him to explain the situation to his supervisor to make sure the understood my situation a provide me a better discount on the service or maintenance plan . I didnt get any offers that I satisfied my wife and myself.I lost two service, and by the way the irrigation maintenance plan increased from $320 to $399.Being a Store Manager for an outstanding Retail Company for 20 years the customer service in wasnt the right one. I WILL NEVER WILL UTILIZE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

No, I am not a guy who likes to trash profiles on Google. And that comment from the owner is both inappropriate and antagonistic. There is a good reason that there was no record of my appointment in their schedule as I had to cancel the appointment.The problem I encountered arose after having been informed that the service technician would not arrive during the previously scheduled window from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. I was informed that he/she would not arrive until after that window. Furthermore, I was given no firmtime frame for arrival.What Sunrise failed to realize is that my time is important, too. I had to take time off work for the morning appointment with Sunrise and I had 3 additional appointments scheduled for the afternoon, starting at 1:00 p.m.. So, in my mind, the 1 star rating was quite appropriate.

I have used Sunrise Irrigation for a couple years now, including having outdoor lighting installed. They definitely are a top end company, very organized, show up when they say they will, and their work performance is superior to others I have previously used. About a year ago, I did have one issue where I wasn’t please with the outcome and they immediately came out and fixed it to my liking. I feel confident that they do care that work is well done.I resigned up for their annual maintenance program and am very pleased with the service. Tracy checked the irrigation system and “cleaned” it up so it ran more efficiently...highly recommend him.

We hired Sunrise Irrigation to re-build the sprinkler system in our yard. The previous owner did a do it yourself job and it never worked properly. Ryan from Sunrise came to the house on time, explained the issues with the system, gave us three options for repair estimates, and repaired the pump enough for us to be able to use it until the whole system could be fixed. After getting two additional quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Sunrise not only because it was the lowest quote, but we felt confident with Ryan. We were not at all disappointed! The crew was on time, did all of the work in one day, and were neat and professional. Great service!
