Customer service has taken a serious DECLINE! Fist let me say that the level of incompetence from Lawrence was astonishing! He doesnt know how to use his log in credentials to use the system to look up a customers account! I mean thats just beyond basic! Well Lawrence couldnt sign in, after multiple attempts he was locked out of his account! ( shouldnt he know not to continue trying a password if it doesnt work the first two times!) He finally gets into my account using another employees credentials, then tells me he doesnt know why I am being charged a fee to upgrade! He didnt try to find the answer either. He judt said he didnt know, then kept saying the time out like, 7:45...they close at 8! (I walked in at 8:10 but spent the rest of the time for him to figure out how to log in) all in all I left without upgraded and called sprint customer service and they explained everything for me and even upgraded me! Clearly Lawrence had zero clue on how to work at this establishment and waisted my time! Just horrible customer service...oh and the girl employee was facetiming one of her friends and loudly complaining about her girlfriend and how she says she loves her but doesnt act like it and all this drama IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE! smh just HORRIBLE!
One year after being a Sprint customer and paying $700.00 plus for Sprint Complete. I am out another $400.00. Sprint Complete is a complete mess, complete disaster and complete waste of money. I was told at the Apple store that they dont honor Sprint Complete and that my daughters broken screen was not covered by the money I had paid Sprint over the past year. Are you kidding? I could have paid for Apple Care for less money and have no concerns. When I went to the store to complain Luis the store manager tells his assistant that he is on a conference call and cant talk to me. Its happened before that even after being in the store for 40 minutes, Luis is still on a conference call. When they check the computer on the fact that Ive paid $700.00 plus for Sprint Complete over the passed year, they say, No you dont have Apple Care. So what does all the money Ive paid cover. They didnt answer. Im sorry they said.I demand a refund. Think of paying car insurance for a year and when you are a victim of a hit and run, your insurance company which you paid thousands too doesnt cover your repairs. Sprint is a joke. Luis and his staff at the 231 Route 4 store are a joke offering services they cant and dont support or back up. Dont get Sprint/T-mobile and dont go the this store. Dont ask for Luis because hell probably be on another conference call.
I’ll start by saying Sprint as an entity does not get five stars. but at this store the person helping us was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. Mya explained a lot of info and expressed genuine + fabulous customer service today and I left the store feeling confident that I finally understand the terms of my plan.
If you go to this Sprint store, ask for Lawrence. He is professional and very helpful. I’ve been to this location a few times and each time the workers seemed rude. This is the first time I had a great experience. Thank you Lawrence for your help!

I went to upgrade my phone and cancel my tablet line that i no longer needed even added a new phone line to my plan and come to find out the line was never properly canceled so i just paid 6 months for a line i no longer even had the device for. GOOD JOB SPRINT STORE if i wanted to give free money away i would of found a better place to do so. Now nobody can help me because he did not even bother to notate my account about the cancellation there goes my money.
I walked right up to them and stated that I need a SIM card for my phone. They proceeded to tell me that they do not have SIM cards which I knew was a lie. I didnt want to fight with him but what unprofessionalism; and for what? What did the associate gain out of lying to me?
I wish I could give 0 stars. Was there for an hour and still wasn’t waited on. The employees are more interested in talking to each other rather than helping the customers. Absolutely horrible go to a different sprint.
Went in for a upgrade for my daughter phone asked before over the phone for a light green iPhone 11 was told they have them. Showed up in 30 min When I get there they don’t so we get a different color then we find out they never installed a SIM card in the phone. Very Unprofessional was in the store over 2 hr how do u not activate a phone for the customer

Monica was the lead salesperson and made the entire experience very pleasant. and efficient. I had a few technical snags setting up my phone and she called the Cavalry to help. I went into this store thinking I might have a bad experience because of some of the reviews on here. Im glad I still went though because everyone was nice, helpful, honest, and patient. I know I must have driven them crazy with my questions and being indecisive (especially Cihan) but they never let it show. I would definitely go back.
They will happily set you up with a new phone in 2 min, but if you need to cancel beware. 1st visit, no manager. 2nd visit, computers are down. On hold for well over 20 min. On 2 separate occasions.
This store has the best customer service by far. Alex, the store manager, was GREAT. He explained my best options for an upgrade, answered all my questions regarding each phone and even helped me set up my new phone.
Was able to take care of my new SIM card after waiting for about 30 minutes. Helpful staff. Wish it was this good at the linden nj branch
John and Hector provided me with great customer service!!! I prefer this location over the sprint store in the Bergen Town Center. This store is always stocked, and much friendly sales personnel.

This store got some stupid people working there. I do not recommend going here... my mother wanted to return her phone and when she got there they told her it’s a nation system wide computer problem meanwhile yesterday I returned my phone at another corporate sprint store and there was no problem. WHATEVER YOU DO, do not go to JOHN. He clearly has no idea what he is talking about and should not be working there.

