Always go here for my Jarro probiotics. Neat and clean. Staff is always esger to assist. Easy in, but constant westbound traffic on rt 4 makes it tough to exit. TIP; Park in mall lot on Harmon side and exit onto rt 4 from Spring Valley is much safer.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will be back for sure.

Thank you Nick for guiding me to an awesome protein powder! It was his 3rd day. He was very helpful. I chose the Gold Standard chocolate peanut butter and my fiancé and I like it a lot! The prices are very reasonable, too!

I get my protein and pre-workout from here and they have a huge variety to choose from. The employees are knowledgeable in the products they sell. Overall great customer service.

The products they sell under their own name are inferior products in my opinion, I bought two bottles and found that neither one was the same quality as before, as I have been using the same product for some time now and can detect the difference. I brought their product in for an exchange for a different batch, but they recited a 30 day policy in which I was a month over....They dont stand behind their own product and lost a customer, they didnt seem to care looking at my account, but they didnt account for my wifes purchases.... why not exchange an inferior product and keep a customer buying from you???? Businesses need to realize that they are not monopolies...people have choices....

One stop shopping for vitamins for myself, hubby and the kids. We picked up 3 kinds of dairy free protein powder and the person at the store was right, my hubby loved the Orgain peanut butter. Love, love the Vitamin Shoppe!!

Was assisted in many purchases over time and I really like this vitamin shoppe. Each time help was needed the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very attentive and the store is kept in great condition.

My mother went in to get a product for me while I was at work, the website said this location had 3 in stock. The woman working was rude and unhelpful, I gave my mother the name of the product and what section it should be in. The woman did not attempt to assist my mother, didnt try to look up the product or anything. We frequent this location often, but it looks like we may have to take our business elsewhere.

A very comprehensive collection of supplements. Not always at the best prices. The points system is worse than the old one. In general, its hard to separate the snake oil from the science (no reflection on Vitamin Shoppe itself, just MO). Stay away from the homeopathic junk, its pure voodoo. Word of warning: really hard to get back onto Rt. 4 from this store.

A lot of the products are junk, but they have the good stuff here if you do your homework on supplements and know what you need. Staff is friendly here but will sometimes sell you too hard. Walk in there knowing what you need.

The next time a customer arrives slightly past closing, employees should at least make an attempt at acting like human beings and communicating with the clients (who will no longer be purchasing from this location and recommending all acquaintances to find your products somewhere else) that the store had just closed 4 mins ago instead of making a sudden hellish dash to the door (thats made of glass btw, so yeah, we saw you) to make sure the door was locked and after being assured it was, turning around and walking away nonchalantly as if potential clients werent right there watching him. As a gold member of this shop I buy a lot of supplements from this location and last purchase I had issue with pre workout creatine and bcaa. I went back to get replacement since it was bad product they did not want to take it back also they suggested me to consume it even tho it was dislocated and all crumbled up. I did not want to Waist my time with them I left the place but I will never return here and will not recommend anyone to even go.
