My experience was fantastic! Hutch was super patient with me after I purchased a new iPhone . I am 81 yrs old and not very technically inclined! He walked me through retrieving old passwords and getting the hone set up as well helping me pair the new phone with my car. He is a true asset to your company.
I do not normally leave reviews, but after my experience today I felt I needed to. I had THE BEST service from Tamir B. in getting my daughters screen protector replaced and my phone upgraded... in less than an hour! Tamir was helping out from a different store, and despite playing an away game, he was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. He took time to answer the questions I had and I have never seen anyone take such care in putting a screen protector on my daughters phone! I dont know if Ive ever walked out of a phone store thinking it was a good experience, but Tamir changed that today. He CRUSHED it. If I need anything from T-Mobile, I will drive across town to see him - he was that good. If there is anyone from his home store reading this, he needs a raise. If there is anyone from T-Mobile regional or corporate, you need to hire him to train others (until you can effectively clone him). Outstanding job, young man!
Brodie was helpful and switched out my Sim card no problem. I had an appointment and didnt have to wait.

My sister was trying to purchase an iPhone to be paid in full and they made it impossible the employees that were working there on 12/02/2020 were not helpful at all. The service rep was trying to sell us add ons and then said we had to pay an upgrade fee because we were upgrading our phone. I told him that we were not getting the phone on a contract and he said “even if you pay in full you have to pay an upgrade fee” that just doesn’t make sense to me and then went on saying if I was sure if I didn’t want to include the protection plan. Just a horrible experience overall and we ended up not getting the phone because he had no idea what he was doing. Overall they looked very uninterested in helping us
Wow. I am so impressed with T mobile!!!! My family had Verizon forever and we were nervous about switch but we weren’t happy with them anymore. The transition has been so smooth and we are so happy with T-Mobile. I haven’t personally been in the papillion location, however my parents have and they have been so patient and helpful every time. They have fixed all slight problems we have had and we have had awesome service, even on vacation. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have spent quite a bit a time here switching us over to T-Mobile service, because it always takes forever to get new phones and service. I can truly say the employees here are wonderful. They are kind and patient and do their best to make sure you understand what you are getting yourself into. After some miscommunication, the manager Hutch took extra time with me helping me understand my bill and the credits I was receiving. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

We love this T-Mobile store and people. We recently switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. We worked with Austin at the store and he was amazing. He effortlessly guided us through a complicated situation having phones in Omaha and Connecticut. We appreciate having this great service. Thanks to Austin for a job well done.

I have honestly had a very poor first experience with T-Mobile. I was very excited about the new military plan they offered, so I went over there and got the process started to switch from Verizon. I was promised to have gotten the prepaid card to pay off my Verizon bill within two weeks. After those two weeks and nothing, Verizon ended up charging us almost $700 for cancellation out of nowhere. Later we called T-Mobile, getting an update on our submission and apparently it was never submitted, even though they uploaded it when we first visited the store. So I then went to a Verizon store to get my final bill and they charged me $5 to receive it, and uploaded that and then that was apparently the wrong bill. They wanted the bill before that. So then after waiting about a week to receive the proper bill from Verizon, I took it in to the store. I worked with an employee different from the one who set me up initially. Being about 45 minutes before closing, they were not friendly at all and showed no empathy for our situation. Very sad that there is a major mood change when theyre trying to solve and issue and not trying to sell something to you, along with them having to work until closing time. I feel like some sort of restitution is in order for all of the issues we have had, considering we were on our third bill before receiving our cards we were promised during the first two weeks.
T-mobile workers were rude, made purchasing an Iphone impossible and were not helpful at all with their uninterested attitude.
After years of being with another service, I finally saw what TMobile had to offer.Austin and John were AMAZING with taking care of my new services. I probably wouldve walked away tonight had it not been for how friendly and helpful they were. They made sure they got me the best bang for my buck. I am so excited for new services. Thank you gentlemen for taking care of me!
The employees are always trying to up sell you and only promote things that make them more money. I would recommend avoiding T-mobile and going else where. They make it seem as if you’re getting a better deal than your previous carrier but you’re not.
First time having T- mobile. So glad I stopped by John was amazing and very patient with me. I would highly recommend T- mobile. Very satisfied with his service and the network.

After my old phone on my parents plan broke so I decided to get my own phone plan here.Now Ive been to a few different phone stores of other companies and Ive never experienced a staff so friendly and inviting. (My social anxiety totally at ease)I bet theyd go as far as to change your tire if you needed it.I did some research prior so I knew what I was getting. The One Plus 6t on their unlimited data plan. They have the best unlimited plan btw 👌(wont slow down until you reach 50GB)I am aware that the signal strength is weak in-between cities and smaller towns but they are new in Nebraska and they are expanding as quickly as possible so I feel good about investing in the future and watching my service get better over time.They have a lot of good deals and for the price and functionality of the service, the temporarily weak signal in rural areas is the only thing setting these guys back from being the very best option for service by far.
Austin was so patient and helpful as he switched our family of six phone plans! We appreciate his expertise and great attitude.

The staff was rude with a very disinterested and lazy attitude. I like T-Mobile, but did not enjoy my experience at this store. Have been shopping here for almost a year and the attitude has consistently been getting worse.
Employees arent trained well. No one wanted to help process a return be a use whoever does loses commission for the sale so purposely skipped my wife in line an took extra long and made her wait over an hour for service so they didnt lose credit. Horrible way of doing business and this is after they refuse to stand behind their service. I moved with work to an area where T-maybe doesnt get coverage and they refused to help me get out of my contract that they supposedly no longer have. Tmobile is a sham dont fall for their trickery if you want real service go to Verizon you get what you pay for.Also the 5 star reviews here are employees of tmobile

This is not a review on this store but on T-mobile coverage in the area. T-mobile’s military plan is awesome but only in areas w good coverage. If you are stationed at Offutt and looking to get in on this awesome deal, don’t do it while stationed here. Service on base ranges from no service to one bar, both of which do not support data. I have heard whispers of a merger w Sprint. Maybe once that happens it will improve for Offutt but for now, hold off. You will be frustrated.
Waited over an hour and received no service whatsoever, ended up just walking out. Wanted to switch our service over to give it a try, seriously reconsidering that now.
