I received these cupcakes as a gift and they were shipped from NJ all the way to Pacific North West. I was blown away by how delicious they were especially after shipping that far, but they were SO GOOD! I will definitely be ordering from this company in the future and telling all my friends how great they are! If I was on the East Coast I would love to visit an in person store after reading the other reviews. GOOD FOR THIS COMPANY requiring masks! Its simple and it keeps their employees and customers safe and that is something I greatly value in a company/brand. Thank you Baked by Melissa for delicious food and for doing your part to try to make the world safe for everyone!

The bad reviews are ridiculous, people who dont like to follow rules and have nothing better to do than complain selfishly. These cupcakes are little pieces of heaven! highly recommended

Pathetic place of business! With a 99.9% survival rate the lame excuse of man told me I needed to wear a mask to buy cupcakes meanwhile everyone is walking around with no mask ! Shame on this business I will never purchase anything from you again!

The guy at the kiosk was nasty and said I must wear a mask to order. The mask mandate is longer over, it is June 24 2021. Shame on you Melissa. You must set your priorities straight. Also, GF was sold out and it was 10 a.m - which the time the mall opens.

I have fallen in love with these mini cupcakes sugar cookie being my ultimate favorite!I sent some feedback via e mail & these guys were on it.... They hit me back very quick which meant alot & shows she cares about her customers! My girlfriend bought these home & at first i wasnt impressed because she loves sweets but i must tell Im definitely gaining a few extra pounds behind these delicious cupcakes. Thanks Melissa

The vegan cupcakes were good and the staff seems to be nice. Wont get them often as they are expensive.

Those little cupcakes and macrons look cute,I do visit them every time I Go to GSP. Customer service can improve little more.

I really like their macaroons. Its not super sweet and the the cookie part is chewy just as how I like it!
