Terrible customer service. I ordered an IPhone 12 plus. They said I will be getting it in a week, maximum 2 weeks. I was checking every week but instead of getting help. They use to laugh and keep transferring me to fake managers to talk. I called my credit card more han a month later and I cancelled the order. DON’T go there. Go to a real Sprint store. There is one in Garden State Plaza. This store was a disgrace to be called Sprint.

Went to the T-mobile by the Amc Movie Theaters and I have to say these representatives are very attentive knowledgeable and patient, after going to so many T-mobile stores because my phone was not working properly and all they kept telling me was to upgrade my device, which I didnt want to because my device was fairly new and they just wouldnt help me if I wasnt going to upgrade. So with no help to my frustration I went to the Mall and decided to stop by this T-mobile store where Ricky and the other reps there asked me great questions about my device, switched my sim card out and the phone is working properly again. I was so happy that I could finally receive and make calls again after dealing with this for a couple of months that I decided to get them all Lunch. Def worth coming to this store for your service needs! Thanks again amazing job

Went to the sprint store for a screen protector, Avery was very helpful and applied my screen protecter perfectly! No bubbles! I was in and out within 10 minutes and she was super sweet and helpful! Definately returning to this location for my phone accessories in the future!