Absolutely rude, told me I couldnt open a line under my joined account, then I went to another corp store and was able to do it in 10 minutes. I guess I looked really young so they assumed I was like 16. I asked the guy at the rt 4 store why they couldnt do it and he said just because, not once looked up my account information nothing.Months later I decided to give them a try and go back to the store to replace one of my chargers. I walked in and not one person greeted me, said hello or even looked my way. I was so angry but still remained calm. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting and still no one even looked my way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I left and slammed the door. I was about to pull off and then I realized I needed to say something to them because the way they treated me was so rude !!!! So I went inside went up an associate and explained to them how rude it was and also explained to them that I own two businesses I know how a customer should be greeted. He rolled his eyes and mocked me and it literally look everything out of me not to sware and really go off. I remained calm and went to the next store by the Bergen mall and they was so welcoming, I was greeted at the door even when the associates were busy. Just a hello, welcome to sprint, I will be with you shortly will changed my whole attitude !!!In conclusion, this location is very rude and do not go unless you are prepared to walk out with an attitude

I recently visited this location to return my device after speaking to a customer representitive over the phone and confirming I can do so at this location due to it being a corparate store . I also called the location before I drove there. I get to the location and a gentleman assisted me, in the process of the entire transaction he was not knowledgable of the job. The manager DERANYS TORRES interviened and reprimanded him in front of me and other customers to the point where a customer stated he was going to walk out. She then yelled to him telling him did I not tell you last week we cannot return a phone until its discconnected come to the back I need to talk to you. Within the whole process me and other customers are left alone while she is scolding him in the back room. I myself run a store and will never act this way in front of customers. After being at this location for more then two hours too simply return my phone after being a loyal customer never late since 2013 the service I received was unexceptable. To make matters worst I got charged twice for the same matter and due to their system crashing I had to pay for something twice even tho I showed her my bank app how is pending and her lack of customer service did not acknowledge the situation, she was only worried about her store being flagged for a phone being returned connected after the customer service rep on the phone told the gentleman he can do so. She inconvienience me and my time, I have never experience such a situation. Employees here need to be retrained and put customer service first. I will never recommend Sprint to anyone.
Used to have terrible customer service. Then, they were great. One occasion a rep could not be bothered to stop checking her texts/tweets to finish the job SHE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF and wiped out my contacts. going back today, so we will see how they are now. Frustrated! Visited various stores to purchase a phone. Was advised to visited a corp store bc they had no experience with retail. After taking all our info and we explained at the corp that it was s purchase and not lease the clerk stated that did not had any of the interested phones available. We left empty handed!😡

Awful, don’t even bother.I ordered an apple watch 3 in October and John didnt ask me to confirm my address (my bills go to my current address) so they sent out the watch to my old address from 5+ years ago. When i called the same day to ask about my shipping email stating this, i was told the watch wasnt being shipped to a home but it would be sent to the store and i would get a call to pick it up. 2 months go by (with me calling to ask about my watch) and im told i had already received it. By march im credited for the watch. They don’t call you back even though they promise they will. Company doesnt tell you that credit is used for every device you have in that same bill, instead of removing it from your bill. Now June 24 i want to disconnect my line with this company and can’t because i still have a balance for a Watch i Never got. Been with sprint since 2011, will never go back. This location gave me the worst experience for so many months.Tip to customers - Always have them read back to you the address and information, also ask for receipts and keep them for a year just incase.
Worst experience. Horrible customer service. When making sales, they were nice. But with issues raised, I had 2 visit, both were not so friendly and handling situations not so professionally.
I would never recommend this store or sprint worst experience worst decision I ever made was leaving Verizon and going to sprint customer service in the store is horrible they lie they don’t pay your last bill from your last provider you don’t receive the phones at the price if they tell you and you don’t receive service in most of Paramus my phone often don’t work in the area at Paramus this was the worst experience I am definitely going back to Verizon I was stuck with a $700 bill from Verizon because they never shut off my service properly highly recommend stay away from Sprint and stay away from this sprint store on route 4

I use this Store the most. I deal with the corporate store because I can pay my bills there without being charged a fee. Overall service is pretty good sometimes you get a jerk, but overall service is pretty good. I was using Sprints Hotspot for my internet service for a few years, recently over the last year I found the speed of their internet to be very poor, and they put limitations on it,: 5 gigabytes for $49 a month, I dare not watch a Netflix show, I would end up getting charged through the nose . I complained in the store and over the phone for over a year finally I just gave up and switched to Clear Internet, which provided me with unlimited service & pretty good speeds for $49 a month. Netflix not a problem at all.:-):-)
It takes 45 minutes to get helped each time you are in this store. Sprint Service is in the area is even worse. We lost calls in our house in River Edge and at work in Paramus. Wouldnt even try Sprint service as it took me 3 hours with customer service to get rid of Sprint. I eventually had to have charges removed by my credit card service because of Sprints ineptitude.

I went to get my phone checked out for it not responding to answer and disconnecting calls. On top of it, the phone was getting to an ridiculously high heat index. The manager took my phone and said that the tech team was going to open it up. Funny thing is, they never looked at the phone because it was in the exact same state as when I brought it in. Nothing was reformatted, etc. Then they never even told me it was finished so I spent an extra 15 minutes waiting for nothing. Since this was the 4th time complaining, they figured let the b!tch wait and think we are looking at it and just get her a replacement.And I agree! A smile once in a while wouldn hurt. Only thing I can think of is that their jobs suck as much as their service.
