I dropped my iPhone 7 today and the screen went black. I dont have to tell you how it feels to not be able to use you cell phone. I called New Wave Wireless and explained the issue. They told me to come on over and they would take care of me. They had my phone fixed and back to me in less than an hour. Highly recommend these folks!

Paragould location is by far the worst phone store I have ever been to!! I 1st started with them, was going so well I got my mom,dad,grandfather, and my daughter to use them. We have used them for about 5 years, now 2day only one of us are still there🤬 heres a couple reasons, 4 times I had paid my bill on the day it was due so I would go pay and it took 24hrs to get service back, and thats me going there 3× in a day, all 4 times this happened, my moms phone wouldnt pick up internet after she buys a new phone set up and goes back they tell her we dont know, dad same thing, I switched my daughter when I was done .. now my grandfather got his phone bill payed up Friday for 2 months of service and now we had to go back up there because he hasnt had service all weekend, I believe we need new employees ASAP! Just a warning!!😡

I’ve been there twice to get my phone screen fixed. It was perfectly fine the first time. Went back bout a year later and my phone screen doesn’t type well. Certain spots I can’t tap sometimes. Every once in a while the letters will double up even I only press it once. It was cheap though. I don’t recommend going there to get your screen fixed.

Went to buy a phone and the salesman was extremely nice. But when it came to questions I had about the phone. They had told me it wasnt their problem. I financed the phone but paid an extra 50 dollars, thought it was going towards the financing of the phone but it didnt. It went to the store and now since the finance place owns the phone. I cant get that $50 back. Money wasted. Will not use them again.

The owners and managers of this company are absolutely rude and have a poor way of executing business and marketing strategies. The company is filled with dishonesty, seeing as how they sell fake Beats and Otterboxes. Naddia, however, is the sweetest woman and is always so helpful.This company repeatedly sells blacklisted items, so many phones they sell become unusable because they purchase them from untrusted sources, and I have purchased a couple phones here as well as accessories, so I speak from experience.They don’t understand the amount of videos they are posting is just honestly annoying. I would prefer quality over quantity.They are always out of repair parts, so I can never get what I need fixed in an even halfway timely manner. They have a poor selection in phones, and honestly one of my biggest dislikes is that they sell fake products. You can search the serial number on their beats to find this, if you don’t believe me. The otterbox warrantees do not work because they are not genuine, and they are not correctly cut to fit. I tried to purchase beats, an otterbox, and tried to have an iPhone 6 camera fixed here, all to run in to my previously listed issues.The store is not clean, and the employees leave a rude environment when I am in there.I will definitely, never, ever be back, and I will tell everyone I know to absolutely avoid any New Wave Wireless store. As a consumer, I am appalled.

They lie to you and tell you one thing to sell the phone and then when you go to get the problem fixed they tell you its not there problem anymore its someone elses. Will not go back or recommend them to anyone.

We started out at the Paragould new wave and got quoted $200. Went around to other places to make sure that was the best offer and didnt find a better one so we went to the one in Jonesboro to get the $200, and they said they could only give $180 then called the Paragould store that said they didnt tell us $200. Brandon at the Jonesboro store was very rude about it and wouldnt help us when we came back in.
