I needed a tea strainer but couldnt find it one anywhere. Staff was no where to be found. We finally gave up and decided to support a small business instead and went to the Papillion Tea Shop, which was a MUCH better experience. On our way out of Bed Bath and Beyond we did spot one employee,but she was too busy texting on her cell phone to notice us walking by or hear us talking about our dissatisfaction of not being helped in the store.

Mad that its closing only at ShadowLake. Lots of sale items however.

Clearance sales very weird things were mixed in with it that werent on Clarence normally would blame this on regular customers but the sheer volume of stuff mixed in makes it seem like staff just doesnt really care

Pretty nice organized and associates actually want to help you out. One down side of that its pretty pricey. However there is items that sell pretty cheap to you just have to find them. I love the fresh produce here. Associates are very friendly you actually feel comfortable. So it depends on how much money you like to spend if youre like me want to safe pennies than its not for you

The selection and service are great. The cashier helped us save nearly $30 by informing us about Beyond +. It cost us ~$30 to join, but it saved us money. It is a constant 20 percent off your entire bill (with a few exceptions such as Dyson products). Most importantly though, the cashier did a fantastic job with customer service helping us throughout the signup process.

Tons of items to look at wasnt sure where to start and where to end I feel like the stores a little confusing.

Customer service was awesome both times I visited the store. I was unsure of what exact pillow would be good for my scolios and Katie, a retail floor saleswoman helped me find the perfect pillow.

I asked store clerk where 2 separate items were located.A liner for crockpot. She claimed they could only be purchased on line. FALSE I found them. The other was a hamburger press, she vaguely motioned me toward the seasonal items, I did not see them because they were poorly displayed.Upon checking out I asked other clerk if they had hamburger press.This clerk gladly and cheerfully walked me over to seasonal section.and we were both able to find it, but it was not easy to see.

I simply wanted a pillow that could not be reached because the shelves were empty and I couldnt reach what was there. I walked down to the made beds area where I found an associate who was speaking with friends and was visibly annoyed when I interrupted and asked for help. She demanded to know what pillow it was. She then said she would send someone over....She waited for me to walk back to pillows to radio (I could hear her loud and clear). The shorter young woman who came over was very friendly and quickly grabbed the ladder and got the pillow down for me. The cashier, Katie, was very friendly.

Great products with many options to choose from. If you arent careful here you could become lost for hours looking at their wide selection. Had to return a damaged blanket I had purchase and the exchange process was very painless compared to going to Walmart which I know is also somewhat painless. Bed Bath & Beyond only took me 2 minutes to do an exchange compared to other retail stores. Will def be shopping here again for my future purchases.

Has a good variety of household items. Also sells some unusual gift items not found at other like stores. A bit hard to navigate as things are pretty tightly packed. Prices are a bit on the high side but not outrageous.

I bought the new UGG comforter. I had been looking for one that would be warm and cover the bed. So many are thin and short on the sides. Its my favorite comforter!

We were able to find what we need quickly. The store was clean, and the service was friendly .
