The store is very small and the wig selections are even smaller. The upbeat to this is the sales girl was very nice and helpful, and they carry the best body oils.

The well spoken assistant Shaneeka was very helpful! She was patient and has an eye for detail.The men in the store are also very helpful and will assist you in a hurry!Overall great customer service but most of all, we found all the products that we had wanted. Thank you guys!

I was impressed with the hair variety. They have everything you need for your beauty needs. I think they would get more business if the building pooped out from the others. To me it looks like a old cement storage facility. Make it modern and spice it up a bit. The workers were very helpful and polite. Ill be back guys. Great job

I wasnt sure what exactly I meeded after I walked in because there were so many different things to choose from all of a sudden. They have a great selection of hair and hair accessories. The employees are always friendly as well, so its easy to want to come back.

My first time in the store I received very POOR customer service. They didnt welcome me in or ask if I needed help. They just stand there and look in the mirrors as if someone wanted to steal. Not friendly at all. I will never go to this store again !! Maybe the wrong people were working today but I’ll try coming on a better day.

Bought 2 wig straps only used one went to take back the unused one back & he would not take it. Idc if it was $3 it was my hard earned $3. I wasn’t even asking for the $ back but to get something of equal value. He is very rude & unprofessional. If you need good hair but don’t want to wait go to Bengo Fashion. I asked the Mgr if he rather take the open pack from me and miss out on the $100 purchase I was about to make. He shrugs his shoulders whatever. I walked out, customer service is dead.
