I was excited for getting my babygirl her first bracelet and when I got there was a worker with blu dreadlocks who had attitude and didn’t look like she wanted to be there or help out whatsoever. Definitely need kinder workers with positive energy

Please beware of Piercing Pagodas tactics. This happened to me 3 times before I became aware of what was going on. They add a 1 year warranty to all receipts without asking and make the statement dont forget, you have a 1 year warranty to come back with this item if you ever need to. It is robbery and it is the way they do business. I have been a victim 3 times in New Jersey at 2 different locations (willowbrook and garden state), many years apart. Thank god I finally realized and now I would like to make sure everyone is aware. Review your receipt!

Absolute worst customer service we have ever received. Made three attempts to come here within one day - all of which we patiently waited out turn however on the third attempt finally got approached by an employee and rudely ignored as they turned to help someone who just approached the stand. This was the stand by the Disney store

Unacceptable customer service, and inattentive to clients needs..would not pull out tray of jewelry as if we would steal it when we were there to make a purchase and did against our wishes because she made us feel like we rwere disturbing her and making her have to work on her job while she gets paid...we will not return for that kind of rejection retrain your employees or hire someone that wants a job and cares to work
