The basic premise for my review is that the shop failed to followup with me in the time frame they stated prompting me to perform the part replacement myself. When I spoke with the mechanic letting him know this and initiating an additional issue for his attention, he became angry and defensive telling me that I could replace that part myself too. Upon taking my vehicle to two other shops for what he stated the additional issues would require, I was given different advise on what was needed. Being a small business owner myself, I never wish to speak badly of another business, especially a new start up. However, this business acted in such an unprofessional and quite frankly childish way that I felt this review was needed for others to consider. Rather than trying to salvage a potential business relationship and take on a different possible repair, the guy chose to throw a tantrum because things did not go the way he wanted. He apparently also chose to ignore the fact I made the repair myself due to his failure to followup as he stated he would. For the sake of his business, I hope that this guy will change how he interacts with potential customers and at least crack a smile sometime within the visit of the customer and not act in a manner that looks like a perpetual state of anger and unapproachableness.7/7/2018Wow, it just is not worth the effort to explain just how manufactured the response is, and in no way is factually representative of the actual events.
