Theyre a small friendly store and always greet you as you enter to shop(My Husband bought a loaf of bread yesterday$2.25 I started a sandwich today but luckily I wasnt quite done with meat. Its Molding thank goodness I didnt put it in my mouth. Seems that Wonder Bread has a Driver that leaves his Bread racks in his truck outta date so he (the driver) doesnt have to mess with restocking after or before his runs. I hope the Manager of Dollar General lets the (Drivers Supervisor) know what hes doing and done😳😳😳 I have to walk there has been several times Ive called for information on a product and other things. I CAN NEVER REACH AN ASSOCIATE!!!! WHY

Its a nice small town grocery store has alot of odds and ends, the employees seem well rounded with some hints of irritability but its understandable and it just comes with work

Great store and a great group of employees they have been friendly and helpful. This store is much cleaner than the last time I was here which was over a year ago. Glad to see the management they have now is always working and understands it’s hard times and they are still smiling. Dollar General is one of my favorite stores to shop at in regards to prices but the shelves in the stores are a bit crowded. The aisles are also tiny vs. other stores.

Store was really clean . Cashier was friendly and helpful. She cant count change good.

Staff was friendly and helpful especially the manager. The store was very clean and organized everything was laid out and easy to find. Keep up the amazing work.

It has a long history of blocking the isles with giant carts of freight. They put out seasonal items then park the carts in front if them so they wont have so much clean up. The last few visits they had carts parked on each end of about every isle. Its bad enough that the isles in this store are already pretty narrow. Use to, you couldnt find one cart to put your things in. You had to use a hand basket or your own arms (limiting how many things you could buy). Now, they have plenty of carts but you cant push one through the store anywhere. Its as if the employees really dont want me there. Im in the way if them putting up stock. This place is also cluttered and messy all the time. But without fail, Im certain Ill be going there sometime today. Its a store thats in a great location. Its a shame that the company doesnt invest some good money in their employees and in giving this store the upgrade it deserves. Im just waiting for this location to close.

The last time I went in there the employees were rude and un helpful! Plus there was a bunch of stuff blocking half the aisles.

If you need it badly, cheaply, or both, this will serve your needs. Dont expect to be showered with gratitude or customer appreciation, or even service though. And make sure to walk single file if youre with anyone because the aisles are supremely narrow and the place is absolutely cluttered with overstock just on the floor. The building is also pretty old and is showing EVERY day of its age due to a lack of anything but the most necessary upkeep. But in fairness its never actually dirty or anything like that just the building is very aesthetically neglected.

Love the Dollar General chain of stores, but this particular one leaves a lot to be desired. It was messy & unclean.

You can find what you need.

Great people and great deals. Make sure and use the App and shop on Saturdays. You will automatically save 5 dollars on any 25 dollar purchase just by using the coupon inside the app. There are also many other savings in the app, and in a few minutes while doing my shopping I can generally save 10 to 30 dollars more using in App coupons.

The store is a total mess!! Not just a little bit. Stock is always not put away!! Employees on there personal phones while tending to the check out! So people walking out the doors with out paying for items! Because the lines of people waiting is not a good way of doing business!!

Fair prices, decent service, but there is always an item Im looking for that isnt available. For this reason I gave a 3 star rating.

I would love to be able to give 5 stars since Im here every day, unfortunately though, its because they always run out of everything (milk, coffee, soda, etc.) most of the workers are nice and helpful but whoever orders stock needs to pay more attention to what people buy and order accordingly.

This is an older store conveniently located downtown. The aisles are always crowded with stock and extremely difficult to manuver. Be nice if they would clean the parking lot once in awhile.

Its down from my house and its just convenient to shop at the prices are good. Its like shopping there.

Its a great crew there they take care of their customers and show patience.

This Dollar General on Main Street is the worst one of all of them in Paragould! They only have one cashier working the register most of the time. They should keep two registers open because Ive seen it get awfully busy at times. They also had no carts left and I had to carry a 24 pack of bottled water in my arms and wait in line. I only give it 2 stars because I do like the prices on some of the food they sell.

Its usually a quick place to shop but its crowded and if they are stocking you cant get down that isle

Most cashiers act miserable. They must be short handed. Shelves still not stocked with needed supplies. No cash back on Debit cards.

Quick and easy to get in and out. They have a fair selection of food, household supplies, pet needs. beauty, health items and variety of other items. Staff is always friendly & helpful.

This is probably the worst Dollar General in Paragould. I only go here because its closer to my house. Normally always have what I need to get, but Ive stood at the register for 30 minutes waiting to be checked out..not a single worker in sight....I had to go find someone, which took another fifteen minutes...and everytime I ask if they need help, the say they arent hiring...well then have an employee upfront!

As you would know its just like any other Dollar General but they are they have just about everything that you would want and the service there on Main Street is very very good never had a bad experience there

Its convenient and close by and cheap I know where everything is!

Get in and out pretty quick, if you want basic stuff.

Could be a quick faster, with only one register open during the busiest time of the day, can be irritating.

Shop here often when I need something quick and dont want or need to drive to WM. The only complaint I have is management in the past has spent more time arguing on the phone with her partner than doing her job. This made the other employees have to do extra work. This did not make a good shopping experience. Other than this, the store is usually clean and the general staff helpful. Prices can vary and some things are expensive compared to Wal-Mart and other dollar stores, but things like detergent and home cleaning products are priced fairly. Its best to get only what you really need here because you will likely get things cheaper elsewhere. Milk, eggs,bread,cheese,and frozen items are far more expensive than they are in grocery stores.

Since the new manager was brought in it is really starting to be a nicer cleaner store but they never call another cashier to help when there is a line

That store on main is so messy. I prefer the one on Reynolds Rd.

THEY HAVE BETTER STORE BRAND PRODUCTS ( DG BRAND ) MOST OF THE PRODUCTS ARE OF A GOOD QUALITY AND MY LAUNDRY SUPPLY ITEMS ARE CHEAP WHEN THE HAVE THEM IN STOCK (THEY FAIL TO KEEP ENOUGH ITEMS IN STOCK. ITS AGRAVATING TO GO, THEN FIND OUT A LOT OF THE THINGS ON MY LIST ARE NOT IN STOCK. SOMETIMES ITS SEVERAL WEEKS IVE WENT BEFORE THEIR BACK IN STOCK. THEY LACK IN CONSISTENTCY
