Dont waste your time on alignment here. I just did one and they were off, the obvious you can see off. You get what you pay for. Go to Les Shwab you pay more but its done right. My first and last time as a customer.

Unable to get any work done today due to could not afford the cost right now They are going to rework the estimate and see if maybe they could cut it down some using less expensive parts because I really didnt need the best parts due to very little mileage being put on the vehicle . I was extremely pleased with the customer service and courtesy that was shown toward me. Highly recommend them PS so does my mechanic

They are the best!!!!. Mike who manages the shop really knows what hes doing. He saved me a ton of money by replacing one thing that was causing a rattle in my car. I will eventually need to replace shocks and struts but if I had done that only then I would still have had the rattle. Hes a treasure and he was burned out too. He travels quite a few miles every day to work and thats dedication to me. His work shows it. Hes one of those good guys.

We had a 2nd flat coming up Skyway to Paradise with truck and camper. No spare (already used with the first flat). Road service couldnt help us without a spare. Got a ride to Big O. They were friendly, compassionate and QUICK and gave us a spare to use for free. They have earned our respect and business.

I had a dash light on. Mike came out took a look. He was kind of enough to check out a couple of possible quick fixes that didnt work but determined it was a sensor failure. Brakes were ok so I was told what it would cost but told it wasnt essential. I appreciate his help and honesty. Today I said tootaloo to Les Schwab and will take my business to them from now on. Big👍 to Big O tires.

Tire was going flat because of dirt in the stem. They made sure all my tires had caps

Well I got some tires from Amazon to mount to the front of my buggy so I went in I asked how much would it cost to put two rims and tires together they said $30.00 so I went and got all two tires and rims ( hes like you did say tell me there new ) Im like why should it matter ( but he didnt ask eather ) the prise jumped up to 100.00 Buck about ready to bend me over and blank me so Big Os did it for $40.00

I drive all the way from Chico to Paradise to buy tires here. I love that they rotate, balance, and fix flats for the life of the tires in the initial price.
