I purchased a home that had Kitchen Magic refacing on the original cabinets. Many of the commonly used doors (under sink door, utensils draw, etc.) are peeling off from normal use. I called the company and turns out the lifetime warranty is void when transferring to a new home owner. Im not expecting something for free, happy to pay labor for a product thats supposed to last, but after speaking with the rep and inspecting the product myself its clear this is simply a POOR QUALITY product meant entirely for cosmetic real estate pictures and to look good during real estate walk-throughs but NOT BUILT TO LAST... its putting lipstick on a pig. If that wasnt the case, their warranty conditions wouldnt be as such.
Had a lady come to my house October 2019. I just purchased my home in August 2019 and was doing the renovations, as she walk through the door and went in our kitchen her thoughts were, this is a big kitchen and I dont think you will be able to afford our cabinets because we only make high end quality products. My husband looked at me and we just asked to please leave. I am thinking maybe its because we are a black couple she judged us without even taking measurements. We went to Express Kitchen and gave them our business.
Lifetime warranty isnt really lifetime. Poor quality product, a temporary solution. Their website promises permanent, but thats not the case. Ive emailed them a couple times with pictures of the damaged product to see what kind of agreement we can come to, no response.
