I dont know whos writing these 5-star reviews but this location definitely does not deserve it. I was told of a monthly payment while in store as I purchased a number of devices, to find out in a few days that it would be 20% more than what was promised. I feel deeply offended that a deception of this kind would be done so brazenly and it makes me wonder how many people end up resigning to their fate and paying the monthly bill that is significantly above whats promised. On their website, the trade in value offered for my (mint condition) phone was $830. It turns out they applied $177. This experience brought back memories of dealing with dishonest sales people at car dealers. I will not be going back to this store and if Im unable to resolve the problem with T-Mobile Corporate, I will make sure that everyone I know stays away from T-Mobile for employing people who see no problem deceiving customers.

Came into the store thinking I wanted to purchase one phone and left out purchasing two others and a tablet. I credit my purchases to my knowledgeable sales person Bryan. He was so patient, honest and knowledgeable with all of the products. I felt like I was getting the best deals available. He did not try to upsell me on anything. It was as if he was genuinely making sure I was covered. Best customer service| I am always going to look for Bryan when searching for any of my phone needs.

Fantastic place to go get a new plan. Customer Service is great. Talk to Sylvia, she is friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, she knows how to save you money with the best possible options available.

Seriously never had a worse customer service than this,I went to set up my iPhone and they told me I can do it myself at home, my phone end up getting disabled.

I went to that store today to buy andAirpod and i son i get into the store they called me swindler for no reason just because they want to and they are very rude and racist. Please save some time and don’t go in there

We visited this t mobile store to get a new iPhone. Staff was very friendly at the store. He shared all the details and gave us to review and make a decision. Gave details of all appropriate costs and the details of return policy. The entire transaction was quick and easy.

Great service. Employees are very nice. If you go and try to set up a phone plan for yourself or your family, definitely talk to James Martinez. Hes a really cool guy.

I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and it was great! I was helped by an employee named Julio who was just easy to talk to and explained everything to me without using technical words and it all made perfect sense. If you can, I would suggest Julio or John, the manager.

They gave fast service, very knowledgeable about products and mainly great customer service! This is my favorite T-Mobile store, whenever I have an issue they solve it without a hassle.

John, the store manager, was very helpful in transferring us from an AT&t family plan to a Tmobile one. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got us running on Tmobile despite having 8 At&t phones to transfer.

This store offers 0% customer service. Carlos is ill mannered and tells you to call customer service every chance he gets. I had an awful experience here... He couldnt tell me why my bill went up $20.00.
