Mark took my car in after it sat on Paul Greens lot for 3 weeks untouched. He diagnosed the problem in 3 days and fixed it. He found another problem with my turbocharger. I bought the part and says that he will fix it Monday. Hes very nice and was very thorough with his explanation of what the problem was.

Absolutely awesome. They took a stranger in that was stranded fixed his truck and got him back on road in quick time. Paul and his staff are great.

Havent took anything there but I would recommend people to take their cars there. Hes an awesome person and friend.

I will NEVER go here again! $700 later my vehicle does not work. It is worse than it was when I took it in. 👎

I NORMALLY DONT DO THESE REVIEWS BUT THIS INCIDENT IS EATING ME ALIVE!Stopped in here about a week ago, needed my front end of truck checked out, while there, I encountered a young woman who was very displeased with the service or lack there of she was receiving. Seems ghe gentleman who owns this establishment took her money, never fixed her car, and was actually taking her car from her. When the lady left he proceeded to talk very ugly about her and stated he was keeping her car and her $500. I quickly collected my purse and got out of there. If hell treat 1 customer in that manner hell treat any customer in that manner. NOT AN ESTABLISHMENT I PLAN TO DO BUISNESS WITH! I wish I would have gotten that young ladys name. She left in a charcoal grey newer model ford mustang.

I broke down in Paris TX,I called mechanics, this one showed up where I was broke down. Didnt bother being friendly, just told me he send a truck. Didnt give me time to ask questions. And when I called to ask questions he seemed aggervated...This man is hostile and unpredictable. I asked to use the restroom when I arrived at the shop. I went in...as soon as I walked out, two females who were sitting on a couch watching tv, smoking heavily, told me Id better watch my dog, or their pits would rip her apart..they said it proudly too...like it made them happy that my dog could get hurt.They were hateful. Treated me like I was an intruder..I was so nervous and they gave me a double dose of anxiety. I was traveling and didnt know the place..I put my yorkie in my van. Then their dog was chained to the entrance to the shop, I was petting the poor thing. And his daughter comes up to me and tells me to stop petting her dog. I asked the owner if it was custom to be so rude, and he said thats his daughter, and to watch myself when talking and the dog bites. His daughter was a grown women. He was rude the whole time. I asked him why he had a dog tied to the door if its known to bite. It was at the front of shop. Seriously a customer could bring in a vehicle that has a child. These people acted strange. Made me so uncomfortable. Also my radiator is having leaking now, that man did something to it. I didnt have any issues before and he was angry I wanted my van removed from his shop..I asked the tow truck driver to take me to another shop...I went to renos...great place, clean, professional, no one looked strung out on dope there...stay away from this shop total auto repair.Ask the tow driver where to go...dont call total auto repair.Renos gave me a fair price and had it done the same day..awesome staff...
