Great service with quality products at the right price. Our My House representative, Ceren was patient and provided great advise on the design. In addition, I needed to return a couple of doors due to manufacturing defects. Ceren supported us and worked with the company. Within 2-3 days I had replacement doors. At no additional cost to me.

We had a wonderful experience at My House Kitchen. We ended up doing a full kitchen renovation with an island on a pretty tight budget and Ceren guided us to the perfect high quality cabinets and created an amazing kitchen design. We could not be happier. We also had My House Kitchen install the cabinets and their installer was great. I will go to them again for bathroom cabinets when we are ready to tackle that project!

The most horrible experience ever. Save your time and don’t go to this store. The lady at the store has such a bad attitude. You almost know right away she either hates her job or she doesn’t care about customers. Very poor customer service. Thank goodness we didn’t go ahead with them. Redoing a kitchen is no small job and having an additional headache from a designer like this can be a nightmare.

Our contractor recommended us to select the cabinets from My House Kitchen at Paramus NJ. When we came there, we were greeted by Ceren who showed and explained to us everything about the cabinets, countertops and flooring as well as about the cost.She professionally designed our new kitchen and then the same day she was able to come to our house and to measure our kitchen. Two days later our kitchen plan was finalized and we ordered our cabinets.All process was very easy, well explained and done professionally. Ceren was excellent! I am very grateful for her service. This is the first time I have ever posted a review!After visiting several different kitchen places, a contractor friend recommended My House Kitchen in Paramus on Rt 17 North.I went in and received a friendly greeting from Cihan, who quickly made me feel that I was finally in the right place. Cihan helped me design my dream kitchen and suggested cabinets that fit within my budget. The cabinets were ordered, they arrived on time, and Gabriel and his crew took over the installation. Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable and is a master at his craft. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up everything as they moved along. The installation took about one and a half days (kitchen and butler pantry) at which point Cihan came over to verify that everything was done to my satisfaction.It took me a while to choose the correct countertop and backsplash tile, but again it was Cihans suggestions that guided me in the right direction.The backsplash was tiled by Osman and Baris who did an extremely perfect job! All of the crew throughout the process were polite, well-mannered, and very neat workers. I cannot say enough good things about my whole experience at My House Kitchen, and I recommend you just go there, and save yourself all the running around that I did.I would give My House Kitchen 10 stars, but only 5 were available.I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY KITCHEN!!!

Okan provided us amazing service. They worked very well with us starting from the design, order, schedule, delivery, installation to the completion. There were couple of changes we requested and they did not hesitate even once and got us what we needed without any hassle. They have good range of selection to choose from and the customer services is definitely excellent. I would recommend them for Kitchen remodeling.

Working with Cihan was an amazing experience that we would highly recommend to anyone doing their kitchen. He was more than patient, helpful, friendly, solutions oriented and bottom line we never felt any sort of sales pressure. He followed up when we had questions. We started the process by going to Home Depot, Lowes and a few other custom kitchen cabinet places all over Bergen County but Cihan was the easiest and best vendor to work with. We started the process in July 2020 and it took us until October to finalize the designs. At no point in time did Cihan ever say that we had run out of revisions or that we needed to put down a deposit or place the order. He trusted that spending all the time with us would result in an order and we did. We ended up using his Quartz supplier and installer as well because we trusted his recommendation and that was a good decision too. We put in waterfall sides to the island and it turned out beautifully. We actually wish we had used his cabinet installer but we already had a general contractor. In the future if we ever do another kitchen, Cihan at My House Kitchen will be our first stop. We cant believe how lucky we were to find this gem! Finally, now that we moved in to the house and have been using the kitchen, we went back to Cihan with a few questions. He immediately offered to send his guy to take a look and adjust anything we were unhappy with. Talk about amazing customer service! We cant say enough good things about Cihan!

Best customer service I have ever received, they will get all my future business in Paramus area. I worked with Avren he was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and responsive. We had countertop and backsplash done. From day 1 to measurement and installation were all phenomenal. Measurement guy did fantastic job as well, our previous countertop was uneven but he did great measurement job made our countertop level. Backsplash installer is also very professional, he covered all area to make sure minimal clean after the job, his detail is made to perfection for our backsplash. If you are looking for replacing kitchen countertop, backsplash, work with them I promise you won’t regret. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

My House Kitchen, Bath & Tile, have a great selection of cabinets. I love my kitchen, it’s really high quality cabinets. I worked with Evren, he was amazing! He designed my kitchen and is very talented, has a great eye for detail, just all around nice person to work with. I purchased the pale grey kitchen displayed in the front window and it’s looks identical to their display. I’m so pleased and would highly recommend checking it out.

Our kitchen has been finished now for over a month so this review is over due. We started the process back in June when we stopped in the store and started working with Cihan to pick out cabinets/countertops. He was super helpful and listened to our requests on what we were interested in. We were so pleased with the service and price we ordered the cabinets and countertops within a few days. In the beginning I had a few questions and concerns on the design layout when Cihan came to measure but he was quick to make adjustments to come back to our house a second time to help make a few adjustments. We waited a couple months for the delivery due to a special finish request for our peninsula. Cihan was up front with the timing and delivery date was exactly the week he projected it to be which made planning ahead with our contractor very easy. We had a few minor issues with a couple of the drawer finishes and realized we were missing a couple trim pieces but Cihan was quick to adjust and always answered my texts/requests right away no matter what time of day. Cihan was a true pleasure to work with and made the whole process from beginning to end absolutely seamless. Our kitchen turned out beautiful and we receive compliments all the time. I had such an amazing experience with My House. My husband and I redid our kitchen right when COVID hit the US. We purchased the Fabuwood white shaker cabinets, and we absolutely love them in our new kitchen! One cabinet door came with a crack on it, and My House replaced it right away for us! I had shopped around with a few different companies to purchase new kitchen cabinets and ultimately went with My House Kitchen. Im so glad that I did because from start to finish and even after installation theyve been amazing. We started looking for cabinets and stumbled upon My House by accident. Selection was great and prices for new cabinets were comparable to getting existing kitchen refinished. We also saved a significant amount on our quartz counter top as we shopped around for that too. Installation was on time and the installers were top notch.
