Experience was great! Tiffany helped get us a new phone the first day and was amazing! She was working by herself and handled the mad rush like a pro! Phone malfunction that night so we came in the next day and Hannah helped us solve the issue flawlessly! Two wonderful people and perfect customer service. Couldn’t ask for better specially with being out from out of town.

If your thinking of a jetpack forget about it.They stay charged an hour once unplugged if your lucky. On our 2nd one and the battery swelled the first 2 days which results in the back not staying on and the battery falling out and if you connect more than 3 devices (kids tablets) forget about it lags everything . currently replacing our 2nd one .whats worse than that is if you call the store you will call 8 times before someone picks up if you come in store they recommend you drive 25 min up the. Road to Jonesboro to replace it if they let you which is odd because we didnt buy it up the road we. Brought ot here ???

Very nice clerks! Went in to get a new sim card and set up a phone on my account. They did it quickly and professionally.

I purchased a $1000.00 phone, 2 tablets, a Hum device and a watch from this place almost 2 years ago, have had nothing but trouble from this store every time I have needed assistance. If you call this store or even go in to the store all they ever tell you is to call customer service! I didnt buy these items from customer service, I bought them from the store! If the employees in that store cant do the job they are being paid to do, then get them out of there and get some in there that does! Also if you say anything about them doing their job, they hang up on you and then refuse to answer the phone if you call back. I was hung up on almost an hour ago and now cant get an answer to my calls and the employees name that hung up on me is Kimberly!

Tiffany was a great help in getting me what I needed, i was in and out in no time, thank you for having dependable people on staff to take care of the customers.

I was told I would get a $200 discount on my phone after the purchase I found out they gave me the promotion a day early. So I got no deal and paid full retail price. All I got was ignored from them

Dont do any good to have insurance on a phone own less then months. They are still going to charge half the cost of the phone. I have had insurance with them for over 15 years. For what?

They will sell you a phone, but no one knows how to repair it. They couldnt do a battery replacement or repair the screen on my Moto z Droid.

Russell cellular doesnt tell you up front, but their store policy requires you to buy $160 worth of accessories from them just to upgrade your phone in store! Even though its your plan and youve earned the right to upgrade your line, they try and convince you that you have to buy their accessories or you cant upgrade! What a crock! When I confronted him about if this was a store policy or a Verizon policy I found out that it is just this location and I can go to a larger retail store and avoid being force fed a phone case and charger that I dont even want to buy!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST! TOTAL SCAM JOB THESE GUYS ARE PULLING! I wish I knew who owned the business so I could have a nice heart to heart with them directly!

I took out a hotspot with Verizon at Russell cellular 14 months ago. I took my ellipsis into have it checked because it is swelling and will not connect to any of my devices. I was told they had never seen this happen before and the only option I had was to pay a cancellation fee of $140 or I could buy a tablet that had it own hotspot with it and pay $20 more a month I could use it instead. I think this is not a very logical solution. I would not recommend Verizon to my worst enemy.
