I was helped by attendant, nice guy. Plus he gave me a $5 coupon, no purchase necessary. All I had to do is confirm my email and voila! Thats there you go in French.

Best customer service in town guys are very approach able and tell you good advice on products had questions about a product and he gave me his honest experience from what he has seen in the store on that product

Some of the worst customer service Ive received in the last few years from any store.

After calling the Store to see if they could and would do an Auto Diagnostic Test, and explaining the situation over the phone, I drove to the Store. I explained the problem again to the Associate, which was the same Person that I had spoken with on the phone. Apparently it took a face to face or rather Mask to Mask visit to determine that the Engine Light Diagnostic test would not work for My Issue. That Diagnostic Test apparently doesnt give information about the electrical system of the Vehicle, only Mechanical.That Disappointment set aside, Advance Still Does the Engine Light Diagnostic Test. The Associates were Friendly and the One did help Me find Fuses for my vehicle.The counter has plexiglass shields to meet the CDCs Recommendations.You can find discounts online for the Advance Auto Parts website and order online for Pickup.Nice!

Always convenient, professional and fair pricing.

Associates clearly need more training on the POS and inventory systems. There were two customer facing associates and 4 customers, including myself. All I needed was some electrical connectors. I needed no assistance, I just needed to check out. I was in the store for 35 minutes. The associates were nice.

Very helpful staff! Its good to sign up for their rewards program, too. Save more money here than most auto parts stores in the area.
