Decent selection of shoes; prices are fine. Service is meh, I wish some of the employees would take more time to ensure customers’ orders are made correctly and verify the shipping addresses. Sometimes they rush or don’t confirm with the customer and this causes mistakes in pricing and shipping to the wrong location. I had this issue buying shoes from Kevin, and it was an unpleasant experience making the final purchase from Emily F. at the register. I was in a bit of a rush to get to a prior commitment, and was expecting to select the shoes I wanted, purchase for shipping, and leave rather quickly. I was held up in the store 30 minutes more than needed due to their inability and incompetence in handling the matter. Instead of refunding my credit card, they attempted to place the money on a store gift card and claimed they “lost the transaction” because it wasn’t placed on the gift card correctly. Much easier to buy online NOT at this store because you have control over inputting the correct information.

Vincent Joyce the worst employee champs has ever hired. He is very disrespectful unprofessional and very rude. I tried using my VIP coupon that’s $20.00 off on a purchase he turns around and accuses me of stealing and free loading from the store in front of all the other customers and employee. This isn’t my first time going to that location on my VIP states I have spent over $3,200 alone this year I shop for my entire family from champs and for me to be treated this poorly and accused of stealing is unbelieve once I confronted him showing that I have earned this $20.00 coupon he goes complain on me to champs then so they can terminate your account completely. He thinks Because he works there that he can bully me well guess what Vincent I’m not the one
