The staff are so amazing here!!! I made an online appointment for my alignment and a battery check, and called to get a quote for the alignment ($110 for an 05 Subaru).They couldnt actually do the alignment, but explained exactly how and why they couldnt until I got these two parts replaced (to someone with pretty mediocre car knowledge). They still did the free battery check and didnt charge me anything for some great advice and help, and even as I was about to leave the lot, the manager looked at one last random thing underneath my car and helped me out. Will definitely keep Les Schwab in mind for the future.

I live in Oroville because my house burnt down in the camp fire but I still do as much bussiness as I can in paradise and magalia. Les schwab in paradise are curtious and knowledgeable I went there to have my tires rotated on a car I bought. They found wear on my tires that put holesin the tires I never knew about. They brought it to my attention which was a God send because I was leaving the next day to go see my mom in hunington beach. Those tires could have costed me my life if they didnt find the problem so he got e some new tires on the car and I am very happy to be able to trust themwithmy vehicle great place I recomendtem to anyone thank you

Once again Les Schwab proves why theyre heading shoulders above all the other tires stores. I found my tire almost completely deflated this morning when I was getting ready to make a 3 and 1/2 hour drive. I brought it to Les Schwab and they found the small nail that was in the tire, pulled it, plugged it, and remounted it all for free. This comes as no surprise to me because Ive used them for this on various occasions. Its also why I will never buy my tires from anybody but them. Well done people!

It was great.Made an appointment this morning & I was there an hour later. Employees, mechanics, very effecient & friendly. Great place to go.

The service is always professional, but they seem to always want to sell you new everything. They told me I needed new back tires, then once they realized they didnt have them in stock, said I could get a lot more miles out of them. The store is well kept and they work extremely fast. Expensive, but you get your moneys worth.

Have always gone here with great results. This last time I tried a different store just to have something to compare too. I need tires again. Guess where Im going. No more comparing. Shouldve never left. They are by far the best over all.Just went through the other reviews and was very surprised by them, the bad ones. It was very hard for me to believe them. I have went in for a variety of things. Always had top notch service, and very knowledgeable.Even used their service department out back. Thought Id have to turn over my first born. It ended up being something different that was way less expensive. Boy was I happy. And know what? They didnt talk down to me because I was a women and wouldnt understand. Boy that was refreshing.The sales guy, I used to buy tires for my truck, was excellent. Told him what I wanted and why. Ended up with a great deal at less than I expected to pay.

Les Schwab Tire, Paradise CA. Best tire store around, best Les Schwab team. Great front desk service, great alignment/balance, and good tire repair/install. They get it right the first time.

Told 1 to 1.5 hours for a 4 tire balance and rotate. It will probably take an hour or less.... I turned down my friend to lunch as it would only take an hour or less. 2.25 hours later, I was able to resume my day and return to work. Probably best to drop your vehicle off and get a ride. I know I will in the future.

Visited about a month ago. Expected to hear they couldnt fix my tire because the sidewall was damaged or something. Well they were able to repair it and when I went to pay, my repair was free. Great job guys.

First experience was great! But then the wife went back to get some air in her tire and was treated very rudely. Assistant manager was contacted and really didnt seem to care. We will not be giving them any more business.

Went in to have tire pressure checked on my RV. Service was (as always) friendly, efficient, and professional.

I came here twice now, right after the camp fire that devastated the community, and then again today. Im very low income and was worried about prices. I needed my tires rotated the first time and this time to remove a nail and to plug the . i asked how much these services were and both times it was a free service. This time an old guy hopped the line in front of ne, the employees didnt see it and he had a cane so i didnt say anything. Well they take my request and my keys, and i swing around to the restroom. The old guy is in the darned bathroom! So he gets done, comes out and i go in, and what do i find? The gentleman had peed, right on the floor! Les schwab is great, that fella was the bane of my morning! Anyway come here for tires, and spend a little cash. Theyre worth it.

Excellent customer service. I came in at 8 am on a Saturday and they serviced my car on the spot. Had to wait in their waiting room about 45 min but thats ok with me they did a great job quickly.

I went here for a replacement on a warrantied battery. They said the battery was bad. It wasnt. I broke down a mile away, it was my starter, not the battery....so they got me for $149. pro rate on a battery I paid $99. for.....what rip off...and they didnt secure my battery down either. Never again, you lost a customer over a battery...... and I was buying all my tires from you....not now, Its all Big O now. They fixed your mistakes for free.

The service here is not professional, they completely ruined the finish on my rim while taking an hour and a half to repair a leaking valve stem. While sending me on my way not saying a word about. only to notice the next morning what had happened. if you care about your ride, i strongly recommend not going to this facility .

I went there to have two tires and rims put together they said 30.00 dollars so I brought to them in he looked at me and said ow no those are new ( Im like so what ) you didnt say they where new ( didnt ask eather ) the price jumed up to 100.00 dollers just to mount to tires to rims and balance that all they had to do. So big 0 tires for 40.00
